Cabana Blu Lifestyle Boutique Hotel & Suites in Kardamaina

we had an amazing vacation with Cabana Blu — from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help or give great recommendations. thanks to Vivi for her care and attention, she truly made our stay extra special! our room had a stunning sea view, and it took us literally one minute to walk to the beach. everything was spotless and excellent cleaned daily. we chose the all-inclusive option and couldn’t be happier with our decision. the food was delicious and varied, there were plenty of basics, but every day the menu included something new and interesting to try. overall, it’s a place we would absolutely love to come back to again. highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming stay in Kardamena.

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 day stay at Cabana Blu Boutique Hotel, and it more than lived up to our expectations. The staff are warm and welcoming: Vivi in Reception is always willing to assist with any queries in a friendly and professional manner. Katerina, Eleni and Sonila in the restaurant provide an excellent service and advice on the many varied dishes on offer and are always pleased to welcome you to their restaurant, all the staff in the restaurants and bars were always cheerful and helpful. There is a very wide choice of food options and it is always speedily replenished as is the drinks service and clearing tables, nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are modern and comfortable from the relaxed bars and terraces and the two pool areas along with the beach bar where the staff are always on hand for drinks service either at the bar or by your sun bed. The bedroom is very comfortable and the maid is on hand every day to clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel for the lovely warm welcome from all staff and I'm sure we will go again. Dimitris the manager seems to be very popular and friendly with his staff which creates a happy working environment.

We had a fantastic experience during our recent stay at Cabana Blu Hotel & Suites. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and every member of staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The service throughout the hotel was excellent — everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. A special thank you to Vivi, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Her warmth, efficiency, and genuine care made a real difference and helped make our stay exceptional. We would highly recommend Cabana Blu Hotel & Suites to anyone visiting Kos and look forward to returning in the future.

Just returned home from a weeks holiday at Cabana Blu with my husband and 8 month old baby. We had a brilliant time and were so impressed with the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was ever too much and they really went above and beyond! They were so kind and helpful, and really work hard. We were greeted with cocktails and canapes in reception on our arrival, and shown to our room and shown how everything works. We had a lovely big room with a hot tub on our balcony. Everything was clean and well presented. The only slight downfall was the lack of storage space, and the strong smell of drains at 6am every day. The food and drink at this hotel was fantastic- the cocktails included in the all-inclusive menu were actually proper cocktails made fresh to order, and not some of the rubbish that you get in other all inclusives! These drinks are also included in the beach bar which was great, and sometimes you can get them delivered to your sun bed (although often much quicker to go to the bar yourself, which isnt a hardship!!). The crepe menu from 4-5pm was a lovely bonus, and included several options of sweet and savory crepes and ice cream. I really dont understand some on the negative reviews about the food and drinks at this hotel, i really couldnt fault it! They even offered to make my baby purees if required! The sun beds by the pool were lovely and comfortable, and the pool area very clean and tidy with other seating options around too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, perfect for couples or small families who want a modern, peaceful stay!

Good location, €20 taxi ride from the airport and opposite the small sandy beach. This is NOT an adults only hotel, as advertised on some sites. There is no gym but an expensive spa/sauna. Lovely comfortable sunbeds both around the pools and on the beach. Big shout out to Paris who works tirelessly in the bars and bringing drinks to you on the beach. We found out belatedly that 5here is a restaurant on the beach that belongs to the hotel, though you have to pay you get 20% discount. Vivi who manages the reception is an absolute star, super friendly and extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. A trip to Kos town on the bus is only €3.40 each way by bus, which you catch at the side of the large supermarket, a short walk from the hotel. Though the food is varied and tasty if you want a change a visit to ( only place I could find Vegetarian Moussaka!) to eat is highly recommended, as is the Sunset bar near the hotel. The cocktails in The Garden are an absolute must, amazing and gorgeous setting.

