A live food section which offers different options but all the food is well cooked and compared to other all inclusive resorts is very good. Staff in the restaurant are great and clear your table very quickly

Visiting in October was a great choice—there weren't too many crowds, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The variety of food and drinks available was impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences

The local town is around 6 minutes away on foot and has its own beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is a 10 minute transfer from the airport which is great after a 4 hour flight

In summary, apart from the cold pools this place is fantastic. We paid around £400 more for a family of 4 compared to last years all inclusive holiday and this one is miles better

We just returned from an amazing holiday, and I can't recommend it enough! Our stay was enhanced by the exceptional chiropractic service from Ahmed, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being

Choice of cocktails is poor, choice of fruits at meals is poor and not great what is there, snack bar has got 4 sandwiches to chose from and that's it

Luckily got a room right next to the pool as the rooms at the top of the resort are a serious treck! We used the football academy which was really not what we thought it would be, the staff weren’t great, the female was quite shouty

The swimming academy was great and our youngest really loved his time in the pool. Food is great, the hotel is still somewhat divided into German Tui and UK Tui. Would go again and think it’s a solid 4*

Just had an amazing massage with Thiresia at the hotel spa, well worth a visit during your stay - clean, relaxing, great facilities and lovely staff

Entertainment team are so very friendly and the aqua gym each morning was great. All inclusive drinks are everything we needed and the constant supply of ice cream for the children was amazing

One of the best experiences we ever had. Let me start from the location. This place is 20 minutes from the airport (Taxi costs 25-30 euros). The reception was super friendly and explained everything upon arrival

Really good place to stay at. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. The food quality is really good and fresh, everyday you have other choises. Next time we go again to Smy Kos Beach!

Had a trip into kos town which is beautiful, bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 20 euros for 6 of us. Lovely mix of nationalities and lots of friendly chats in the hotel

There is a mini market just near the pool and you get most of amenities. The room which we got had an amazing view! The room was clean and every day they cleared the room

There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar

We had a five night stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. The service from reception was excellent. We found that the bar staff were slow and on occasions it was unmanned

The restaurant food was excellent although we found if it expensive

We received a complimentary room upgrade without asking for it and we were really grateful. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were delicious and the service was quite good

We were, however, quite taken aback when at checkout we were asked for a tip for the reception staff. We travel internationally quite often and have never been put in this situation

They're so warm, welcoming and friendly. They remember things daily about your needs, always go the extra mile and couldn't be more wonderful and kind

We spent a fantastic family holiday with this hotel. From the view from our balcony to the girls on the entertainment crew we have no faults nothing to complain about. So much food to chose from at every meal

the drinks were terrible esp the Diet Coke tasted so sweet and cheep cola. the food at the hotel did have a nice range of salad. But a lot of pork on the meals daily and food seemed very salty

the atmosphere at the hotel was not the best and the entertainment was not good , it was disappointing you felt no need to dress up as watching the entertainment was outside from the canteen under the shelter and very cold in the nights

Arrived at the resort to not been checked in tidy TUI had Made A mistake of only booking two the room rather than four had to ring TUI to sort the issue out and another hour before checking in which not good after

A number of hours travelling. the room was on a big hill not good if you have disability and another two flight of stairs. The first week unable to leave my hotel due to the hill

The restaurant was another highlight: fresh, flavourful food with plenty of choice, served in a relaxed and friendly setting. Every meal felt like it was made with love

As a single mum travelling with two daughters, feeling safe and at ease was paramount – and Gaia Gardens delivered this in abundance. The warmth and hospitality from the team made us feel instantly welcome and cared for

I also hired a car from 'Gaia Explorer Rent A Car', conveniently located in the hotel reception – a brilliant safe and friendly service with the best insurance that made exploring the island easy and enjoyable

One of my personal favourites was the open-air rooftop gym – what a way to start the day, working out with stunning views all around. It added a unique and energising touch to the experience

Our room was fabulous – recently renovated, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and blissfully quiet. It was the perfect retreat after days spent exploring or relaxing

We have been all inclusive in Greece before so our expectations were possibly a bit high. There is only the main restaurant for all meals

However, we were disappointed by the buffet, which is really poor quality with the same dishes every day, which is a bit disappointing considering we're paying quite a lot for the all-inclusive package

For example, even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door, they still come into your room. Otherwise, the hotel is well located and calm, close to the beach and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby

