Very good hotel. We stayed here for a week and everything was a pleasure. People working here are very nice, also the price is convenient. I highly recommend to come here and visit the whole island. If you rent a motorbike/car, you can easily visit every place and then turn back to this beautiful hotel, with a nice swimming pool waiting for you.

Great Hotel , breakfast fantastic . Slight issue with broken draws in cupboard. But that's just such a small thing , not worried really , would never spoil the hotel , staff and the holiday . Lovely hotel, but is up the hill & there are lots of stairs, no lifts. The main part of the hotel is away from the rooms, which was great because the rooms were super quiet. Will definitely return.

Just returned home from this lovely little place. The most stunning grounds and the sea so blue. Not much beach ,it's all sea. Very rocky into the sea, too. Sorry to say but Kos was hideous. As Australians I felt like I was in some kind of bad English film. Our room was very average with 2 single beds pushed together. The furniture was old. The Gaia Garden was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.  Our room was superb - I think that they may have been recently refurbed because they were beautiful. Everything was as described. Very clean pool, nice breakfast, and very close to the airport (10 min drive). The atmosphere is very traditional and friendly. The only small thing is the 15-20 minute walk to the main town, but it's very peaceful here. The beach is just a few steps away, so you don't need to go far for a swim. We enjoyed our stay very much. Old hotel with no lift. At the reception (which is situated at another hotel on the other side of the road) they asked me to pay for the air conditioning and I had to claim the reimbursement as it was in fact included to my booking. Tiny bathroom. Room needs refurbishment. Except the location, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Incredibly convenient beach access right next to the hotel. Breakfast has an excellent variety of dishes and is great value for its price point. Staff was helpful throughout the stay and the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommended for those looking to enjoy the nearby beach.

Great wee family run hotel. My wife and I stayed there with our son and daughter. It’s a wee bit out the way but there’s a fairly decent bus service or not too expensive taxi ride to Kardamena. Preferred the village to Kos town. Make sure to chat with George, he’s so nice and keen to make sure you have a great stay. We stayed here for 4 nights from 21st August, and found it an ideal base for us. Like others have said, the rooms are small and dated, but we found that the 80’s decor gave the hotel its charm, and although there were a couple of issues with our room, we didn’t let it bother us, as we were only there for a few days. This hotel deserves more than 2**. It's severe with basic amenities, but with great location, clean rooms (they are cleaned almost every day, including towel and linen change) and contributes full breakfast. A reception is open 24/7 and the staff is very polite and helpfull, especially the host who is always ready to help and gives guests smile. I recommend this place!

Easily the best meals we had in Kefalos. The service was superb and the food really was something else. Both the grilled Octopus (with bacon jam) and Vegan Burger were some of best food we have ever eaten. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we couldn't have asked for more. Ive not reviewed before and we've been here twice. We're also coming back next year as a couple for our anniversary. We came in June 2024 with an 11 year old, 8 year old & 3 month old. Every single year we always visit George & Dave for a greek night. It never fails to disappoint. The food is gorgeous and there is plenty of it. The greek dancing is fantastic. We always stay after for more music, many many drinks, a lot of laughter and maybe even a dance of our own!

My experience with the Orpheus Studios has been outstanding. Traveled to Kos with plans to stay for a week. However the hospitality, comfort, cleanliness and location led me to stay a total of 3 weeks. This along with the vibe of the Island which is contagious. A big thank you to Marina and team for making my stay feel like home.

Apartment was better than we expected .... large, spotlessly clean, perfectly decorated. Small kitchenette, kettle and fridge. Perfect for us, as on the seafront but away from the busy area. Host is superfriendly and helpful. Only negative was noise from other guests in hallway ... not a big issue for us as it was not very busy but imagine it will get quite noisy in the busy season

We were so happy when we saw the big room while entering to the room. This family does their best to create a good moments and experience for their guests. The room so clean and new. The location was just 10 mins far from the city center. The actual time this family (the daughter) spent to recommend different places and restaurant is incredible. Wow…everything about the albatross is just special ..,the place is immaculate with maid service everyday …the staff are the friendliest we have ever come across …Maria ..Kristo…Tula..manolis…yanni and I did not get the name of the maid but she was amazing also …we miss you guys and I actually cried when leaving …(I don’t cry) this is listed as a 2 star hotel with 5 star staff …,defo not a 2 star …everything...

First stay at this accommodation and what hits you is the stunning locality of the property across the road from the beach with palm trees lining the route to the bay & harbour all this is clearly stunning from your balcony if your at the front of the property. Once again we returned to Albatross and had the most relaxing holiday. Maria and staff are so welcoming and look after everyone so well. They cannot do enough for you. The best place, beautifully clean, the most wonderful location. Already booked to go back

Writing this review while I’m still here at Albatross Studios, have 2 more days to go. What a lovely place to stay, so relaxing and peaceful. Clean. Always a sunbed available. Lots of choice of drinks and food. Large portions and so tasty. Friendly staff. Cannot fault it one bit. Will definitely return.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is acceptable, but the bathroom is small, outdated, and has a slow drain. Some essential fixtures, such as the sanitaryware, could use updating.

Excellent accommodation. Very basic rooms, needing some work, but the price reflects this. Excellent staff, excellent pool, and excellent poor side bar for good priced drinks and food. Long walk into town, or to a good beach Theofilos. Bikes available just down the road to hire Overall, would I return, I certainly would.

A stunning little gem. Even though the hotel was fully booked as everyone went out it felt like we had our own pool for 9 days. Apartments are clean and have everything you need. Air con, equipped kitchen etc. the owners are truly outstanding in this hotel, they make you feel like family. Approx 40 min walk into kos town mainly flat. Hire a car it is worth it as the heat in July is intense. Snack bar...

Small, family-friendly hotel. Very clean with helpful staff. Great pool. Beach a walkable distance. Town centre a 10 min bike ride away along a bike path by the sea.

Lovely place, amazing view, good cleaning and service. The walk from the town square takes 5-10 minutes and is steep, this is not for people who have problems with their mobility, but for the rest of us the "climb" is worth it! Definitely pick the top apartments, sun from 8 in the morning to 16 in the afternoon approximately (September)

Unfortunately we only stay there for one night… It is a really nice small Hotel, with excellent View. There was very clean and the beds were good. We were picked up at the port by the sweetest host, I can absolutely recommend this very nice place…!!!
