Excellent option when visiting Monemvasia. The hotel is new and modern with wonderful amenities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was a memorable one. Fabulous stay at this hotel in August 2025 with the family for 7 nights. Ioannis, Sia and Angelika couldn't have been more helpful during our stay and the view of Monemvasia is breathtaking! The appartments were clean. The employees were friendly. The location was superb. But it was overpriced and this droped my rating by a star. I do not know if the overpricing was due to booking.com but we payed to much for the room.

The moment we walked into our beautiful room on the ground floor, we felt at home! The hostess is very kind and took the time to make sure we understood how to manage the lights and hot water switches. The location is excellent - right on the edge of a small green space next to the fortress wall, overlooking the sea. We only wish we could have spent more time in there to enjoy our room!

We had a nice stay at Hotel Panorama. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Be aware that there is no elevator, but you can drive around to the back of the hotel to bring your bags in which makes it much easier. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Beautiful view of monemvasia, nice breakfast, friendly staff and easy parking (a real parking lot). We found the bed to be quite hard. Also, the water in the rooms had a bit of a sulfur smell.

Stay Inside a Castle Delightful room overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was excellent! Be prepared for cobblestones and stairs in the village but it was wonderful fun exploring the town

Clean, cheap, friendly staff and very convenient location. Can be a bit loud in the morning.

No protection from the Sun, no breakfast (the claim of the basket is ridiculous), and next to a noisy spot of the main road. Other than that, it's relatively good for the price, clean, and with a mosquito net on the window.

Beautiful views, lovely property offering everything you would need. Only problem was total lack of signs on property. Sign just says Villa Plus on a very very small sign on a public lamp post. Eventually after a couple if hours git hold of local rep who we met up nearby and he showed the way. Really must get a villa name plate on the actual gate at the main entry!

Fantastic value. We paid a few pounds more for a "superior" room and were given room 17. Two balconies, with wraparound views. Certainly not a £50 view!! Can't rate highly enough. Right on the causeway so very convenient. Spent a very happy afternoon just sat on the balcony taking in the view.

This small hotel is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the Monemvasia peninsula. The rooms are admittedly a little outdated and could benefit from a refresh. However, we loved the peaceful surroundings and the small terrace where we enjoyed breakfast.

Cozy and beautiful stay The place was very cozy and nicely decorated. The host responses to everything very quickly and was very helpful. It was a wonderful stay, my family loved the view and the space. It was easy to walk to the ocean from the back of the house. A seaside retreat We had a hard time finding the location, but once we got there, we enjoyed our spot, especially the access to swimming and our private balcony with the beautiful view of the sea.

The beds were terrible…hard as sleeping on a slab of stone….no lighting in the kitchen, no table lamps….every light was an overhead light. Could not even make a cup of coffee after sunset. The upstairs bed in our room had sand on the sheets.

I had to cancel my stay at short notice due to a health complication. Sempre Viva Suites refunded me in full even though I was outside the cancellation window and they didn’t need to. We spent a weekend in the Moni Emvasis suite, which was luxurious, romantic, and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, the service was friendly, and the hotel is conveniently close to the front entrance. Monemvasia is one of the most enchanting places in the world, second only to Santorini in Greece. Monemvasia is an absolute gem, and this is the nicest place to stay in the castle.

We had a lovely stay at Byzantino Hotel. It is a very different experience due to the location being within the old castle town ruins. Our only minus is the sewage piping in the rooms which have a damp and mouldy smell. It was not just our room. There are also a couple of places where the outside steps should have a railing as it is very dangerous for us older ages.
