Great stay! Room was cheaply decorated with no real living room, two rolling beds in the bedroom which was quite bad. Pool was close and amazing staff at the pool bar with great food and drinks for reasonable, perhaps great, prices. Recommended

People are reserving sunbeds already before 8am. So if you want sunbed beside pool, you have to go reserve it, because swimming pool area is not that big for lots of customers.. Why hotel is not stepping in to rule this, that you cant reserve sunbeds for whole day without being in those? Good value and hotel otherwise has all you need. Great value for money the breakfast was excellent, with close proximity to the beach and a few bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and the pool was great. More for relaxing but not far from Chania which has a few more bars and restaurants. Overall great experience here.

Ok rooms, clean. Good view from the balcony. Nice pool area with a little poolbar for drinks and snacks. Easy and cheap breakfast at the poolbar. Close to the beach, minimarket and supermarket. About 30 min walk to platanias. Bus by the main road, cheap and easy.

We loved our stay. The room was fantastic. We were down at room number 5. The facilities were great and the staff at the pool bar we very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned and looked after to such a fantastic standard. We will defintly be back.

We were to spend the first week of July 2022 in this lovely hotel but because of the SAS strike in Norway, we got 3,5 extra days. We have had such a wonderful holidays experience at this charming and central hotel in Agia Marina. The rooms (101 and 102) were super clean, nice and well equipped. We had a lovely holiday at this fine hotel. Great choice of food and a comfortable bedroom. The staff are kind and helpful and the area is delightful. There are critical reviews of this hotel out there but they say more about the writer than the hotel. Yes it is 850 metres from the beach but that information is clearly stated. The price reflects that as well. There is so much to do in the area.

We have been to this hotel eight times and once again we had a wonderful time. The hotel is a small family run hotel. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff they are warm welcoming and friendly. Room was slightly slightly dated but perfectly functionable. Breakfast had lots of choice, and pool area was very nice. Access to the hotel is quite steep but still doesn’t take too long to get to the beach. Would recommend/stay again.

Nice, clean hotel with decent facilities. We knew the location was up a long, pretty steep hill and were prepared for that as we are reasonably fit 60 somethings lol. Customer service was very good. I felt the food was mediocre and the rules around the all inclusive package were poor. You can only enjoy non branded vodka and scotch at happy hour or pay for brand name anytime. Not cool for a 3star. The menu was restricted as well!

Family-friendly; the room was spatious, the grounds were kept beautifully, the pools were nice and warm. Staff was very friendly also.
