Great hotel with very friendly staff. It's a family run business and has all you need. For a 2 star hotel it's not to bad, a pool, restaurant. Food is lovely.

Amazing hotel. Staff and service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Food in the restaurant was beautiful-freshly cooked and lots of choice. The pizzas were a big hit with our boys. Rooms are a little basic but for the price they were clean and had everything you need. We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely return. Thank you Ideal staff for a great holiday.

From the first welcome, greeted off the coach, to the final goodbye, the family run apartments made for a wonderful holiday. The rooms were clean, tidy and modern. The pool area was, again, all three. The food, available all day in the complex restaurant, was of amazing quality (and quantity!) and exceptionally good value! My particular favourite was the seafood linguine.... Just stunning...

Very friendly place, well located near enough to the airport to give a short transfer and bus into the city and other nearby resorts. Basic self catering, clean and well serviced. Was quiet in May so lots of room around the nice pool. Attached restaurant bar was welcome and did great food too. Beds were on the firm side, but personal preference and all that!

My sister and I went backpacking across Europe and made a stop in Crete for a few days. This hotel was the best we have stayed in, the rooms are giant, the beds are comfortable, and the food is delicious. Everyone here is so nice, they are very welcoming and kind, go out of their way to great us, and ensure that we have everything we need. Nice hotel with restaurant attached stayed for 2 weeks . Very attentive staff. Bar open until the last customer goes. Very nice apartments , with a relaxed atmosphere. Not much in the area. But a fantastic bus route that takes you to malia and the other way herkalion.

Crete stay Great apartment and great balcony. One thing I would mention is that the shampoo and shower gel was in two glass jugs. I think this is very dangerous because if they slipped out of my hand on to the tiles floor there would be glass all around my bare feet- bit silly really. We had a lovely stay at the apartment. Lots of choice for restaurants, close to a few beaches, lots of holiday shops, apartment was clean and tidy and host very friendly.

Very good hotel. We had a seaview studio. The studio had everything we needed, a small kitchenette with pots and pans, a nice bed with comfortable mattress and a very nice bathroom. The unit was perfectly cleaned! Easily the best place i stayed in Crete! Would definitely visit again!

A beautiful experience... new apartments and 20 meters from the sea ... swimming pool ... Wi-Fi ... and excellent services ... but the specialty of this place is the extraordinary kindness and helpfulness of the staff ... I recommend it!!!

We arrived late . We were given room 1. Expect some noise as this is next to reception and you'll here people coming and going. Room was comfortable with air con and small balcony to sit on. The lovely wonderful Penelope has made this trip for us she is always smiling and funny. A mention for Maria too who is so sweet. George an Lavrendis are the best in the Hotel, they are so polite and have a good sense of humor. Hotel has a greatlocation, just by the perfect beach. We will n back definitely. Waterpark and Heraklion are also closed. The food is good, the room tidiness also great.

A wonderful family hotel located right on the seashore, just a two-minute walk from the beach. The staff are amazing and always kind, ready to help with anything you need. The airport is only a 15-minute bus ride away. A perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday

Close to the airport (it was a plus for us as we don't like long travels, and we could watch planes coming to landing at the beach) in a nice little village, but full of shops, tavernas, and restaurants. Great hotel and service – we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the friendly, helpful staff. The pool was excellent, and the beach was just a short walk away. The food could be improved, but it didn’t ruin the experience. It was also convenient that the city center could be easily reached by public transport. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great place! Simple but very cosy and had all amenities. Also very close to the beach and some taverns. The stuff was very friendly and nice and helped us with everything (from settling in our room to moving around tips). The breakfast was just excellent! It had everything! We highly recommend it! No laundry, if you want A/C it's 8 euro per day, hot water in shower is inconsistent, from cool to extremely hot (scalding) in seconds, no screens on the windows so constant bugs (flies, mosquitoes), Wi-Fi weak, charged 5 euro per day environmental tax.
