Cyclades Hotel in Karterados

It' a villa not a hotel.

We had an unpleasant incident at arriving. Very annoying and very frustrating..to start your vacation. We reserved a room at top floor and we have received a confirmation but when we reached there the owner did “remind” os that was a mistake and we shouldn’t receive the room because our reservation is actually an “economic” room🤢. Anyway we got the room but ..with they a sour taste in our mouths ..and the room was actually the worst because of the very loudly noise from air conditioning..

Services - overall…decent.

Personal - Except one receptionist, the others
don't speak english. If you need any info it's very hard to understand with them.
We had no electricity one night and the man in charge over night couldn’t speak not even an word in english.. he use an app to tell me that the electricity problem is all the time in santorini👎🏻

Rooms - They are clean enough..
- very old small fridge.
- small old tv (no english channels - and
sometimes: no signal )
- the air condition it's very noisy ..if you close
yours then you can hear loudly and clear the
neighbors so if yo are a hard sleeper then you have a problem.
- water - very low pressure and many times only
cold water..
- electricity - very unstable.. it's crazy this one!!
- towels - OMG 🤦 Hard like a volcanic rock. They should use some God damn BALSAM😏

The pool - it's quite nice and has a small jacuzzi

Breakfast - Same every day. Ok for 1-2 days then becomes boring.

The city NOT recommended 👎🏻 Dusty, polluted and noisy. No real roads and NO pedestrians lane.. this is insane 🤯 that because the drivers are absolutely out of their minds.. they drive so fast and without fallowing any rules 🤬.. and very aggressively vocally 😳.
We go there because of those good spots that everybody talks but we didn’t know the other parts.. that not worth it the effort and money 👎🏻

Not so good experience..so not recommended👎🏻
