If I could give more stars I would , I can not fault this hotel , it's like it's run by a family , so clean all staff are excellent, they try to learn your names , there all super friendly ,food is supper, different every day , good choice , the rooms cleaned everyday , towels fresh , would defo go back , in fact we started looking for next year , Hope it does not change Many thanks

If there was a higher score we’d rate it higher,the hotel was lovely,food great,rooms,great comfortable and clean. A nice quiet location but a bus stop at the entrance takes you to kardamena for €2. What makes this hotel extra special was the staff some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met,and an extra shout for Cosmos who made us feel so welcome.

We stayed four nights at Kalimera Mare. The hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained gardens and pool area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Great apartments on a small complex. The staff are helpful and can't do enough for you. The apartments all have a balcony or terrace and are situated within lovely flower laden courtyards. We stayed at Mammis Beach Hotel and were absolutely delighted! Great location: just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious. It's great to be able to relax in such a wonderful place. The main advantage, in my opinion, is that there is a swimming pool and the beach is nearby. That's great!

Everything was as described. Very clean pool, nice breakfast, and very close to the airport (10 min drive). The atmosphere is very traditional and friendly. The only small thing is the 15-20 minute walk to the main town, but it's very peaceful here. The beach is just a few steps away, so you don't need to go far for a swim. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Rio Hotel in Kardamena is beautiful and centrally located. The family who runs it is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great tips for restaurants, trips, and beaches. Old hotel with no lift. At the reception (which is situated at another hotel on the other side of the road) they asked me to pay for the air conditioning and I had to claim the reimbursement as it was in fact included to my booking. Tiny bathroom. Room needs refurbishment. Except the location, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Incredibly convenient beach access right next to the hotel. Breakfast has an excellent variety of dishes and is great value for its price point. Staff was helpful throughout the stay and the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommended for those looking to enjoy the nearby beach.

Great wee family run hotel. My wife and I stayed there with our son and daughter. It’s a wee bit out the way but there’s a fairly decent bus service or not too expensive taxi ride to Kardamena. Preferred the village to Kos town. Make sure to chat with George, he’s so nice and keen to make sure you have a great stay.
