What a wonderful find in a beautiful part of Crete. The hotel is located on the beach front with a private beach 50m in front of the hotel. Rooms are lovey, very clean and well designed with large balconies, rainflow showers, large flatscreen TV, good WiFi and a kitchenette with hob and microwave and a large fridge. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a late flight and check-in was smooth and efficient with us being shown personally to the room and all its features. I had pre-emailed ahead requesting to be allocated room 61, which had been confirmed. However, upon arrival, we were given room 63 instead. The receptionist explained that a family had requested rooms 61 and 62 as they were interconnected...

Despite the name "Galazio Beach Hotel", be aware that beach beds and umbrellas are not included — you have to pay extra to use them, which was disappointing and misleading. Housekeeping and towel replacement were only every two days. Cleanliness was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice, relaxing atmosphere and a pleasant pool area. Delicious breakfast.

Amazing hotel and staff. Everyone we came across throughout our week there were so friendly and answered any questions we had. I'd emailed many times prior to arriving and my emails were answered within hours. Great communication from the hotel prior and during our stay. We were shown to our room late at night and given a tour of the room, shown how things work and what amenities were included...

We had a very nice stay in Anthoula village. Family atmosphere, very good staff, very nice rooms and very clean. The location is walking distance to the beach. The food was excellent and so was the pool. We definitely come back again.

It is beautiful place to stay near Heraklio and near beach. Personnel is kind and friendly, they have no problem to help you with anything you need. P.S. Food is also delicious.

The beach was within walking distance which was very accessible, The food was simply outstanding ( we booked breakfast and dinner) and all the service workers were extremely kind and amicable during our stay. The rooms were quite large for our family of four with a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool. Overall this experience was absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to everyone.

An absolutely relaxing experience! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was incredibly friendly (Full Body and Face Massage and Mask done by Pantelis), and everything was spotless.

The Crete massage here was 5*, very good and the physiotherapist was very well informed and provided a very good service at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend using the service, the person was Boso who was really good.

I had my massage with Maria and it was amazing I had the Cretan massage which is whole body and a face massage and it was very nice gentle and relaxing. Bosilka helpt me and my family to book everything and everyone is very friendly
