Tataki Hotel in Fira

I very rarely go online to write a review, let alone a bad one so if I am writing one, its has to be worth the effort. I called up the reception at 9am on the day of checkout asking if it was possible to extend from 11am to 12pm. He said it was not possible and I said no problem, I will check out at 11.

Between 10am and 11am, he called me 3 times and kept asking when am I checking out. Twice he knocked on the door as well. At 10.55 he just opened the room and entered and kept pushing to check out. All this while my foot was bleeding from an accident and I was doing first aid in the bathroom.

He wouldnt even let me finish my first aid and made me check out and be out of the property before the clock hit 11:00. I sat in the outdoor waiting area, attending to myself and checking some emails and the cleaners did not even get in there till 12pm while this receptionist Emanuele kept pushing for the checkout.

I travel weekly for work and stay in atleast 50-80 hotels a year be it for work or holiday and this has been by far the most unprofessional receptionist/manager I have ever encountered.

While the rooms are decent, would not stay here because of the horrible manager/receptionist.

PS: The hotel is right next to the club and you cannot sleep because of the music

I payed double for a room with hottub. When I arrived, i noticed hot tub wont turn on and none of the features worked. I called reception and he confirmed the hottub didnt work. I asked to be put in regular room qith half the price and he refused. He said i had to accept the condition of the hot tub as is and there were no refunds. The tub had hot water in it and was very old and dirty. There was green mold around the main water area. There were loose screws and broken ripped seats. Disgusting. I feel deceived and also no help from reception

Very centric but they offer to take you to the airport but its a lie, at last time when you are waiting they say the dont have how to take you to thw airport and you have to go by your own, so very informal hotel.
