Kafieris View in Firostefani

Recently my husband and I travelled to Santorini and had the pleasure of staying at Kafieras View. What a great choice! Nikos, the owner, warmly greeted us upon arrival and then promptly offered us a free upgrade. After being shown both rooms the upgrade was the obvious choice! The room was lovely and the ocean view was stunning!!! That view made our stay in Santorini unforgettable!!! We loved the breakfast box that was delivered to our room daily and always on time. Each day breakfast was a bit different but always fresh and ample for the two of us! Customer service and satisfaction are clearly a priority for Nikos and his staff! Kafieras View is situated so that you can easily walk to many restaurants and/or to the shopping area. We do recommend that you have GPS on your phone if out walking as it will help you navigate the winding and often confusing sidewalks and streets of beautiful Santorini!

It came to my mind months later, but this beautiful hotel staff truly deserves a great review. They are very kind and polite. The hotel also has a beautiful view and is a very clean place.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My stay was wonderful! The view was absolutely beautiful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Nikos was an incredibly kind and helpful host, always with a great attitude and ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was balanced and delicious — a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for 6 days and really enjoyed it! It's at the highest point of Fira and a little difficult to go back and forth from the hotel but it's worth it because of the amazing view that offers. Our room was a bit small but had a beautiful view and the small pool on the roof was nice. The service is really good and the girl in the front desk was really helpful and nice. Everyday we had clean towels and sheets without needing to ask. The breakfast could be a little bit more appealing but it was still nice. I recommend it😊

Great location, small room with view, tiny toilet especially the shower space is very small hard to take shower

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. He offered us an upgrade and gave us great recommendations for excursions and meals. We booked a sailing tour through him and had a wonderful time. We were also offered room service breakfast. The only downside was the very small bathroom and shower. He was very polite and understanding when we checked out 15 minutes late and helped us set up taxi service to the airport.

The sunset from the caldera view is best ever! I've been to Oia and watching the sunset, but it will never be as good as sunset view from Kafieris View. Walking is tough if you bring luggage. Easily accessible with foods, shopping and transportation. Safe for solo traveller and good price with the view.

Terrible experience in travel!
Our room (panoramic view room) has a wonderful sea view! Hotel location is good. Daily cleaning service is great. The in-room breakfast is also a positive experience!
However, on our check out day, we had a terrible experience with the hotel’s taxi booking service, which almost made us missed our early morning flight! And we were left helplessly outside of the hotel as the time of our flight getting closer, desperately trying to find an alternative on our own. We miserably carried our luggage by foot in the early morning, hundreds of meters down to the streets to find the nearest help. I am 78 years old! It was one of the worst experiences in travel!
