We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and our room was fantastic – spacious, with a huge terrace and a stunning sea view. The food and wine were absolutely delicious, and the value for money is outstanding. You truly get so much for what you pay here. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. And do yourself a favor and book a massage with Efi. We had an outstanding experience with Efi. She is incredibly skilled, professional, and by far the best massage therapist we have ever been to. My partner had several persistent pains in his body that no one else had been able to relieve, but Efi took her time and did everything possible to address them. It made a huge difference, and we’ve already booked another session with her. Efi truly knows what she’s doing and works thoroughly and effectively. While she also offers more relaxing massages, if you’re dealing with pain, she has a remarkable ability to make it disappear. We can wholeheartedly recommend her – she is simply amazing.

Customer service was very good. I felt the food was mediocre and the rules around the all inclusive package were poor. You can only enjoy non branded vodka and scotch at happy hour or pay for brand name anytime. Not cool for a 3star. The menu was restricted as well!

Staff is amazing, property has everything you need for a family vacation. Wondering pool options for all ages. Restaurant had amazing food and the breakfast buffet was excellent

Family-friendly; the room was spatious, the grounds were kept beautifully, the pools were nice and warm. Staff was very friendly also.
The beach is across the street but accessible but my wife and I prefer the pools with our 5 yr old daughter who loves to swim. The breakfast buffet was among the best we've had.

We did not stay here but at, drank and swam one afternoon. The staff were truly welcoming and kind and the pool was clean and refreshing. We went with friends who are from the area and our visit was a nice change from the beach for the day. We will visit again.

There is no soundproofing around doors and windows. The first week, we were kept awake until 3 a.m because of drunk people having some fun outside. For the last week, we had a kid screaming behind our door every day at 07:30. The bathroom and kitchen looks terrible and not possible to use in a clean way. Food quality is among the lowest in this area. I would avoid this hotel as couple, but if you are traveling with your noisy family or drunk friends, you probably will like it.

Our stay at Isida hotel was wonderful, from the delicious food, friendly staff, great entertainment and very clean and well kept resort, we enjoyed every moment of it. Short walking distance the beach where you can rent jet skis and other water sports. Shopping, restaurants and rentals are all within walking distance from the hotel. Great location and very friendly staff, met all our needs. Will definitely return.

This place is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and very very clean. The pool is really nice. Food is super delicious and their prices are very reasonable. The staff are amazing; very friendly, very welcoming and they go above and beyond whenever u ask for anything . I’m definitely going back to ISIDA
