The hotel has well-kept gardens and multiple pools including dedicated children’s pools, suitable for families with toddlers. Staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, with some guests noting personalized attention in the restaurant and reception. The location is praised for being close to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Several guests found the buffet food repetitive or of poor quality, especially for an all-inclusive experience. Service issues include noisy housekeeping ignoring 'do not disturb' signs and occasional rudeness at the front desk. Alcoholic drinks are limited during the day, with spirits and cocktails only available after 6 pm, which disappointed some guests. Sun loungers on the nearby beach are not included in the all-inclusive package and require an additional fee.

The rooms are clean, a little small, but they have everything you need for your stay.
However, we were disappointed by the buffet, which is really poor quality with the same dishes every day, which is a bit disappointing considering we're paying quite a lot for the all-inclusive package. I think it’s made for the german/english tourists who don’t eat real good food.
Also, the cleaning ladies are very noisy and intrusive. For example, even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door, they still come into your room...
Otherwise, the hotel is well located and calm, close to the beach and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Boring food, not what I would think of a 4 star hotel. Not the best service. Close to the beach! Quiet and peaceful environment.

First time visiting Kos and this beautiful hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel was very clean and efficient. Absolutely worth every penny we paid. Room was lovely couldn't fault it at all. Amazing choice of food too something for everyone as well. Will definitely be going back.

Honestly so embarrassed to have transferred here! never been somewhere so grim in my life. so for a bit of backstory our flights from Kos to manchester was cancelled and we were given an overnight transfer to this hotel. Initially wasn't happy but pleased that at-least we would be transferring to a hotel of the same standard but oh was i wrong. Lets start off with the rooms. aesthetically our room looked like it could have been jeffrey dahmers base of operations, super dim orange lights, clumpy bedding that looked like it had been lay there for years, gloomy and to top it all off… infested with bugs. the bathtub had bugs on it, the curtains had flies the toilet had flies. Transferring rooms was also not an option. I became the night-time buffet for god knows what overnight. I’m writing this the morning after and I'm itching from all parts of my body. Now from the website it seems that there are many decent rooms however we were dumped in the dorms that were outside the view of the main hotel area and this is where im conflicted. Is the hotel compassionate for taking on so many flight transfer passengers? or were they just greedy for accepting the task knowing that their dorms were not fit for accommodation. They must have been paid right?? Although the cancelled flight is an isolated event, there hasn't been a single passenger i’ve spoke to this morning with opposing opinions. It’s not good enough. we’ve also decided to was out for lunch because the breakfast was terrible and if thats wrong its not really a good sign for anything else. oh i wish i could send in videos lol.

If you wanna be among thousands of other tourists, this is the place to go. Not quiet, not clean, not fun. Lots of sunbed squeezed into a very narrow beach. The street through the village getting there is full of junkie gift shops, and expensive food places. Also lots of loud music. We prefer something quieter and less touristic like Lagada Beach on the south side of Kos.

If you want to loose weight go to this hotel. The food is not good, repetitive, poor quality not sure what nationality the food is catered for maybe 4 legged type. Salads are nice though. The hotel itself is ok, room was ok for us overlooking the pool. Clean throughout. Front of desk- 1 lady in particular wasn’t very nice and rude when we complained about the food. Hotel needs new younger management and chef. Not a 4 star hotel for all inclusive more like a 3.

The location (distance of the hotel from the sea, condition of the beaches), the standard of the hotel, the food and the service of the staff are all at a high level and my wife and I were very satisfied. We recommend it. Mičulkovi, Ostrava, Czech Republic.

We booked this holiday as a last minute trip, as a family of 4 with 2 boys 16 and 12. We had been to Kos before so knew quite a bit about the island already but had never been to Tigaki. Having read the reviews and given what we had paid, we were apprehensive about the hotel but pleasantly surprised. Transfer The hotel is about 25-30 mins transfer from the airport. Kos airport is very efficient and the luggage was off quickly. Hotel surroundings The hotel is in the heart of Tigaki. The beach is across the road and has free sun beds for the hotel as well as other playable beds along the beach. It is a lovely sandy beach and the sea is clear and you can walk out quite a way. As the hotel is on the north of the island the sunsets are incredible. Turn left out of the hotel along the main road and you are at the end of the strip of the bars, restaurants and shops. Tigaki has loads of places to eat, and very reasonable to eat out. We ate most nights for around €70 with drinks for 4. The hotel The hotel grounds are lovely. Lush gardens with trees and flowers. There are 2 pools with loads of sun beds and we managed to get beds every day with no issues. The pools never felt busy and no loud music or entertainment which suited us. There is a small kids play ground and a tennis court as the end, but no other facilities for kids or real entertainment. The main bar is huge and lovely and airy. The rooms We had 2 double rooms next to each other. The rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms a good size with powerful showers and no issues with hot water. Hairdryer in the bathroom, as well as a kettle in the main room. TV ( we took a fire stick) had local tv only. Beds were comfy and clean. Balcony was huge with chairs, table and airer for drying wet clothes. Cleaned daily other than a Sunday. Air con was hit and miss but generally worked ok. The food Now this is where the hotel lets itself down. We have been all inclusive in Greece before so our expectations were possibly a bit high. There is only the main restaurant for all meals. Breakfast is ok, with a variety of hot and cold foods, self serve tea, coffee, juice etc. Lunch and dinner were quite repetitive. A great salad selection, always pasta with sauces and then a meat option, as well as chips, Veg. The meat options were always in a sauce of some sort and no kids options such as nuggets. We managed breakfast and lunch, but we ate out most evenings simply because the choice was limited. But, again for the price, it was what we expected. There is a self serve drinks area in the bar, with coffee, beer, wine and soft drinks. From 10am ish there is a late breakfast selection in the bar, pastries etc, and the same again 4.30pm with some snacks. Ice cream in a tub can be obtained from the bar. The all inclusive drinks menu is limited to around 6 cocktails. The beer is fine, the wine is questionable! Overall This hotel is a great little find if you like a quiet hotel, in a great location. The all inclusiv

If you want a relaxed week away doing nothing, this is the place for you. Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff really did want to help where they could. Plenty of sun-beds every day. A short walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Buffet was small, we always found something to eat. If we didn’t like what we see on the buffet we went out to eat. Drinks is local soft drinks, beer and wine on tap. 6pm - 10pm the bar serves local spirits. Kids There is no entertainment, however it was nice to see people in the bar area playing cards and family games.
