La Plage in Kokkari

First of all, you’re told to hang your hotel key in the unmanned reception when you're not in your room. Anyone could therefore enter your room and do whatever. Did not feel safe. There were two separate very hard beds, with just as hard pillows. No soap in the bathroom for washing your hands, and in the bathroom there was a shower without any shower curtains, so there was always 1cm of water on the bathroom floor at all times. Very disgusting. The toilet paper holder located just beside the shower also got drenched because of this. The AC was 9€ per night, but, the controller did not work for temp control so even with AC, the temp was stuck at 24 Celsius every night. Power outlets, there were only two of them located at the entrance door and the door next to the bathroom door. Last but not least, we had cockroaches running around on the floor. Extremely disgusting. Summary: •No soap beside the sink •No shower curtain •Unsafe key-system •Cockroaches in hotel room •Expensive, not properly working AC •Minimal breakfast The only positive thing with this hotel, is it’s location, which has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel itself.
