Astro Palace Hotel & Spa in Fira

The service and staff were like family! The food was excellent—you can choose from a complimentary breakfast. If you get hungry at night, you can order a variety of gyros and more from Fira! We had an amazing stay! The hotel is brand new! The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant/pool area is perfect for relaxing in the sun! The staff is fantastic!! Everyone is incredibly kind and goes out of their way to help! We'll definitely be back!

The service at this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are impeccably cleaned daily. Its location is also very convenient, close to several attractions in the center of the island.

Nice hotel, well located, unfortunately the pool service was poor, the bar tender never was paying attention to the customers at the pool. Hard time to order something from the bar

Very clean and spacious room with a lovely balcony.  The staff was amazing.  From the front desk to the bartender to the breakfast room.  Funny story.  We needed to arrange a ride to the port and I asked the front desk if she needed our name and she said « oh no, we know who you are. » it was a lovely stay.  Very quiet and calm.  Only way it would have been better would be if located immediately in town.  It was a 5-10 minute walk to town.

This is our 3rd stay at Astro Palace Hotel, Fira, Santorini. It has become like a home away from home for us since we first stayed there in 2022, then in 2023, and now in 2025.

The property is incredibly well maintained. Their staff wonderfully and professionally trained, and they provide one of the best customer services we've ever experienced in all our global journeys. Our special thanks to Hope and Catherine, respectively, for their wonderful care. We also send our thanks to the barman (his name escapes me) and the restaurant staff, too. We appreciate all your wonderful hospitality.

I really like the hotel environment. The small balcony in the room has a great view. The service is very good. The swimming pool is beautiful. You can sit in a chair by the pool to bask in the sun, drink tea, and daydream. It is suitable for friends to spend a vacation.

This is a hotel that just opened. The facilities are very new. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner and air purifier are very powerful. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor. The hot water comes very quickly! ^ ^
You can contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up! Although the breakfast is classic white rice, it is relatively delicious. In addition to the buffet, you can also ask the staff to order ^_^ I like the hotel's cappuccino very much☕️It's delicious!
The location is also very good. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Internet celebrity refrigerator store and 8 minutes walk from Fira Station. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and upgraded us to the sunrise room type for free. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is cleaned every day. It's just that the weather is very cold and you can't go in the water. You can take a shower! ! ! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Good location overall, but a bit of a walk to get to the main area of Fira, and the road if you're walking is not that easy with kids. The showers were a bit dirty around the edges, and it was dirty underneath the patio tables when we moved them, a lot of dirt underneath. Otherwise, pool was excellent, rooms were very big and comfortable, food was good and the staff were excellent, especially the ladies at the front desk. Very helpful in pointing us in the right directions on where to go and what to see in Santorini. The bartenders were also very helpful and friendly, the gentlemen at breakfast were exceptionally good. The views from this hotel, especially from the pool area, are good.
