4 star hotels in Kardamaina

First holiday abroad in 8 years and chose Akti Beach club due to a wedding we were attending. Overall the hotel is OK but the rooms really let it down and also the attitude of some of the staff wasn't great. We spent nearly £6k to come here as a family and do not feel it was good value for money. Rooms: not good, damp, smelly, ants, just grubby in general. Food: Good, bit repetitive at times but...

It took me a considerable amount of thought before writing this review…I don’t normally wish to give bad reviews as I know how much businesses are struggling at the moment, but wanted to provide people with a balanced opinion. This year was my third consecutive stay, and as usual, I wasn't disappointed. The room had pool access, the room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was restocked. The food was excellent, as were the drinks, and the entertainment in the adults' area was fantastic. A place to relax.

Been here for 6 days and got another 8 left. We came here 2 years ago and decided to comeback for longer. Food is fantastic and lots of choice. Not to mention the beautiful scenery. Very nice hotel, people working there were very nice and friendly. There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar. Been here twice now, and it is good. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are clean. Since my first visit in 2018, the food and drink has gone downhill. The beers and cocktails available tasted very poor.

Great rooms, genuinely friendly staff and the sea right in front of the private beach is lovely and full of a variety of fish. The coffee is surprisingly good. There is some music from the bar next door, but with the door closed it is not audible. Generally you are outside of the crowdedness in this hotel. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend

I stayed here in June for a couple of days – perfectly located a bit off the beaten path, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close enough to the city center. The service was excellent, both at the hotel and the private beach club. Best of all, it’s conveniently close to the airport. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We were there for 14 nights and and the 2 teabags, 2 shampoos , 2 small waters and 2 body washes were never replaced which I have never experienced with other hotels.
