Truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel has been designed in the Mitsis natural theme but structured with so many comfortable nooks and pathways. Filled with lush sofas, flowers and water features

Clean rooms, perfect location, delicious and sufficient food, great sea and pool

Best cocktails are in the lobby bar, do not recommend beach bar, drinks are watered down. Hotel is child friendly with good selection of multiple food options from street food to more healthy ones - smoothies, salads

Pools are not heated if you’re going out of high season, seaside is great. Would recommend booking brunch to enjoy lovely meal with a great view

Every member of staff has been polite and friendly. Food extra fresh and options are plenty. The healthy corner provides salads, fruit and fresh juices which is perfect for warmer days

Everything is replenished often and staff are always happy to support with dietary questions (there is also a nutritionist on site that can help!) All the bars provide great variety particularly the Island pool bar

Many pools, absolutely friendly staff and had a wonderful time

A special thanks to ladies from the reception, the great bartender lady on the main bar (with red lipstick), and Alexis from the à la carte restaurants, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional

Excellent stay, very relaxed! We stayed in the bungalow with sea view and it was perfect. No faults. Everything was easily accessible from Mitsis Norida. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Everything from dining to leisure and entertainment were perfect plenty of choices to eat and relax or swim we were always able to get one of the many many sunbeds gueste did not need to reserve with towels as Dawn breaks as many other hotels we stayed at did

The beach was sandy, loads of sunbeds and it was easy to swim in the sea. Really hard working, courteous and helpful staff throughout - thank you all. It seemed a really well managed hotel to us

A very pleasant hotel for families with children. Great pools and a large, two-level paddling pool. Unfortunately, the main restaurant is very crowded during peak season

A large pool with not overwhelming entertainment and a separate adults only pool was a great luxury to have (wish smokers were corralled into a smoking area though)

Just returned on 15 October after 8 day stay our third visit to Kos always stayed at Atlantica hotels this is first time at Beach resort but far the best we usually go Adults only but the children were all well behaved so was not a problem on arrival George the hotel manager booked us in and treated us really special cannot thank him enough what a lovely human being he is

This is the first time in Greece that we had a Sandy beach so was perfect for us. I would like to give thanks to the 3 piece rock band we were priveleged to watch the lead guitarist was up there with the best

We recently stayed at the hotel in September and initially were very disappointed with our room (418). It was dated and grubby and not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber

Been here twice now, and it is good. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are clean. Since my first visit in 2018, the food and drink has gone downhill. The beers and cocktails available tasted very poor.

All pools are in full sunlight for most of the day, very little shade for children or non sun worshipers. Sun loungers are taken very early and limited fixed parasols

Had a holiday and family wedding at the hotel, wedding coordinator Margherita was amazing. Very clean hotel, great food in buffet restaurant. Long walk to the room but well lit and good walkways

Our towels weren’t always changed, our robes would be taken and not replaced, and our mini bar was fully replenished maybe twice- not the end of the world but not what you expect in a 5 star hotel

So I’ll start with what was great… the pools are beautiful, we pretty much went to the two main infinity pools everyday, we got there at 8 every day to get sun beds and they go FAST

It’s difficult to get a spot by the infinity pools but you either need to get there early, or around lunch time when people have gone to get food

I also love how they remove towels when people leave their sun beds for over 40 minutes. The pizza and drinks at the bar here also great. Staff over all were amazing super friendly and helpful

The unlimited pizza was one of the best parts!!! The pizza is made infront of you and it is so fresh and delicious, we often had it by the pool instead of going to lunch

The man who took pool drink orders was absolutely amazing and made our trip! He made sure everyone always had a drink and was so kind and friendly

It’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel! We had a junior suite which was spotlessly clean and had the most amazing views! Sunset from our balcony is something I will never forget! We were brought fresh water and clean towels every day

Food and drinks were plenty and a good choice for everyone. A choice of 3 pools and a 2 minute walk onto the beach. If we were to come back to Kos I wouldn’t not hesitate to stay over again

We visited the water park, Nisyros and also hired a car for a day and did a road trip round the island. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back! Hopefully for a 10 day stay next time rather than 7! ☺️

Ideally located around a 10 minute walk into the town centre. We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights as a family of 4, room 320! The hotel, staff and facilities were great and would say that they are a 5* hotel

We managed to do 3 excursions (Nicyros Volcanic island, Kos Town and we even went to Bodrum in Turkey). I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting beautiful views of the beach front and mountains

There was plenty of choice at meal times and the staff were genuinely some of the nicest people we have ever met! Kardamena is a very short walk away, just 10 mins along the beachfront

Good shuttle bus in to the town. Would not call this resort 5 star but it was nice

Staff: Most were lovely, didn’t have a great experience with one of the managers who made us feel as if we were a nuisance when we told her about some of our issues, one of the bar staff was really rude and always miserable, almost grunted when you spoke to him! One member of the animation team was really inappropriate, very full on with the husbands and didn’t get the hint when you wanted to be left...

