Hotel Philip in Pylos

Lovely position overlooking the village. Comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast, not to mention the great sunset.

Really well placed hotel if you don't want to be in the middle of town. You get great sea views, a pleasant walk down to the tavernas and an excellent breakfast. Large rooms with self catering facilities too. On a main road but in mid-May this was no problem, but parents would not want to let their children cross alone due to the bend the hotel is on.

Great view from evey place you are standing. Owners very friendly and willing to help you at any time. Breakfast really good!! Totally recommend it!

Amazing view on the bay, including from the room. The rooms are spacious, really clean and well furnished. The service is very nice and the food pretty good ! We had great days there

Great hotel! The rooms are great, balconies are large with a great view and the breakfast is a treat! Our stay was a wonderfull experience and definitely will visit again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Pilos, I can honestly recommend Philip (both the Hotel and the Restaurant !) from the bottom of my heart. The couple running the place are as authentic, sweet & helpful as can be. Don‘t be shy and ask for advice on where to go or what to visit, trust me you will not be disappointed. Now to the restaurant, not only is the view over the bay as scenic as can be and sunsets are a dream - but the food is amazing. The man in charge will talk you through the card, and even still stand in the kitchen to cook up some of your favorite (or atleast my favorite) greek dishes. Must visit and enjoy, period.

I love this place! The people who run it are so friendly and professional. Rooms have a little kitchenette in them. Shower of course, hair dryer, a/c, desk and smart TV. Rooms are very spacious. Balconies face the most amazing view, there is nothing like it in the whole area. There is a bar restaurant which is really good. Breakfast is also very good and they give you a lot of food. I only have good things to say about this place. I have stayed here a few times and will continue to do so as well as recommend to my friends.

We had an amazing view. The food was ok, nothing really special but it was good. If you would like to go to restaurant with a great view I really recommend this place
