The food was good and the setting is truly exceptional, but the details and service didn’t quite meet the level the property promises — or the price tag

We wanted to look at a potential wedding venue as it holds a special place in our hearts and the staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us! They are truly amazing and we adore each and every one of the people who work here! Always smiling, super attentive and nothing is too much bother

We made time to walk around one morning and found there were so much to explore, from benches and swings nestled in the olive and pomegranate groves, antique shop, to visiting the chickens, goats, and horses

They even cultivate all their vegetables on-site, which adds a unique touch to every meal. Each room boasts its own distinctive decor, and the views of the surrounding landscape are simply breathtaking

From the moment we made online reservations to the day we said goodbye, the staff, service, hotel, location was the best I have ever experienced

Monemvasia has managed to capture and maintain the feel of an ancient fortification while giving one the comforts of modern civilization (indoor plumbing!) The Likinia Hotel is well located, about a 5 minute walk away from the main street and sufficiently separated

This is a one of a kind stay! If you are visiting monemvasia, you should be sure to stay on the island inside the fortress

We loved our time here! Great hiking up to the church on top of the hill, beautiful views, such a unique little community

Be aware that there is no elevator, but you can drive around to the back of the hotel to bring your bags in which makes it much easier. We would stay here again if we are back in the area

Pros: Great pool, spacious modern rooms with several balconies, beautiful location. Cons: not cheap, a 5 minute drive to Monemvasia for dinner. The place was luxurious with not that many guests

The island is so magical that instead of the planned 3 nights, we stayed for 5. The Host lady (who is an Angel) helped a lot in order to make it happen and extend our stay. The accommodation is clean and tidy

What a peaceful place and what can I say about Valia, so kind and so attentive, it was a memorable little stay, both for the kindness of the people on the island and for the beauty of the place

Comfortable bed, right in the center of the village, you can find everything downstairs, no need to take a car. Very convenient, especially in the night hours, when cars are restricted.

Plus - what was the most important thing for us - pets are allowed. If we will have the chance to be back to Greece, we will definitely stay here again

I hesitate to say how lovely Elefanisos is as it will get more and more popular. The small island has some excellent restaurants, great value accomodation and some of the best beaches in Greece

Good service, but there are some things that are a let down and there is, among other things, the air conditioning which was not good enough and also not possible to regulate and a simple breakfast

The rooms are great, ample, with natural light, a beautiful patio, the most comfortable mattress ever, but the most valued aspect is how clean everything is

The breakfast is delicious, a perfect combination of Greek flavors and international cuisine (you don’t want to miss the homemade spanakopita 🤩🤩🤩)

The service was excellent everywhere, at the pool, the bar or the beach, all the staff was friendly, and always made us feel looked after

One of the things we loved is that you really don’t need to leave the property for anything. There’s everything you could possibly want right there, restaurant and an impressive breakfast buffet with plenty of variety

Zetta at the reception knows how to make you feel welcome and sorts out any minor things that may come up. I cant find a reason why not to go there again and again

Mrs Zeta and her family were always very accommodating to our requests, such as arranging a bed rail for our son, which made our stay much easier and stress-free

Stayed at Margo Beach Hotel for a big family reunion trip. The location is wonderful - right on the beach with an easy drive into town. The resort is beautiful, rooms were clean and VERY spacious

The town itself is walkable, but many of the best experiences are spread out along the coast or tucked into the surrounding hills

The location is just a few minutes from Gythio but in a lovely quiet position. A good beach with an excellent beach bar is just a few hundred metres away

Efficient check in and a good breakfast delivered to room at a time agreed, consisted of bread, cake, toasties with egg, fruit, yoghurt and juice although would have preferred fresh orange juice at this standard of accommodation and some extra coffee pods

Alistos is a beautiful hotel nearby Gytheio and in a great location to explore Mani while being in a serene location by the nature. I highly recommend it especially if you are looking for some quite time and relaxation
