Sivota Hotel in Sivota

We loved our stay we had room a room at the back of the hotel which was nice and quiet.The room was kept spotless ,breakfast was good plenty of choice.The receptionists we found were friendly and helpful,always polite and smiling.We hope to return again next year.

The address stated in this hotel profile is faulty while the pictures are correct. We stayed at the Hotel Sivota for a long stay in July. This hotel was recently updated. The pool area is entirely new while the rooms are renovated. This is a lovely family-run establishment offering an service-minded and friendly atmosphere. Food is great, mostly ecological. We had a great room overlooking the pool area, never really being bothered by direct sunlight. The doors to the corridor let in quite a lot of noise which is not great as loud guests tended to bang their doors frequently regardless of the time of day. The hotel is at a walking distance to the town center with several supermarkets and bakeries nearby. It is not close to any beach by foot (closest is a 15-20 min walk away) which might be a consideration for those wanting to be close to the water. Otherwise, we had no complaints whatsoever. Our warmest thanks to the lovely personnel.

The hotel is quite newly renovated and feels fresh, clean and modern. Beds are quite nice, but only one bedsheet is provided, so we had to ask for one more. Breakfast is by the poolside and is quite simple, but has everything you need. The food for lunch and dinner is OK, we prefered to eat out. The poolside bar is a plus and a minus both at once. You can get cold and good drinks whenever, but you can't bring your own drink to the pool. So instead of soda from the supermarket at 90 cents, it's 3.50 euros at the poolside bar, so this brings the rating down.

The best Hotel. So friendly staff. There is such a nice atmosphere. Amazing pool area and very nice food. Er have been here two times now, and we will come back.

Good location near Sivota harbour, 8 min walk. Basic breakfast. Big rooms. Amazing fresh pool area. Clean. 20 mintes walk to Bella Vraka beach and Mega Ammos beach. Peaceful atmosphere. Renovated rooms. Moskiquitoes in the area, so use spray againts those.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good food. Large rooms where street noise is not heard when the sliding door is closed. The town is a small tourist town as we know it in Greece. Next time I'll bring my fishing rod and rent a boat at the harbor. We would love to come again.

we decided to take a break and visit Syvota again after 3 years. The first place we stayed was not available due to Covid 19 failure. The Syvota Hotel was a good choice for us as we had used a Taverna near by. We normally have a flat with at least 2 rooms but we did not see one that would suit us. We took a larger room at this Hotel for 7 nights bed and breakfast. It was a good choice as the hotel had been upgraded and was clean and smart. We had a balcony over looking the street, we found this very interesting to see the life of the street and the shops etc. The bathroom was very good but needs a few more towel hooks. the WC toilet was far too low and not to our liking.

Beautiful clean hotel with big new renovated rooms, great hosts very smiling and helpful with everything, amazing breakfast, nice quiet pool surroundings and children’s activities. A great place to visit :)

This hotel is the nicest I have ever stayed at in Greece 🇬🇷
The staff was so friendly, they made it feel like we were visiting relatives. Nice clean pool and tennis court. The food is wonderful, so if you don’t get half board, you are crazy ;)
The hotel is in walking distance to the best beach Zavia.
We will definitely be staying here again some time in the future. Much love from Denmark.
