Friendly staff. Room was big and amenities plenty. Bathroom bit dated. Spectacular views and location. Breakfast was great.

Adi , Chris and all staff in Theoxenia are very friendly and room are clean, the view on the roof while you have breakfast is impressive.

Service is warm and friendly! Very helpful. Location is excellent, 2min walk to the bus station where you can catch the airport bus and to Oia. The views outside the hotel is magnificent. Our room has no views, but we can step out to the shared balcony for the great views. The kettle in the room has a broken lid so several times, almost got scalded when we pour hot water. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Property had amazing views, staff was absolutely the best!!!! Friendly above and beyond helpful. Alex and Alex and the gentleman that drove us from the Port, were fabulous. Area is great, easy walking to everything. Bus stop close. Only complaint we had or might warn others of, was the noise from local bars at night. We could hear the music and people yelling til 3am. We did have the room to the top north closest to the streets with the clubs. Other rooms may not hear the noise. Patio sitting was worth the noise. We used earplugs or headphones at nights. Amazing stay!!

Very close to the Fira bus station. Great view of the caldera especially the sunset. Just 1 flight of stairs to get to the hotel itself. Great amenities and the staff are very nice and accomodating.

The hotel staff were fantastic in helping us with luggage up the staircase. We had a comfortable stay in a great spot.

Great little place to stay if you need a place right in Fira. No views, lots of stairs (no elevator that we could see) and wifi that kept disconnecting. For the price however it’s hard to beat for the location of shops and dining around Fira.

Lovely Boutique hotel. We booked the room overlooking the Caldera #8. Best views ! The room is adequate for 2 people. Newly remodeled shower room. We love the vibe. The location is perfect for exploring. It is in the middle of town.

All the staff was amazing. They were All so friendly and helpful.

Due to the earthquake, I did not visit. However, I cannot get a refund. Overall, there is a problem with Trip.com's system and service. They are not very responsive to solving the problem.
They pass all the damages on to the customer.

Good clean rooms with balcony. Staff members were very cooperative . Location very good , you will get everything in walking distance in the heart of Fira . Nice personalized breakfast on the roof with an amazing view of the Aegean Sea !