Nice resort food was good with plenty of choice drinks were ok. Entertainment in adults only bar was shocking. Double room was nice but very small. Family rooms around the pool were big but very noisy

It took me a considerable amount of thought before writing this review…I don’t normally wish to give bad reviews as I know how much businesses are struggling at the moment, but wanted to provide people with a balanced opinion

There is a bus that runs into the local town every hour which is great but wouldn’t stay at the hotel again as we like to be able to walk to places. Summary: Ok, not worth the money though and wouldn’t return

The rest of the animation team were great and put in a lot of effort. Location: Not great if you like to explore, only one shop within walking distance

Stayed here for 10 nights in bungalow 77 with a shared swimming pool. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk to the main resort of Kardanena where you will find restaurants, bars, shops and beautiful promenade

All other times need to go to the main bar or pool bar. Snacks were OK but not much on offer at the pool bar more available at the separate taverna

The hotel is extremely clean everywhere and has a large amphitheatre for entertainment, small shop, spa, outside snack bar and pool bar

Pool bar great drinks , good animation team. Cons Restaurant food had a good choice , but food was never hot was only ever Luke warm. Most staff were polite there was two reception staff who were extremely rude

The food choice and quality was the best I have ever had on any holiday, everything you could think of was on offer including Qyail, rabbit, octopus, several different fish and meats every evening

Fresh pizza made on site, meat and fish cooked in front of you absolutely loved it. Wine, lager and soft drinks available on tap during all meal services but coffee machine only open at breakfast

Luckily got a room right next to the pool as the rooms at the top of the resort are a serious treck! We used the football academy which was really not what we thought it would be, the staff weren’t great, the female was quite shouty

The swimming academy was great and our youngest really loved his time in the pool. Food is great, the hotel is still somewhat divided into German Tui and UK Tui. Would go again and think it’s a solid 4*

In my opinion this would be much better away from the indoor pool not in the same space. To be clear my travel companion is a trained masseur and I go regularly at home. I expected that same level of skill

Loved everything about the Akti Palace (room, staff, food, cleanliness), except the sunbeds

Just back from our second holiday this year at Akti Palace. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we loved every minute. The food, the staff, the entertainment all fabulous

We were upgraded to a shared pool room, very nice. Room was spacious, lovely and clean with the mini bar topped up daily and cleaned/fresh towels daily

It was really nice, a bit tired in the bathroom, the towels were totally unacceptable. They were thin, hard and grey when they should have being white. We used the beach towels to bathe with as they were better quality

always grumpy and pouring drinks like it was way too much of an effort. The pool areas were always clean and well maintained. The evening entertainment was on the whole pretty good

Yes the bathrooms need an overhaul, but everything worked! Yes it's not 5 star, but that didn't put us off after our first trip and certainly hasn't put us off after our second

The Hotel is amazing and clean but the staff are what make this hotel so great. Reception are so helpful you get a cold towel and fresh lemonade on arrival, nice touch. The porters are so helpful and kind

The pools are big with many and kind lifeguards! Delicious coffee every day from the kind Fotini, and the best good morning from Elizabeth the host of the breakfast

Special mention goes to Nicholas and his team down at the beach bar they are absolutely fabulous, we have spent most days on the beach and the team have been absolutely amazing, they really look after you and have fun as well

Been here for 6 days and got another 8 left. We came here 2 years ago and decided to comeback for longer. Food is fantastic and lots of choice. Not to mention the beautiful scenery. Fantastic hotel with super staff

stayed at the mitsis blue domes hotel. 4 of us walked into kardamena about 3 times in the week. we stopped at mammis beach hotel for drinks because its about half way between blue domes and kardamena

Nice bar area close to the pool which served very nice food and all the usual drinks. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas for everyone. Literally a few footsteps from the beach/sea

much more space to move the supplied table and chairs around, either into the sun or shade plus the advantage of easy access to the poolside

we are planning on going next year to. the greek night was a great night. this is the only hotel we have stayed in which as free aircon. which was needed with the great weather we had while we was there

You can hire escooters using the HOPP app on your phone and you will find these in certain parking spots around town and can be a fun way to shorten the trip :) Lots of folks hire cars/mopeds as its fairly simple roads in Kos, i think a car is around 50 euros/day, we did not hire but kinda wish we had now for a few days at least

