Nemesis in Fira

Great stay overall! The hotel was spotless, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job every day. The location is very convenient — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Considering the quality of service and the area, it’s definitely great value for money. Highly recommended.

This place is a rip-off. It's smaller than my bathroom at home, and the bed is barely wider than a sofa. How can they charge 800 a night for a room like this? Don't they have a conscience? This guesthouse must have just opened because there's a strong odor. They charge for everything, and linens are only changed every three days. They don't even clean your room unless you ask.

This hotel is a bargain! Their communication before your arrival is outstanding, and as soon as you check in they're available with great advice on local attractions. My cruise to the volcano and hot springs was arranged, ticket printed on the spot. The breakfast is excellent, and the whole place is kept very clean.

I was really impressed with this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team deserves special mention for their attention to detail. The area is excellent — easy to get around and close to key attractions. Staff were professional, approachable, and always ready to help. For the price, the overall experience exceeded expectations and offers great value.

This was my second visit to Hotel Nemesis in Santorini. The hosts Lia and Jacob are so lovely, obliging and helpful on every occasion I met or spoke with them. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully furnished. There is a wonderful breakfast on offer each morning. This hotel is less than 5 minute walk From the bus station, Fira Centre and amazing restaurants. It is also located 5 mins from the starting point of the Fira - Oia Hike which is a big highlight for me from Santorini. It is also located 5 min walk to beautiful sunset spots in the centre of Fira. I have recommended and sent my family to this hotel, I could not recommend Hotel Nemesis more. I already look forward to my next returning visit.

The room was spotless and the private balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Aegean Sea.

The location of the hotel was just perfect - a walking distance from the centre of Thira, the bus station (that is super helpful if you plan to travel around the island) and supermarket. Also you have an amazing view from the balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and the Thira - Oia hike starts nearby. The hosts will be able to assist you with pre-booking the taxi transfer from the airport.

I enjoyed the breakfast and my room which was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities I needed.

I recommend this hotel and I would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to this beautiful island.

Amazing Stay!
This boutique hotel was absolutely perfect for my needs. It felt like I was staying at a friend’s home. Jacob was an incredible host, ensuring my stay was comfortable. He was accommodating and also helped me with local things, like a map and bus timings. The location of the hotel was also perfect— a short walk to the bus station and across from a supermarket. I could also get Santorini views right from my balcony.

It's perfectly positioned near the bus terminal, grocery stores, and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. Plus, it's only a 20-minute drive from the airport and 25 minutes from the ferry port, making travel a breeze.

Our room was impeccably clean every single day, with attention to detail that made the stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony view—watching the sea and the stunning sunsets from the comfort of our room was nothing short of magical.
