One of the most beautiful stays we ever had. Extremely helpful staff, always smiling. Very clean apartments with all the amenities one may need, all possible details thought of. Amazing location. We have lots of lovely memories around the pool. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Great pool, spacious modern rooms with several balconies, beautiful location. Cons: not cheap, a 5 minute drive to Monemvasia for dinner. The place was luxurious with not that many guests. We used it as a base to visit Monemvasia and Elafonisos. Fabulous seaside scenery.

We were only here for two nights but the accommodations were really comfortable. The staff is inviting and the warmth of their hospitality is very much felt. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the hotel premises. There are a pharmacy and a restaurant less than 5 minutes away from the hotel and it is a very short ride away from old Monemvasia. The staff recommended the best roads to travel on for us to reach the best beaches nearby. Can’t wait to plan my next trip back to be able to stay longer!

Sempre Viva Suites in Monemvasia is an excellent choice for Family Vacations and a five star review for its gorgeous facilities and infinity pool! Our family stayed for 3 days in an executive suite and we tasted an outstanding experience with the spacious rooms, the king size beds, the great view and the luxurious pool and gardens of Sempre Viva Suites! We highly recommend your stay here if you are searching a luxury suite around Monemvasia and we give five stars for our review!

I had to cancel my stay at short notice due to a health complication. Sempre Viva Suites refunded me in full even though I was outside the cancellation window and they didn’t need to. I appreciated it so much and think it is a wonderful reflection on them. We will visit next year and this hotel will be first on my list!

Very nice spacious room. Very well designed. The housekeeping was great, attention to every single detail. The bed sheets were changed every 2nd day without request! In other words, the sporless cleanliness of the room left a very cozy and comfortable impression. The pool area is nice, the sunbeds are soft and comfy. Really the property is very beautiful! It is lockated in a very quiet area only 5 min drive from the city of monemvasia.
Unfortunately due to covid there was no restaurant service. I hope soon it will start its operation as I think I might have seen some tables meant to be for dining.
Anyway thank you for making those 5 wonderful days that we stayed with you as beautiful and comfortable as it was only possible in the current situation with the virus.
