Mandilaria Studios in Perivolos

WOW!! My husband and I have traveled the world these past 6 months and this is hands down the best service we have received. This is an immaculate family owned and operated property. This family goes above and beyond to take care of its guest. There in a supermarket, restaurant, laundry facility, and massage salon right on the corner. Beautiful views and amazing pool. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect location beside coffee shop, grocery store and restaurants. Sweet, friendly staff. I would definitely stay again!

Stelios and his family are the ideal hosts,and we had a wonderful time at the apartments.The apartment was spotless and clean towels and bedding arrived daily.Stelios was never intrusive but his knowledge of the best places to visit on Santorini was so helpful,and we had a great time because of a number of his suggestions. As my wife and I are now in our seventies we found that we were a little bit too far from restaurants etc(about a mile away)so we hired a car,and never looked back.We had a wonderful time,going on our little adventures and then heading back to the really well kept and quiet pool area for lazy afternoons. We would like to thank Stelios and his parents for making this a brilliant experience for us and if we ever come back to Santorini I know that this is where we will stay.

This has been our second visit to Mandilaria Studios and I have only good things to say about the place.

We enjoyed it so much last year that we selected the dates for our holiday based on when Mandilaria had available rooms.

The staff are friendly, accommodating and beyond helpful. The rooms are cleaned to perfection every single day. The atmosphere at reception and by the pool is relaxed, welcoming and inviting.

The location is ideal with the public bus stop, a supermarket, cafe and giros restaurant within less than a one minute walk.

Whether you want a holiday of total relaxation by the pool (which was our aim this year) or to tick off all the sights that Santorini has to offer (which we done last year) Mandilaria serves as the perfect base.

An easy 5 out of 5 for this hotel and its staff. We felt welcome from first arrival and throughout. Stelios was a star and makes a great cafe latte. Colder drinks are available. Clean bedding and towels daily. Plenty of loungers. A supermarket 2 mins walk away. 4 mins drive to town and the beach or get a bus for 2 euros. Absolutely can't fault this place. We'll be back. A brilliant calm quiet clean and relaxed hotel. Just 12 rooms. Always space at the pool. Great service from Stelios. Beer, sodas and lovely coffee available at a great price from the bar. Clean linen and towels every day. Everything we'd hoped for and more. Ευχαριστώ

Great Stay
lovely place to stay so clean bedding & towels changed every day, room and balcony very pleasant, swimming pool very quiet most days and gorgeous, walked to Emporio and to Perissa beach also used local buses a bit pot luck but did the job would definitely stay again

Very very clean, with very friendly staff, always helpful with us. We really enjoyed the place, the balcony was really nice as well. There was someone that cleaned the room every day, bringing fresh towels. There is a supermarket with normal prices really close. Also the beach is also very close, if you have a car it takes 3 minutes to arrive.

Nice and quiet everything was clean.
Reception was so kind and helpful.

And they have nice pool who has a lot of umbrellas!!

I really relaxed had a good sleep!!

Booked a last minute trip and picked this accommodation because of other reviews. Is a budget accommodation but well maintained. Daily housekeeping was great, room cleaned and fresh bedding and towels every day. Studio units with no frills but all you need as a base for getting out and about. Was made very welcome on arrival despite the extremely late hour after flight delays and the owner was really helpful throughout, very thoughtful and just make guests feel well looked after.
