Epsilon Hotel Apartments in Faliraki

We had a great experience at Epsilon Hotel Apartments. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Sunbeds are available for €16 (for two), and if you want a bit more comfort, a beachside gazebo costs €60. After 6 PM, both the sunbeds and gazebos are free to use, which was a pleasant surprise.

You can order delicious food directly from Ammades restaurant while at the beach. Their menu is fantastic, and everything we tried was top quality and portuons are huge. Just note that the restaurant closes at 6 PM.

The hotel also has a mini market conveniently located near the reception, and there are several souvenir shops nearby. If you plan to visit Rhodes town, the bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to explore.

Our room was spacious and well-suited for families, especially if you're traveling with children. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Antonia, who warmly welcomed us (in both English and Swedish!) and even allowed us to check in early without prior notice. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out—this is exactly the kind of service you hope for when staying at a hotel.

Good room, better than my home The bed is a little small for my 1m90, but it’s still really decent, with a nice sea view — even if there’s a building in front, you can still see the sunrise! The swimming pool near the gym is nice, but the other one is even better. I only tried the gym once — it’s okay, but maybe you could add a good pull-up bar because the current one isn’t great (just a small detail though). The staff are always smiling, kind and helpful — they helped me more than once and I never saw anyone make a mad face in 5 days (except some tourists ). It’s a big change from France, so congratulations to the whole team!

We went to this hotel without any reservation, and Antonia was there to welcome us in the kindest way. She gave us one of the best rooms, which we loved so much. The room was huge, clean, and had a stunning view. Nothing to complain about. Antonia also helped us find an equally beautiful room for the following days, since the one we were in before was going to be occupied. She also recommended a few amazing restaurants that we loved from the first to the last one, suggesting food that was authentic, not a tourist trap, and at the same time traditional. We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel, certainly also thanks to Antonia.

We stayed at the Epsilon Hotel for a week and had a really good experience. The rooms have everything you need; fridge, cooking equipment, a spacious shower, etc. They’re not the most stylish, quite simple but comfortable and nice balcony so no complaints! What really made the stay though was the staff, especially at reception. Before arriving I’d emailed about my boyfriend’s birthday and Antonia was amazing, she helped me organise a cake and the hotel even gave a complimentary fruit basket and card, which made the day extra special. She also gave us loads of brilliant recommendations, circling them on the map for us, which made exploring the island so much easier. On our last day there's an option to use a room to freshen up as our flight is in the evening, think this is very thoughtful.

Amazing service and spacous apartments! Very clean! Great size balcony! Very welcoming staff, reception, restaurant and beach. A tad worn here and there but as long as it's clean we don't mind. Nice beds and also have thin duveys. Close to the beach and Epsilon shopping center. 20 min walk to Faliraki town. Highly recommended.

Family time at this exceptional clean and modern hotel, ours was a suite for 3 with sea view, impressed with all the cheerful and service-minded staff. A kitchenette, living room and large bedroom with sliding doors out to the huge balcony where we took in the sea view. Oh and we were worried ac may not work as we read online some hotels closed off theirs..it worked and we always had hot water. I can go on and on. Looking forward to returning!

We had been looking for an apartment as we have a teenage son and don't want to share a room. This worked perfectly for us. Really nice apartment, we got upgraded to full sea view even though we only paid for side sea view which was nice. The apartment is spotless and cleaned every day, we got fresh towels every day too even beach towels. The shower was really good and very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The pool is also nice. In terms of location, it's also brilliant if you want more of a quiet place but with still enough places to eat. The beach is 2 minutes walk, the waterpark 15 minutes walk and there is a bus stop right outside. The car rental linked with the hotel is also excellent, good value and no crazy excess. I could not recommend this place more, it ticked all the boxes and we really had a great time. Another great thing they do which I have never seen anywhere else is that on your leaving day, if you have a late flight back you can book a room for 45 minutes free of charge so you can have a shower and get changed. You are also allowed to use the pool past the check out time which is very nice.

Hi when we came in it was a plessure to meet the staff the staff was friendly and was always happy, whe came here for 6 days and we were happy we choose tis hotel the rooms were big we got a room with 2 sleepbenches with is the same as a bed and 1 big bed with a door between the sleeping room and living rooms also you have 2 tv's to watch to chill and relaxe the cleaning team was also verry friendly and came every morning with a big smile.
the pool is also really good and the gym also we recommend this hotel !

Absolutely loved my week stay at Epsilon Appartments. Beautiful rooms - highly recommend the sea view - loads of space, big balcony. Great location bus stop into faliraki and rhodes town right outside. Shopping, Pharmacy and restaurants right outside. Highly recommend the beachfront restaurant!! Amazing friendly staff everywhere I would definitely come back.

After a long exhausting year at university my friends and I knew a holiday was much needed! Alas, we stumbled across the Epsilon Hotel and boy did all of our years only go up after this experience. How we’ll ever go elsewhere on holiday- well I’m not quite sure because this place is what dreams are made of. We immediately noted the cleanliness of this vicinity and the staff were very welcoming and helpful which as a result made the check in process as smooth as silk. We walked into our rooms and couldn’t believe our look! For this price a room this great is extremely lucky. The room was spacious so that with 4 adults it didn’t feel too close for comfort but cozy enough to feel like home. There was plenty of kitchen space so we were able to prepare food in if we wanted too, the bathroom area was lovely with a BRILLIANT shower and the balcony was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the sea. The pool is a good size and is always a fairly relaxing environment and the beach is a few minutes walk from the hotel which has great beds and a beach bar all for a good price. There’s a lovely supermarket in the hotel which a vast range of supplies for all your needs- whether that be food, drink, toiletries or beach supplies. It’s a great location: 20 minutes drive from the stunning old town Rhodes and about a 5 minute drive from the main Faliraki *****. Overall, my friends and I had a fantastic time at this hotel and will cherish the memories we made here. Thank you kind staff of Epsilon.
