We loved our stay at the Arina Beach resort. After 3 weeks travelling around Europe, it was amazing to relax at an all inclusive resort. The staff were great and the food and drinks was better than we expected

He is amazing along with Alex on the bakery (lovely man), Aspa, Kathryn, and all the waitresses and waiters that can’t do enough for you. The Avra, restaurant has improved and is incredibly good

We booked a penthouse room as we had before, the rooms are well set out, with robes, slippers, iron facilities coffee machine, and a lovely welcome package of treats wine and a stocked fridge

Water still warm enough to swim in late October/early November - the food was a real highlight, particularly the buffet restaurant. Lots of variety and changed each day

Another welcome at the check in, which went very smoothly, and were well informed of the resort, and some changes that had been made. Then our luggage taken to our room

The bars are set out well Albi is great , along with all the others that work the main bars and pool bars, and of course I have to mention Marina she’s so lovely

It was the perfect way to end a fun-filled day at the park. The Disney shows made us feel like we were part of the story — everything was colorful, fun, and full of joy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations

The amenities were top-notch — especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the highlights of our trip was the Cuban show in the evening

The music, dancing, and energy were simply unforgettable! The performers were so talented, and the vibrant costumes and live band created such a lively, authentic Caribbean vibe

the quality of the food is not great, and even the themed restaurants are serving food which is not good! the Rinela has had a great face lift and the sea is delightful, whilst we were there it was so windy and the life guards were excellent at keeping a watch

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail

The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from the window was stunning

We’ve come here fore years and every year we come back to the beach at themis hotel. Kiki and sofia are always very friendly and welcoming. They offer the best service you can get. We are very happy to come back again

The quality of food and drink was excellent and the price very reasonable. Would happily come back to this area just to see them

Clean room although the balcony door needs replaced due to water in-between glazing. Double bed not available although 2 singles put together. We were all inclusive and choice for price very good value

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and came with a large variety of choices. The pool is relaxing and we really liked having the beach so close to the hotel.

There is a cove that is good for snorkelling about 3 minutes walk from the hotel where you can see many types of fish amongst the rocks. Heraklion is well worth a visit, only 20 minutes by bus

I stayed in this hotel and the vacation was beautiful. The hotel is next to the sea, the view is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is great

For breakfast and dinner we had a buffet with a large selection of dishes and every day something new, very good and tasty food. Greek cuisine is great and very tasty

George an Lavrendis are the best in the Hotel, they are so polite and have a good sense of humor. Hotel has a greatlocation, just by the perfect beach. Waterpark and Heraklion are also closed

Very good position ,main street front of the beach ,frendlly personal ,nice pool and restaurant ,atmosphere is quiet and that s what i searched for ,you can acces easelly all good restaurants ,bars ,rental car points from Kokkini ,we will come again for sure

The location is great for easy access to all sorts of vacation preferences. The pool & bar were a particular favorite of mine and offers good shade on hot days and good shelter if it happens to by windy

A wonderful family hotel located right on the seashore, just a two-minute walk from the beach. The staff are amazing and always kind, ready to help with anything you need. The airport is only a 15-minute bus ride away

For dinner always two types if meat + fish + some pasta and sauce. At least two side dishes, bread, very good fresh (as well as steamed/cooked) vegetables and salads, fruits and two kinds of desserts

Close to the airport (it was a plus for us as we don't like long travels, and we could watch planes coming to landing at the beach) in a nice little village, but full of shops, tavernas, and restaurants

Great hotel and service – we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the friendly, helpful staff. The pool was excellent, and the beach was just a short walk away

I am very thankful for the staff for this comfort 🙂 By the way the staff is always smiling and it is a very good point! As a French people they try to talk in French and so it creates very unique conversations with them! When we have a question or else they’re always here to help us! The only bad point is that sometimes we do not have the time to finish our plate that the waiters already take those...

