My family and I had a lovely holiday at Gouves. The staff were excellent, particularly Maria at Poseidon Bar who could not do enough for us. The hotel was truly excellent, and the food was also very good, but the spa was definitely the highlight. I had a massage from Pavlos, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience—very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it!

This is hands down cleanest hotel i have ever seen. Rooms building everywhere. Superb! The towels and sheets changed daily and washed for sure. Smells fantastic everytime. Upon arrival, we were accommodated in the basement of the hotel. The room was small and not very cozy. The food selection was monotonous throughout the stay. As a hotel/apartment complex that offers an all inclusive service, the variety of food and particularly drinks is too limited. Visited some friends who were staying atvthese apartments. They were delighted with the refurbishment of the rooms and facilities from last year. Everything looked fresh and new. I've just returned from the most peaceful relaxing & refreshing 7 days at these apartments. The location is right on the seafront. Had a lovely stay here in June. Maria and her staff are lovely. Rooms are basic but very clean. We had lovely breakfasts and the service was fab and I am sorry to say I have forgot the lady’s name who served us with meals and at the bar but she was lovely. Lovely pool and comfy sunbeds. Fab location for the beach and restaurants. Would definitely return here.

Small, nice, very quiet hotel, mostly for the elderly, most English, nice rooms but not all, some very small, especially bathrooms are impractical, water all over the floor after showering, no shelves for toiletries, few hooks. My son and I enjoyed our stay here and the choice of food at breakfast is good. It's very clean and there's always someone there if you've any questions. Family run which makes it very caring and the pool and bar area are excellent. Ideally located for shops, bars, food and beach ⛱️

LOVED our stay at the Cosmi! The rooms are clean, the pool is amazing, Nico the owner, is a great guy and he also makes excellent Frappes, ice cream sundaes and toasties. Very close to the beach and all the wonderful restaurants. If you stay here, be sure to eat at Phillipo's just down the road. Phillipo is wonderful man and they have excellent food.

The hotel is really clean, as is the pool and bar area. The owner is great, he is really relaxed and asks nothing of you other than if you're enjoying your stay, he is very attentive to anything you need too. The location is great, it is less than two minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops etc and is still nice an quiet. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and cannot fault it in any way.

Great stay and owner was so friendly and helpful couldn't have done more for us. Also very clean and the cleaner was there every day with regular changing of bedding and fresh towels. Great location also for beach and restaurants. Had a great holiday and kids loved the pool which was also very clean

I’m really impressed with the standard this hotel represents. The food is delicious, and the cakes? I’ve never had better ones. Everything is perfectly clean. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day – huge respect to the ladies who take care of this ♥️. The hotel’s location is a big plus. Beautiful beaches. Crete is the most beautiful island. Great room with private access to the pool, a huge bed and a nice shower, equipped with Air conditioner and a TV. Room service will clean everyday except Sunday. The buffet is Ok, not great but not bad with varieties and themes (Greek, Italian, Asian, …). Snack bar was fine but lacked diversity. A mini market is open until 10pm which is nice.

We stayed here for a week (all inclusive) Rooms - quite nice room, nothing to complain about regarding dispositions or furniture. We had issue with doors, that were not locking - resolved in an hour. Missing toilet paper and shower gel were also resolved, but we had to remind them twice. Service - in general it was really good, but in bar we had experienced not really nice service. We arrived on 24th July and checked in, we got shown to our room which was by the reception. Very clean spacious room and lovely sized bathroom only downside was we had no drawers only a wardrobe so we used the spare bed as a make shift for my little ones clothes that couldn’t be hung up. Really nice hotel in a good location with the beach being near and also a few bars. Food was good and rooms were perfect with a nice balcony area. Entertainment team go the extra mile to get to know the guests and there are activities during the day if that’s what you want to do. We left this wonderful place on September 26th. This was our first stay at a St.Constantin hotel and I know I'll be back there. Tasty food. The service in the restaurant was very nice.
