We had a wonderful holiday in Crete. We explored many places and really enjoyed the beauty of this island. The White Pearl Resort is a lovely place to stay – the staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The only small suggestion would be to provide a bean coffee maker instead of instant coffee. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we would be happy to come back.

I sincerely recommend this hotel! Together with my boyfriend, we are absolutely delighted with both the hotel itself and the wonderful staff. From the very beginning we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the atmosphere of the whole place made our stay truly relaxing. The service was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. We also really enjoyed the meals, which were delicious and carefully prepared. Staying here was a fantastic experience for both of us, and we would be happy to return in the future.

When we came to the hotel we got a room that we didnt order and they said that they had overbooked the hotel and we couldnt get the room. We asked if we could get the room we ordered when someone moved out, but they said we couldnt. We didnt get a compesasiton because they called it an upgrade. It was not an upgrade for us. When we got the room it was very dirty and we got a new room that was as dirty as the first one. It looked like it was not washed after the prevous that had stayed in the room. The sheets was really dirty and it hole bed had big stains on them and there where garbage left behind in the room. First the day after the room got cleaned and two of seven days was ruined for us. The recepsjonists was not helpful or understandig at all. The positive with the hotel was the people that worked in the resturant, the where really nice and friendly.

Great place for chillout with perfect service and food. Really nice beach and great swimming pool. Restaurant with beautiful view every time during the day.

Pros: - amazing people - clean rooms - nice view - close to Kolimbari Cons: - cockroaches - poor food - bad beds (spring mattresses) - not all drinks in the bar are all inclusive - bad information / organization (things not open at the stated times) - stony beach (requires swimming shoes)

It was the best service ever! Everyone was amazing. The waitresses, bartenders, even the cleaning personnel was service minded! Thank you Sophia❤️ Everything was taken care of, so you could have a relaxing vacation without worrying. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. If I’m ever going to Greece again I will come back here.

Our room maid Kristina was very attentive and welcoming. Had a few nice chats with her outside, only met her once in our room, when I had to go back because I forgot something. Thank you for the flowers!

WARNING Cockroaches The hotel is generally awesome, clean all around, clean rooms are ok, although some have bathrooms with glass walls, ok but impractical. The promenades and the area by the pools are cleaned every day. The perfect place to relax without children. The restaurant is ok, the food is varied, everyone will find something for themselves. Service at the highest level. However, we heard after a few days from guests about cockroaches and unfortunately we felt it ourselves because they appeared in our room and on the balcony. If it weren't for that, I would consider the stay very successful.