Not a 4 star hotel for all inclusive more like a 3

The location (distance of the hotel from the sea, condition of the beaches), the standard of the hotel, the food and the service of the staff are all at a high level and my wife and I were very satisfied

First time visiting Kos and this beautiful hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel was very clean and efficient. Absolutely worth every penny we paid. Room was lovely couldn't fault it at all

Food was good and the Greek night was great entertainment with excellent traditional food. All inclusive drinks are only local but we knew this on booking. Great pools and beautiful settings

Third visit back to the Gaia Palace. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly throughout our visit. We stayed in a superior double room which was excellent

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. The food was delicious and varied, with four different themed evenings

Not much locally around if you like a walk round a resort but a bus or short taxi ride into either Mastichari or Marmari is easy enough

The beautiful sandy beach with bar and toilets is a short walk with free sun beds for Gaia Palace guests

Overall good value and hopefully we will be returning next year

Rooms were not the greatest, slightly dated with appliances etc. The staff were really accommodating. Pool was nice and the all inclusive food and drinks were very good. Lovely location, easy walk to Kos

This was a last minute booking for myself and my mother who is in her 80s. Check-in was straightforward and our room slightly dated but clean. All sea facing rooms overlook the reception roof but that's not a problem

We had booked a garden room so were delighted with the view. Dining room immaculate and good, tasty food, always something to eat

Heard some complaints about food not always being piping hot but I think that this is quite normal for a Greek buffet - and it didn't bother us (in a hot climate) as there was always plenty of choice

Location isn't the best for shops/restaurants as you need to head into town for this. Hotel is fabulous clean, comfy & great value for money. The staff are friendly & very helpful especially the ladies on reception

Special shout out to Martina, Stergianoe & Karina, they couldn't do enough & made our stay all that more special. The good was amazing & the staff were friendly & attentive during meals

We enjoyed our holiday but felt we wouldn’t return to this hotel, maybe it is better in summer but they really need to look at comfortable seating, ambience in all areas and the flavour choices in the buffet restaurant

Yes the bathrooms need an overhaul, but everything worked! Yes it's not 5 star, but that didn't put us off after our first trip and certainly hasn't put us off after our second

It was really nice, a bit tired in the bathroom, the towels were totally unacceptable. They were thin, hard and grey when they should have being white. We used the beach towels to bathe with as they were better quality

My friend and myself visited Akti Palace at the beginning of October. On first impressions the hotel looked great. I enquired about paying for an upgrade to a maisonette room which we were given

It wasn’t the hotels fault but it was very unstable to get into the sea as there were so many rocks and stones, I witnessed quite a few people stumbling while trying to get in and out

No information in the rooms or reception regarding meal times, bus details etc, there is a button that can be pressed to let the cleaners know whether you would like your room cleaning, it would be good to be informed of this, we found it by chance

Lovely holiday, the staff are all lovely, very polite and helpful. We had a lovely room with our own sun loungers which was cleaned daily. Food considering it is AI was very good plenty of choice

Watch out for the E bike as everyone is on them, if you want to visit kos town often and not willing to walk or wait your going to be renting a beach buggy or a E bike

The other food we did try was lovely. The location is a little downside, the buses were 1 every 50mins and it was a walk of 2

There is a TV which is nice but only rolling American/European news channels a channel in English with something other than news would be good

The food and drinks were great, sadly vegetarian options are pretty repetitive. Unfortunately, coffee during lunch and dinner is absent

VERY nice rooms, VERY nice view, VERY nice food, VERY friendly staff at the restaurant, Albana and Raphael from the bar were very friendly and the girls at the reception were unbelievable nice.

A mighty fine hotel, but they should enforce the 'no sunbed reservation' policy, right now there's an alco-team Polaczki Leżaczki that leave something tiny on the sunbed and disappear for hours, of course in the best sun time

We had a lovely stay at the Harmony Crest Resort and felt very welcome due to the friendly and helpful staff. You have an amazing view on the sea, perfect in combination with the relaxed atmosphere

The ban on reserving sunbeds before 10 am was a promising addition, but it was not executed at all. This hotel has a beautiful view, but is rather far from main attractions and city center

Great one-week stay at this hotel. Apart from nice and modern design, definitely the best part is the staff, especially at the reception desk (younger person with dark hair) and pool bar