Everything has been smooth and easy, with daily walks to the beach and a simple trip by bus into Heraklion! The food has been amazing as well, with a good selection for breakfast and dinner, we haven’t grown bored of the buffets and the food never disappoints

My stay at Erato hotel/ The Evina Suites was excellent, with a beautiful room that was kept very clean, even our sandy shoes were cleaned! The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection and were delicious

Beautiful small hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Very nice staff who will accommodate any request. Good food and drinks, reasonable prices

Everything was very good! The rooms was clean, the fact that every afternoon, when we come back from the day, our bed is made and the room are always clean

What an amazing hotel! Staff were so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble! Small, friendly hotel, clean, food amazing, pool area small but never a rush for sunbeds! If you get chance you must experience the Greek night! So much fun! Everything was just perfect! Can highly recommend!

The hotel area is beautiful and quiet, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent with a variety of local dishes in addition to more generic choices

Another wonderful holiday at the Knossos Beach for the second time. All the workers are amazing and very helpful. It's really nice to see all the staff again. Eva that looks after KB Spa is absolutely fantastic

My only gripe about the room was that it would have been nice to have a full length mirror 🪞 The location was good, there is approximately 5/6 restaurants and a small mini market along the front which are about a 5-10 minute walk (all flat ground) when you turn left out of the hotel on the front

The bus (coach) is super easy to get and comes about every 20 mins/half hour, its 4 euros to Heraklion when we went ☺️ The staff were so welcoming, George on reception was super helpful when we arrived (we got delayed), Joanna and George on the bar were so lovely and friendly, they really made for a great stay!! ❤️ The restaurants were really good as well, we went to In&Out, Ambrosia and Paximadi...

Turning right out the hotel, the main road is about a 15-20 minute walk away, there's an amazing little bakery just on the left when you get to the main road, and the bus stop is on the right! There were some reviews which mentioned a hill, the road towards the main road is relatively flat, but just before the main road there is about 10 seconds up a steeper bit (were mid 20s so that could change...

If youre driving its so easy and accessible, if youre happy walking to the bus stop then its also fantastic! We met some great people, had an amazing time and would recommend Crete and this hotel to anyone!! ❤️

If you carry on down that road to an abandoned building and go left, right to the end and go right on the main road, there's a plethora of more shops and restaurants (and a bigger supermarket)

Reception fabulous especially John who drove to Heraklion to collect my bag from lost property. The apartments are modern and comfortable especially the beds

We booked direct and received a complimentary upgrade. The breakfast was very good for a Greek hotel, full continental plus fried and scrambled eggs and a meat choice which varied day to day

The room was very clean, with fridge & tea making facilities. The beds were soft & comfortable. Have read other reviews about no hot water, but this wasn’t the case, there was plenty of hot water every day

Only downside was there wasn’t enough plug sockets in the room. Hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. I wanted to go into Heraklion for the day & was given a map & directions to help enjoy my day

The pool area was clean and in September there were always loungers available. The nearest small beach is about 40m away. Our room was comfortable with a refrigerator and kettle

It's a small hotel but a very tidy place both inside and outside and ideal for people who do not want the bustle of a big hotel

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food, tea, coffee & juices. Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay again

Host was very helpfull. He offered us umbrellas and chairs for the beach, free of charge. Extra charge for the airconditioning. Received many sugestions about the surrounding atractions.

Sandy beach is 2 min away and you can see sunrise and sunsetfrom same spot. Opposite țo bus station for Heraklion and all other interesting locations on seaside, easy access for any trip &cruise

Nice apartment near the beach, with a living room and kitchen, including a fridge, separate bedroom, and a balcony. Air conditioning available for a small fee

Great location for visiting the island, we had an amazing experience thanks to Ioannis who recomanded the Point key and he always ask us about the day

We stayed one night. The personnel was friendly and room (we got free upgrade) was clean. It was a good stay.

It was an amazing getaway for end summer. Yannis and his family are perfect hosts. Accomodation is all you need, clean rooms and good Greek breakfast
