An absolute gem in Rhodes! Our stay at Villas Duc Hotel Apartments was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring – they go above and beyond to make your holiday unforgettable. The apartments are spacious, spotless, and stylishly decorated, with a lovely balcony or terrace where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast or a stunning sunset. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly – a must during the warm days. The pool is beautifully maintained with plenty of sunbeds. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and intimate – ideal for unwinding. The bar and restaurant are excellent too: fresh food, a varied menu, and a cozy setting. The location is just right: peaceful yet within walking distance of the beach, shops, and nice restaurants. Rhodes Town is also just a short drive away. In short: Villas Duc is a hidden gem for anyone who values hospitality, peace, quality, and comfort. We will definitely return – it felt like coming home on holiday!

A very nice place. A bit off the city center but only 20 minutes away by bus. Rooms are big and spacious, overlooking a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is fine and the service too.

The staff was unfriendly, cold and didn’t make us feel at all welcomed. When we arrived the first comment was ”you are late”. When in breakfast, nobody greets you, they just sit or stand there with no customer service. Dissapointing. If you want to feel like you’re on holiday, stay away from this hotel. The room was spacious ja tidy, only props for that.

First night here and yet I'm thinking should I change the hotel. First impression is that things are falling apart. Hotel is full and there is not enoug staff to serve everyone. Elevator is broken, door lock broke down during first day and AC does not work. Staff come to look at it and say it works but when set to 18 degrees it still blows warm air. So maybe I'm stupid or staff do not know hot air from cold. Pool closes at 6pm even when sun is still shining and when asked the answer is that "this is the rules". What rules because nobody can find this information anywhere. I'm not the only one thinkin about this. There was more than one couple today having conversation that there is major problems and everything is fallin apart.
This is not some 5 star place byt I have never been in hotel like this where I'm thinking to move out during my holiday.

Our yearly trip with all the familiy to Villa Duc was so nice. We really love this place. Amazing place ☀️☀️ Great food in the restaurent. Cleaning and rooms was perfect! Area around with lots of good restaurents Staff so kind and helpful We will come back!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Nice and clean and private. Location is near to everything. Surroundings are not so nice but that does not bother on the pool. Food and drinks are good. Overall service is good. Our room was 2nd floor and one of the smallest. Small kitchen but remember to bring your salt and soup. One bedroom and sofabed. Sofabed is too small to bigger children so consider bigger room.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. The pool is big and the pool-area itself very nice. Our room was spacious and had a large balcony, we could see the ocean from it. The restaurant was good and food very good. Quiet area, but very close to the beach.

There should definitely be one or two stars less at the hotel. I was really disappointed with a lot of things compared to what I expected because there were good reviews. Here are the cons: Unfriendly staff, doesn't say hello on its own initiative, never smiles, doesn't even look in the eyes, often just stares, especially from the owner:/ The room, online you are also promised bathrobes and slippers, but there were never any, really thin, bad blankets and really bad pillows, the spare bed collapsed from underneath, ants walked around the room, crappy floors, really bad quality towels, the toilet door was completely full of moisture, the cleaning of the room was really sloppy e.g. the toilet bowl was never washed, the old water pipes were exposed in the toilet The food, breakfast was really limited and always the same and nothing changed, the cucumbers were very dry, the cheeses were very loose. The food at dinner was mostly frozen food, which tasted mostly bad, so I really don't expect to get only frozen food at the hotel, once I got a fish steak heated in the microwave, dinner didn't even include a bottle of water, but I had to pay for that too even though I have half board?? So I emphasize, I'm really disappointed :/

I definitely recommend this hotel. The pool area is so beautiful and pool is big. There are plenty of sunbeds to everyone.

The room was good sized and clean. You can even see the sea from the upper rooms.

Rooms very basic and small.Pool was not clean,but staff very friendly.Brilliant sea view,2 minutes to sea and beach.

Lovely hotel a couple of meters from the beach. Rooms are simple and clean and the balconies make for a relaxing atmosphere. Couldn't have wished for anything better!

Good value for money. Helpful and nice employees. Very simple rooms, but clean. Very good balcony's on rooms facing the street. Excellent location 2 mins from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Pay extra for air-condition. Simple but ok breakfast. Coffee at breakfast sucks, but only 1 min to walk to "the cakebox" where they serve decent coffee.

Swimming Pool, Fitnesscenter, Free Bikes, Wellness, Bar, child care, did they say. What i ended up with was, waiting 5h for my Room, Paying Taxes for a reason nobody knows, paying „extra“ for every small advantage like Save, AC and so on…
Pool looked like a Construction Site. When asking for a Fitness Center staff looked at me like i was Crazy since they had none. Wellness, and Child Care wasn’t there since there was no Water in the Pool anyway.
After getting none of the Services i was told i would get i nearly got fried by the Heat in my Apartment. Guess what they told me. Oh you need AC, sure thats just a little extra (7€ Per Day). They dont even give you free AC after providing none of the listed Services. Even the Free Bikes did not exist and the person in the Lobby didn’t understand i wanted a Cycle she kept trying to tell me that i need a Licence for the Mopets/ Rollers which i didnt even ask for so i went to 5 Persons nearby to finally rent a Bike for another 7€ a day.
Besides the Money Moves they did on me the Hotel looked not even Close to the Provided Pictures on Google they Sealing on the Outside was cracking up, Some lights were Broken, Toiletpaper is thinner than a Plant Leave, Door wasnt working / Closing well and this list could go on.
By the way the Hotel is Red not White or whatever the Pictures say.
