Great place, very nice and clean room, reception is on the other side of the srteat, but i like that you can even play pingpong there ;))

Old hotel with no lift. At the reception (which is situated at another hotel on the other side of the road) they asked me to pay for the air conditioning and I had to claim the reimbursement as it was in fact included to my booking. Tiny bathroom. Room needs refurbishment. Except the location, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Incredibly convenient beach access right next to the hotel. Breakfast has an excellent variety of dishes and is great value for its price point. Staff was helpful throughout the stay and the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommended for those looking to enjoy the nearby beach.

Everything was perfect! The food is very nice, the rooms are spacious and very clean! The sun beds are really comfortable and the hotel is next to the beach! I recommend it!!

Great apartments on a small complex. The staff are helpful and can't do enough for you. The apartments all have a balcony or terrace and are situated within lovely flower laden courtyards. Our apartment was modern and had saucepans, a hot plate, toaster , china and cutlery for self catering, and was clean and bright. The pool is well maintained and there are alot of sunbeds. Just returned home from this lovely little place. The most stunning grounds and the sea so blue. Not much beach ,it's all sea. Very rocky into the sea, too. If I could give more stars I would , I can not fault this hotel , it's like it's run by a family , so clean all staff are excellent, they try to learn your names , there all super friendly ,food is supper, different every day , good choice , the rooms cleaned everyday , towels fresh , would defo go back , in fact we started looking for next year , Hope it does not change Many thanks

If there was a higher score we’d rate it higher,the hotel was lovely,food great,rooms,great comfortable and clean. A nice quiet location but a bus stop at the entrance takes you to kardamena for €2. What makes this hotel extra special was the staff some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met,and an extra shout for Cosmos who made us feel so welcome.

Great service, food and location If you like a quieter location, less crowed hotel with great service, this is the place to come. My family stayed in a suite which holds 4 guests. We stayed four nights at Kalimera Mare. The hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained gardens and pool area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. What a wonderful family run hotel! Father and son, George and Francis were always available to help to make our holiday a fantastic experience. We will without doubt stay there again in the future.

Great wee family run hotel. My wife and I stayed there with our son and daughter. It’s a wee bit out the way but there’s a fairly decent bus service or not too expensive taxi ride to Kardamena. Preferred the village to Kos town. Make sure to chat with George, he’s so nice and keen to make sure you have a great stay. Food is served by Mario, he’s a great guy and very eager to help, he likes a laugh...

I stayed recently at the Sunny View Hotel. George and his son Francis were impeccable hosts and made our short stay unforgettable. This beautiful, clean hotel will be our first choice when we return to Kos.

What a wonderful hotel! The family cannot do enough for you, nothing is any trouble. Beautiful pool and surroundings, the terrace and breakfast area are new and very nice with pool and sea views. Mammis Beach Hotel

We stayed at Mammis Beach Hotel and were absolutely delighted! Great location: just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious. The room was clean and cozy, with a sea view. The pool was also great. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends! Excellent value for money.

It's great to be able to relax in such a wonderful place. The main advantage, in my opinion, is that there is a swimming pool and the beach is nearby. That's great!

Everything was as described. Very clean pool, nice breakfast, and very close to the airport (10 min drive). The atmosphere is very traditional and friendly. The only small thing is the 15-20 minute walk to the main town, but it's very peaceful here. The beach is just a few steps away, so you don't need to go far for a swim. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Rio Hotel in Kardamena is beautiful and centrally located. The family who runs it is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great tips for restaurants, trips, and beaches. This is a lovely hotel for able boded people I was disabled and was lucky I was in a low floor room I stayed there 3 years ago which was brilliant y and found the family more quiet this time and not as friendly but it was end of season there is steps and I found it very slippy to go for breakfast which is continental and unable to do steps had to ask the very kind gentleman to carry my tray everyday...

Stayed here as a single parent with a 9 year old daughter in August 2025. We had a Seaview double room which was kept spotlessly clean with the daily maid service. The room came with everything you need for your stay including an iron & board which came in handy as I'm not the best suitcase packer. The hotel itself is also kept very clean and we'll maintained. Every single year we always visit George & Dave for a greek night. It never fails to disappoint. The food is gorgeous and there is plenty of it. The greek dancing is fantastic. We always stay after for more music, many many drinks, a lot of laughter and maybe even a dance of our own!

Lovely friendly family run hotel. Booked through jet2. Booked 3rd floor room with a whirlpool which was lovely. The only 2 negatives would be: 1. Would be nice to have some variety with breakfast instead of being offered the same every morning. 2. After paying a high price for the room I think air con should be free and not an extra charge.
