I was considering giving 4 or even 5 stars as overall I am happy with the resort but one important minus is the room cleaning, which is very poor and shallow. Very nice hotel, people working there were very nice and friendly. There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar. If you didn't want to participate you could go to the second bar near the beach which was really quite and nice to talk.

Spent two weeks at the Palace. Some of it was super other bits not so. Food was excellent in restaurants and pool bar. Lager was shocking. Cleanliness not great. Rather than say similar to others, we enjoyed it but it could have been so much better. We however wouldn't return to this hotel

Really feeling missold regarding this hotel. We booked via Jet2 who rated it 4 star plus and the hotel proudly displays 5 stars on its entrance and publications. Good location, €20 taxi ride from the airport and opposite the small sandy beach. This is NOT an adults only hotel, as advertised on some sites. There is no gym but an expensive spa/sauna. Food was awesome, but the drinks for the dinner was too expensive (drought Mythos 500ml beer - 4,5 eur). Seashore is near, like 2 minutes away. Beach was fine, and for the better - you can go 10 min to the west by the seashore. Kardamena is arround 40 mins by foot, local bus to Kardamena is 1,8 eur per person one way, which was too expensive comparing that you can take a car for 25eur/day in Kardamena

Absolutely beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. Well appointed simple rooms, water and mini wine in fridge with a couple of local pastries. Lovely toiletries. Housekeeping perfect. Genuinely lovely staff. Perfectly placed to walk into town, but quietly placed away from noise. KYMA restaurant attached is glorious.

Great rooms, genuinely friendly staff and the sea right in front of the private beach is lovely and full of a variety of fish. The coffee is surprisingly good. There is some music from the bar next door, but with the door closed it is not audible. Generally you are outside of the crowdedness in this hotel. The views from the balconies are absolutely stunning. Definitely recommend

I stayed here in June for a couple of days – perfectly located a bit off the beaten path, so you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still close enough to the city center. The service was excellent, both at the hotel and the private beach club. Best of all, it’s conveniently close to the airport. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Very positive experience. Staff made us most welcome and the 'hotel' was in a superb position. Will be returning asap. However, just a couple of gripes. We were there for 14 nights and and the 2 teabags, 2 shampoos , 2 small waters and 2 body washes were never replaced which I have never experienced with other hotels.