Food was fresh, delicious and plentiful… be prepared to not have “English Grub” as you are in Greece 🇬🇷 after all!!! Some extraordinary things we have appreciated: - there are no bracelets for all-inclusive, which is so good for those who get irritated because of them; - guests can choose their drinks at the restaurant and take them autonomously

What an amazing week my daughter and I had!! The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, the area is quiet and safe… right across from the beach where there are gorgeous sunsets and you can see across to Turkey 🇹🇷 Can also get a boat over from Kos town which is about 40minutes walk, but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel or taxis

The rooms are basic but comfortable and have ample space and all the things you would need to make you stay relaxed and content, comfortable beds, fabulous shower and big balcony, the TV didn’t have many English channels but we wasn’t there to do that

I found it so funny because you'd see so many people arrive, check in and see them for food a few times before you find out they decided every meal they'd just eat out, even though it's all inclusive

Who ensured hotel was kept in tip top shape, offering a wide selection of well presented food, that tasted as good as it looked, being an extremely critical foodie, I had nothing to complain about much to the delight of my family!! Only one drama related to an excursion which was dealt with by the TUI rep

Everything was perfect! The food is very nice, the rooms are spacious and very clean! The sun beds are really comfortable and the hotel is next to the beach! I recommend it!!

The rooms do not look like the ones promissed on Booking. The bathrooms are old and look really bad. There is a good variety of food for breakfast but it does get boring during a 7 day stay

The staff are nice and friendly and the wifi is strong. The entire island kept having power outages and the hotel doesn't have a backup generator so there was no electricity in the hotel

When placing half Board (HB) for dinner, no drinks! Offer to buy a liter of water for 2 euros! While in the store you can buy a box of 6 bottles of 1. It's only water, a glass of coke is actually "gold" - for 250 ml 3

Beautiful hotel, great pool and the pool bar. Staff is nice, restaurant is beautiful with a different cuisine from across the world every night. Regular shuttle to and from the town

This was my second time visiting Greece, a country that stole my heart. Stayed 7 magical nights in this beautiful property. The Hotel itself is huge,very clean, and well maintained

Location and Accommodation: As a couple with two children (ages 8 and 4), we were very pleased with our family room, which included air conditioning and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the Turkish coast

Overall all the staff were very welcoming the food, salads and desserts were really good. Kudos to everyone( staff) but specifically Lorna you made our holiday memorable

The facilities are all well looked after although could do with a refresh. There were always plenty of sunbeds available. Food was great at both the buffet and the two A La carte restaurants

Bar staff were lovely and drinks made with branded spirits. Main negative was from our room from around midnight through until the morning all you could hear was cockerels crowing

) The beach is across a road from the hotel. It has nice loungers etc and a small bar but you have to walk back up to the hotel for the toilet. Disappointing how much rubbish was left lying around the beach

Old town is nice but the area leading up to that from the hotel is a bit run down with rubbish and old broken furniture just left around. Sadly Kos wasn’t for me, I preferred Rhodes

We arrived after a late flight and received a warm welcome and were provided with food and water in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel

It really disturbed our nights sleep for the first couple of nights, but slowly got used to it. I think the rooms were good but could do with lightening up

There are some suggestions to improve: - the food needs to be titled - water dispensers separate from the bar or even bottles / otherwise long waiting for just water - exclude paper cups - hand out some information about program and make sure to update the app (we came down to the beach to have Pizza assuming it closes at 6pm but we were told it closes at 4pm) - have kids animators in the club who...

We visited this hotel for 10 nights in September The hotel is situated around 15 mins from Kos Town and is very isolated with no shops apart from an internal hotel shop which is well stocked but no magazines or books It’s classed as a five star which it clearly is not but that seems a ploy for the tourist tax I’m sure 20 years ago it was 5 star but it needs significant improvements to attain that...

The restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us, so welcoming, always plenty of room to seat, generous, beautiful space outdoors, we enjoyed every meal, delicious olive oils, honey, plenty of fresh produce, delicious coffee, fresh pastries,  fruits, spoiled for choice at every meal

Pool bar offered a plentiful of drinks, snacks and ice cream and always great care and excellent customer service. The a la card dining experience by the sea was a delight and felt special in every way

The menu was exceptionally well thought out, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Each meal felt fresh and carefully prepared, making dining a highlight of the stay

Food decent, drinks good, staff amazing, rooms ok and comfortable, vibe excellent, facilities (huge gym) excellent, evening entertainment was great. We went for a quiet week, and enjoyed a chilled relaxing week
