This hotel is not three stars. They give you bare minimun in cleaning, rooms don’t have basic furniture, you have to ask clean towels for your room. Dirt, old forgotten stuff is everywhere and broken things are not mended. There is a dusty, closed ”jewellery” store in the receptionarea, washingmachine in the lounge, weird old stuff on the tables. Cleaningstaff is overworked and they don’t have proper cleaning supplies. One familyrooms balcony is under dovecote, and pidgeon fly constantly over spreading feathers everywhere.

The location of the hotel Is absolutly fantastic. The staff were really friendly and the food at the Beach bar was good and affordable. We will come again. Greetings from Finland to the entire staff. Greetings also to our wonderful neighbors.

A family-run, friendly small but very nice hotel. The view of the beach and the small island opposite the hotel was priceless. The staff was very friendly but also busy trying to please everyone. Some renovation work is being done and is being tidied up.

The hotel is great and staff was helpfull and always keep smiling, always asking if all is ok. Localization is awsome, next to the beach and near to shops bus stop and restaurants. In the hotel pool bar food was really good and price are cheap. Comparing quality and price it was good choise we enjoied our holiday and would like to come back hire. Big thanks for all and kisses for snoopy, we are starting to miss him a lot. Magda and Damian.

We do not recommend to anybody to book their holiday in this hotel, because the experience is awful. On Crete there is a ton of nice people do not waste your time here. After checking in the room was dirty, not even a sweeping was done. We had to tell it to our local guide to ask the hotel to clean the room. The bad experience does not stop here, because we asked the cleaning lady not to clean the next day, but it meant nothing and she did the cleaning and put the curling iron on the light pink clothes therefore they cannot be used anymore. If you would like to have a shower before noon then you wont have warm water. If you try to ask the receptionist, they will not help you. Regarding the staff of the hotel: The younger greek guy (Manu or something like this) is the most arrogant and rude person in the world. Usually during the breakfast he is trying to knock you off, stepping on you and things like this. In the pool bar he is throwing the straws to you like you are his enemy. The older greek man is also rude to the Guests. Cristina and the other man who greeted us at the reception are very kind and it was a pleasure to talk with them. Thanks to them it was not a total catastrophe to stay in the hotel for 7 nights. The pool bar could be good, but there is nobody who could make you drinks. If you tell the staff that somebody could be there during the OPENING HOURS they are going to argue with you that they are watching the cameras, which is not true.

My family where going to crete and me and my gf wanted to tag along, but there were no more rooms at the hotel my family stayed at so we lived here.

The entrenace to the hotel looked nice and welcoming but the lobby was tired and messy, it seemed unorganized.
The room was small, but that did not matter as we only used it to sleep and such. The water in the tap and shower did not work, it kept turning on and of again, so we had to shower at my familys hotel. The power also kept turning off and we had to turn the fuse in the room on again every time we came home. The double bed also did not stay together and it was very hard to sleep on.

The pool area was allright, is also seemed kind of tired and unorganized. We desided to use the pool at my familys hotel.

The breakfast was quite boring. Less than a standard hotel breakfast.

The staff was ok. One man in particular seemed very nice, even though he didnt speak alot, i dont think his english was very good. The biggest problem we had with the staff was when the cleaning lady kicked us out. We insisted on not having our room cleaned but she still kicked us out very early.

Even though this is one of the cheaper hotels in the area, i recomend that you use some money and find one of better quality, if we did not have the oppertunity to use the pool/ shower etc at another hotel, I do not think we would have enjoyed our stay that much, which is sad, because Agia Marina, Platainas and Chania are very nice places.

Not the most luxurious hotel, but the location and price is hard to beat. The rooms are fine, the staff very friendly and the breakfast adequate. So for a basic hotel this is the perfect choice.
We would definitely recommend it!

Very nice location with the hotel AT the beach. You are at the pool and you can hear the ocean. The double rooms are nice and good size. Could maybe use an extra shelve, but it is very cozy. Air con works fine and a small fridge. Nice big mirrors and nice toilet/bathroom. The service is quite okay and they speak good English and are very polite. Breakfast is good with nice choices. Very nice pool with a deep end (2,5+ meters). The water isn't full of chemicals and they have a good amount of sunbeds. We had no trouble getting one even at noon. Soft drinks are to the expensive side (2,10 euro for a 250ml pepsi), but at least it is very cold.
