Itanos in Sitia

Good beds, no noise at night, clean room. Bathroom a bit small but clean. I recommend the rooftop bar, it's a cosy spot with a nice view and peaceful (no loud music). Breakfast had enough to offer.

It's a simple, slightly dated three-star hotel. However, the price-quality ratio is very good. Since the panoramic view is the highlight, we recommend booking a front-facing room overlooking the harbor. From the terrace, you can admire the main street overlooking the sea, the palm trees, and the sunrise, with the sun rising over the mountain on the right side of the gulf. Alternatively, you can enjoy the view of the harbor and the town from the rooftop pool, which is also a bit dated but very pleasant. There's also a nice rooftop bar where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the view. The rooms are simple, with a refrigerator and safe. The bathroom is in keeping with the hotel's construction date. The breakfast buffet is basic, but adequate. The lady at reception isn't particularly good at interacting with the public. Overall, a slightly dated hotel with a spectacular location and a good price.

Stayed in room 319 with my 18-year-old son and had a lovely time. The hotel was clean and well-maintained – beds were made and the room was cleaned daily, except on Sunday. The overall standard was really good. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were quick to refill items. One evening when I wasn’t feeling well, we received excellent service and had pizza delivered to our room, which we enjoyed on the balcony – a small but cozy spot perfect for a cool drink and a game of cards. The view over the water from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel is in a great location – very close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the young man working in the rooftop bar – very service-minded and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day!

Stayed here for 2 weeks and couldn't be more happy, absolutley good value for the price! The best location in town, good sized room and balcony. The staff was all fantastic, always a smile in their faces and so helpful and making sure you get the best vacation. Breakfastbuffet was good, it had something for everyone and no one walks hungry. Will come back, for sure!

We are foreigners coming for a wedding. As we were walking along the beach and stopped by their cafe to have a break. The server was very polite. Even though we do not understand Greek, he spoke to us nicely. As we had a baby with us, the waiter provided hot water for us and even complimentary cakes. Amazing service at such a beautiful place. Recommended.
