Had the best time, I went solo For the 1st time abroad and this hotel was the best it had a fab pool lovely apartment just perfect for me. Very handy for skiathos town only 5 min walk to the bars and restaurant, Il def come back.... Staff were very friendly and family owned hotel ☺️ Thanks again to everyone for my stay

Very clean room daily, sheets and towels changed frequently. Staff very helpful. Outside bar was not open when we stayed 10/26th October. As we were the only people staying so had the pool to ourselves. Kitchen lacked utensils wine glasses, dishes for microwaving if cooking all the time in the apartment, but you only have to ask. Pleasant accommodation in a great location, friendly and helpful staff Everything within walking distance. Calm, quiet place with a pool. Thank you, our week here was wonderful and relaxing. Amazing stay at Skiathos Somnia! Great pool, fab central location, really friendly staff, lovely food, & extremely clean, well equipped apartments! Would highly recommend!

To start positively. Clean, friendly staff, family owned, situated excellently. But, The room we had. Pfew. A bit dungeon like. One small window next to he terrace of the neighbours. Adjacent in fact. An even smaller window next to the door. Two iron chairs and a table in a concrete hall? Yes, that's our terrace. A distance.

I could have stayed here forever! The hotel has the most idyllic view. It is spotlessly clean all of the time. The owners and staff are all very polite and helpful. Breakfast is adequate, fine if you are not expecting a full English. Pool great. Yes there is a steep incline to get to the hotel but 100% worth it for the view. Short walk either into town or to the beach.

First impressions were good and immediately you get an idea that it is a small hotel. The outdoor areas were neat and tidy however the sun loungers could have done with a bit of a paint touch up. The room had an amazing view - I was in room 7 and I had a great view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of tidying/cleaning the room each day. Firstly, on a positive note the hotel staff were fantastic. This was the saving grace for this hotel. They were extremely helpul, always positive and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and informative. Sadly though the hotel is run down, dated and need of many repairs. It looks like it's been neglected in many areas. We had a fabulous week at Irida. Quiet setting with amazing views. We booked a superior room & loved the extra space. The air conditioning was excellent. Yes it's up a hill but we didn't find it a problem at all & we're both 60+.

We booked this hotel because it was on the edge of Skiathos Town. It’s walkable but don’t be fooled by it being a pleasant walk into town, it’s not! It’s a busy main road unless you walk via the beach and side streets. We knew to expect a hill from the road to the Irida, but underestimated just how much of a hill! Dropped off at the bottom by Jet2, luggage to follow, which was eventually dropped half...

If you want simple but comfortable, calm but charming, some of what you want but all of the things you need, then the Irida Aegean View with its beautiful view of the mouth of the bay of Skiathos, is definitely for you. The room was clean, staff were nice, everything is close by, especially the ferry. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was perfect.

1 night stay Modern hotel, great location just up from the port. Comfortable room with all the amenities, mini fridge with free water & juice. Shower head a bit wild & flooded bathroom! Helpful receptionist booked our taxi to the airport.

I loved how clean the room was and modern looking. Having a balcony was wonderful. It’s approximately two blocks from the port which was quite convenient and in the old part of town. Located walking distance from the shops, restaurants, bus and taxi stop but enough distance to enjoy quiet nights. I came with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. If you re looking for real traditional greek hospitality, it 's your place. Everything is easy going and relaxed. Good service, very clean, comfortable (except there isno elabator), big rooms. Breakfast is not great, but it is already a bonus for the price you pay. The meal options are few but excellemt. They have the best sis kebab I have ever tried. Excellent hots, the best food I’ve ever had, very clean room and linens, washroom and everything else spotless. Located in a beautiful fishing village, a few minutes away from the most beautiful beach and water I’ve ever seen. Sadly, the shower in the room we had was so tinny, that it took an adult all the time needed for showering to keep the water inside the tiny shower curtain and off the floors...

Old, but clean hotel whit large rooms. Very nice owners. The beach is the excellent. Near is have another - Mikro. For the fishermen, have a lot of fish.

We had breakfast here. The food was fine, quite average, but the service made the difference. The waitress was really kind, funny and very pleasant. She definitely made our visit much nicer:)

overall very nice hotel with amazing location and view of the harbour , renovated and clean , but it is a not value for money choice. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is kind .

I recently found myself unexpectedly staying at Hotel Meltemi due to a weather advisory that prevented my water taxi from traveling to Skopelos. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience thanks to this gem of a hotel. Spacious studio with fabulous sea views. Easy walk to and from town. Beach opposite was not our favourite but as we had a hire car we were able to visit many other beaches. Great location

We had a great time, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Excellent value for money. The view of the sea is beautiful.

The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.

Wonderful friendly host, the place was clean, but basic accommodation and facilities. We could’ve done with some washing up liquid and tea towels to dry the things we had used. Clean towels, hand soap and toilet paper were provided but nothing else.

Great value apartment with fantastic views Great good value apartment with air conditioning and lovely views out to sea. Easy walking in to town and virtually next door to a bakery which was handy for fresh croissants in the morning! Also on the bus route so easy access to the south side of the island. I’d certainly book again.
