Ania is incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me find a taxi when none can be found! Rooms are good with a beautiful view of Santorini from the higher rooms. Location is central. 20 minute walk to Fira and a 15 minute drive to the airport.

Exceptional experience for my family and my friends who get married in Santorini. Rooms and hotel area very clean. Breakfast 😋 delicious. Very close to restaurants, bus stop and Fira centre. All our group was treated as VIP. Outstanding customer service and hospitality. When I get poorly owners looked after me and sorted all medication free of charge. I would highly recommend hotel to anyone planning to visit Santorini

The hotel is nice, but we were there in the off season so it's hard to know what's standard and what's an exception. They accommodated 32 students and three adults fIrly well.
I can say the breakfast provided was lack-lustre at best... Toast, processed ham, boiled eggs, small amounts of fruit and veg. Greek yogurt, coffee. It was obviously undergoing renovations, so any disrepair at the time is completely excusable.

Expensive pants that were worn on the same morning went missing. Aries was helpful and tried to help, lady in the front was rude and made it look like we're lying.
We did not feel safe and we had to take our stuff in backpacks when we went out.

Clean rooms, Aries was very kind and respectful.

The gentleman who ran the transport was phenomenal! He gave excellent advice and a small tour on the way from the airport to the hotel. The rest of the staff we met was also wonderful! Highly recommend anyone stay here!

This hotel is very clean, welcoming and have very understanding staff. I was happy during my stay. The only problem is, you will have to deal with a bit of noise because the place echos. If you don’t have problem with a bit of noise depending on the type of guest you have around at the time of visit, this is a pocket friendly and strategically located place to stay when visiting Santorini.

Receptionist lady was very cheerful, knowledgeable n helpful. Hotel is 20 mins away from town ,quite n near bus stops n delicious bakery n supermarket nearby. Very convenient n I highly recommend this hotel to ppl.

Probably the best location in Santorini to stay, center of everything, close to everything. Hotel is decent for the price, but there are some serious minuses, like warm water in the shower, you need to wait for few minutes to get warm (not hot) water, which is semi-salty (like in most other hotels tbh). Cleaning ladies are not cleaning the bathrooms properly, very disappointing. Staff is friendly, breakfast very good. Considering the price range, it is still a good choice despite the minuses…

Really nice hotel, the location is good, in a less crowded area near the center of Fira. The bus stop is 2 minutes away on foot, and the center of Fira less than a 15 minute walk. The reception was really helpful, giving us advice to plan our holiday and improve our commute. The breakfast was good, nothing special but had a few good choices to start your day with energy. The pool was also nice, not a big pool but quite cosy and never crowded. The rooms were clean with a big shower, a fridge and a comfortable bed. Really great experience overall, I would gladly visit the hotel again!