In quiet location next to beach. About 30 minutes walk into the centre of kardamena. There is a local bus service that stops tight outside the hotel that runs to/from centre of Kardamena - 2 euros

If you want a pool, a bed, friendly faces and somewhere to base yourself this hotel will do fill that role

What a wonderful family run hotel! Father and son, George and Francis were always available to help to make our holiday a fantastic experience. We will without doubt stay there again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with a great family of owners, always helpful, very clean rooms, cleaned every day, bed linen and towels in the rooms changed every other day, everything you need, including a fridge, large, clean swimming pool with pleasant, not cold water

My wife and I stayed there with our son and daughter. It’s a wee bit out the way but there’s a fairly decent bus service or not too expensive taxi ride to Kardamena. Preferred the village to Kos town

Our apartment was modern and had saucepans, a hot plate, toaster , china and cutlery for self catering, and was clean and bright. The pool is well maintained and there are alot of sunbeds

Great apartments on a small complex. The staff are helpful and can't do enough for you. The apartments all have a balcony or terrace and are situated within lovely flower laden courtyards

The bar is well stocked and they also serve lovely light meals from the bar. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of food. It's close to town where there are many restaurants, bars and shops

The location is excellent - for anything and everything you might wish to do

Just returned home from this lovely little place. The most stunning grounds and the sea so blue. The pools are lovely and quiet and not a sunbed war in sight. Staff are so lovely and very accomadating

If I could give more stars I would , I can not fault this hotel , it's like it's run by a family , so clean all staff are excellent, they try to learn your names , there all super friendly ,food is supper, different every day , good choice , the rooms cleaned everyday , towels fresh , would defo go back , in fact we started looking for next year , Hope it does not change Many thanks

We stayed four nights at Kalimera Mare. The hotel was excellent, very clean and well maintained gardens and pool area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble

There is a bus just outside reception to take you into Kardamena, which is a must. No good for kids, they would be bored unless they are very little, and just happy with pools and the sea

Breakfast and evening meals were delicious; buffet style with plenty of choice. €3 euros for two sunbeds plus a soft drink

The Aircon is extra but well worth it. The room is kept clean and tidy and the girl on reception in the evening is lovely. Over the road is a great pool and bar to get food and drink which I always use

It is a traditional Greek room with a modern bathroom and shower. The room was always cleaned, towels replaced frequently

Pool opposite that you can just buy a drink and use

The hotel was clean, the cleaner comes every sas, but the probléma is that you can ide the pool, but just for 5 PM because of the virus.

This is my third time coming here. Love how basic but clean and well looked after it is. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is comfy and the bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a wardrobe and a fridge

Just outside the main centre of kardamena. The hotel manager is lovely, and has helped us each day with what to do and how to access it. Room is great for a 2 star, couldn't receive anymore for your money

Good pool area plenty of sunbeds and drinks and snacks are reasonably priced. Safe and air-conditioning you will need to pay for separately. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again 👌 👍 🙂

In a quiet location but only 3 minutes walk to beach and centre. Pool area spacious with a generous sized pool, plenty of sunbeds never crowded and pool bar snacks and drinks were good and priced well

The pool bar lady leah is so friendly and smiley, helps you with absolutely everything you need, always serving with a smile, I will recommend this hotel to everyone! I will be coming back next year

Clean linen and towels changed once per 7 days so twice for us as we spent 10 days however if towels needed a change sooner just ask at reception and fresh will be given no problem

Pedros is a great bar man and leah who runs the pool bar is amazing too they will have a laugh with you and they are absolutely brilliant with the kids too

the pool bar food is cooked fresh on ordering, you are always greeted with courtesy and a smile. would and will recommend to family and friends

The rooms do not look like the ones promissed on Booking. The bathrooms are old and look really bad. There is a good variety of food for breakfast but it does get boring during a 7 day stay

The staff are nice and friendly and the wifi is strong. The entire island kept having power outages and the hotel doesn't have a backup generator so there was no electricity in the hotel

There are some suggestions to improve: - the food needs to be titled - water dispensers separate from the bar or even bottles / otherwise long waiting for just water - exclude paper cups - hand out some information about program and make sure to update the app (we came down to the beach to have Pizza assuming it closes at 6pm but we were told it closes at 4pm) - have kids animators in the club who...

The facilities are modern and comfortable from the relaxed bars and terraces and the two pool areas along with the beach bar where the staff are always on hand for drinks service either at the bar or by your sun bed

My husband and I have just returned from a 10 day stay at Cabana Blu Boutique Hotel, and it more than lived up to our expectations

everything was spotless and excellent cleaned daily. we chose the all-inclusive option and couldn’t be happier with our decision