Drinks on arrival, booked in swiftly. Elton then took us to our rooms, and shown where everything is and how things work. Nice clean well appointed reception area, staff on hand to help. Bar area was well managed. Great mixture of AI and pay drinks. Bar staff are very helpful and happy to chat. Pool is a good size plenty of sunbeds. Again kept clean. Restaurant, well fabulous, Eleine was a fantastic waitress, always made sure we had a table for 5. Offered us advice on what was nice and what Greek dessert we should try. But the Food it self. Plenty to choose from, great mixture of cooked or fresh. Fabulous selection of deserts for breakfast and tea. We tried the Mediterranean restaurant ( wife birthday) WOW the food and staff were fantastic, Even had a birthday cake in our room. So the room had got a great size bed and probably the most comfortable mattress ever. Normal toilet and shower. Nespresso coffee machine and a hair dryer. Rooms are all air conditioned. Room was cleaned every day. All in all well worth 5stars. This is our 2nd visit and booking number 3

There is an earlier review from Niamh which was almost exactly our experience . If hotel wish to know why I believe the hotel felt unmanaged then by all means make contact. Room 1117 13/9 room 1030 14/9. -20/9 Pros Well appointed Great view from 2nd room Excellent sun beds Enough sunbeds Nice pool Terrace Elini in restaurant Vivi Week points Felt Unmanaged in numerous ways. Cleared up own cups etc round pool constantly Asked once in a week if I wanted a drink No ice creams / lollies which astounded me No idea of some staff names ( name badges ? ) Drinks offer not good for all inclusive Food ok but bland and ate out more than expected Quoted twice the price of taxi arrival fair paid to PRE book a taxi for airport return Arrived at 9pm checked out at 11am and was told they normally charge to continue to use AI for the couple of extra hours we were there. We were not charged for this though as a kindness If this reads that our holiday was spoilt by the hotel then that is far from the truth as essentially this is a nice hotel .

We stayed in the lifestyle suites, which opened in May. Arrived late Friday evening, greeted with a warm welcome, also a bottle of wine and boxed up snack in the room, which was a nice thought (although dried out by this point unfortunately!) The Room The room is a great size, very little storage as others have mentioned, but it didn’t bother us. The view is nice, over the pool and with a sea view as promised. The balcony is nice for morning coffee or a glass of wine later. The main issue is the drainage. The sink drained very slowly. I came back into the room after breakfast to find water all over the floor and tools left (with the door left unlocked!), so they did try and fix it, but didn’t make us aware. Similarly the shower I had poor drainage and so we just kept the flow on low. There was a drainage smell on several occasions when we came back into the room but it’s wasn’t too bad. All of these things are probably just niggles which can be sorted. The staff Every member of staff worked hard and was polite and helpful. Some really stood out and I didn’t get all their names, but their hospitality was appreciated. The food and drinks The food was ok. I’ve stayed at other AI’s where it’s been outstanding and this was just OK. Plenty of variety which was good. I loved the salads! We ate out 3 nights out of 6. Drinks were decent. Wine wasn’t great but the cocktails were fine. Disappointed that so many were an extra cost. I’ve always found 5* all inclusive to be just that, everything included. The hotel It is clean, well appointed and in a great location. Pool is lovely, and both bars really nice. I’m not sure what the point of the cabana beds are, you have to pay a minimum of €25 to use them and they are in the shade from 2pm! Could usually get a pool bed or beach bed, with the exception of one day. Not sure this would be the case in peak season. The service at the beach was hit and miss. There seemed to be two opportunities to have a water service in the morning, and two in the afternoon. They took 15-20 mins to arrive. Lovely waiter but it was easier to get them yourself from the bar. We probably didn’t make the most of every opportunity at the hotel, but this was our experience.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were by far the best part — at the beach, in the bar, and at reception, everyone was incredibly friendly, caring, and made us feel truly welcome. Vivi, in particular, left a lasting impression with her warmth and attentiveness. The meals were fantastic, offering a great variety of tasty dishes, and the hotel’s interiors were stylish, elegant, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a perfect experience and we couldn’t have wished for a better stay.
