Lovely family-friendly hotel. In quiet location next to beach. About 30 minutes walk into the centre of kardamena. There is a local bus service that stops tight outside the hotel that runs to/from centre of Kardamena - 2 euros. Rooms really clean and great breakfast. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. It's a perfect hotel for a peaceful holiday, it's so close to the sea and has amazing views of the local area. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at Mammis Beach were so friendly and helpful, they even helped to get a big bug out of the room for us!! We loved our stay here and hope to be back again. Thank you Mammis Beach!!

stayed at the mitsis blue domes hotel.4 of us walked into kardamena about 3 times in the week.we stopped at mammis beach hotel for drinks because its about half way between blue domes and kardamena.drinks were ice cold and good quality.also reasanable price.the hotel and grounds are spotless next time we stay at the blue domes we wouldnt hesitate to call in for a welcome drink.

very clean. the food was great. run by a nice family. we are planning on going next year to. the greek night was a great night. this is the only hotel we have stayed in which as free aircon. which was needed with the great weather we had while we was there

i wasn’t staying at this hotel, but they welcomed anyone in, so we went for food and when i went up to the bar, one of the barmen tried to hit on me, he asked my name then asked if i could give him my insta, it was uncomfortable to sit there should have reported him, but i didn’t, baring in mind i am only 16 years old!!

Beautiful location. Nice pool. Nice bar area close to the pool which served very nice food and all the usual drinks. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas for everyone. Literally a few footsteps from the beach/sea. All the staff were so welcoming/accommodating/friendly/helpful and we couldn't have asked for nicer people.

Great wee family run hotel. My wife and I stayed there with our son and daughter. It’s a wee bit out the way but there’s a fairly decent bus service or not too expensive taxi ride to Kardamena. Preferred the village to Kos town. Make sure to chat with George, he’s so nice and keen to make sure you have a great stay. Great apartments on a small complex. The staff are helpful and can't do enough for you. The apartments all have a balcony or terrace and are situated within lovely flower laden courtyards. Our apartment was modern and had saucepans, a hot plate, toaster , china and cutlery for self catering, and was clean and bright. The pool is well maintained and there are alot of sunbeds. The Rio Hotel in Kardamena is beautiful and centrally located. The family who runs it is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great tips for restaurants, trips, and beaches. The rooms do not look like the ones promissed on Booking. The bathrooms are old and look really bad. There is a good variety of food for breakfast but it does get boring during a 7 day stay. First holiday abroad in 8 years and chose Akti Beach club due to a wedding we were attending. Overall the hotel is OK but the rooms really let it down and also the attitude of some of the staff wasn't great. This year was my third consecutive stay, and as usual, I wasn't disappointed. The room had pool access, the room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was restocked. The food was excellent, as were the drinks, and the entertainment in the adults' area was fantastic. A place to relax.

Staff always very polite and courteous, the restaurant is very good, we were worried about the food but they list what is in every dish so you know what you are eating before you choose.
