Beautiful hotel, the staff were delightful and Alexandria in the spa gave the whole family individual massages which we all said were the best we’d ever had

Wonderful Hotel in front of a very long beach. Very close to bus stop 16 from which you can reach the entire south coast of the island in a few minutes or reach Skiathos Town

I will never forget their wonderful welcome, our chats at the table between one delicacy and another, their affection towards me. I will never forget you and I will never forget this wonderful island

The resort is connected to the Ammos Beach restaurant right on the beach where you can taste real local and international delicacies. Delicious food and very kind, smiling and friendly staff

In particular I would like to thank some members of the staff Katie, Dimitri, Anastasia and her husband who welcomed me every day as a friend and not as a simple tourist

What impressed me most about this resort is the great kindness of all the staff, always available, cheerful and kind towards me

This hotel was one of the best we've stayed in, very clean, well-presented and friendly staff always willing to help, the rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels every other day, great food, fairly good drink selection ( but could do with some flavoured gins) they have a large selection of wines and even have a glass-fronted wine cellar

The food was very good, plenty of choice at breakfast and the meals in the Crazy Cow were very tasty if a little nouvelle cuisine. ALL the hard working staff were very friendly and helpful - Thank You

The photos do not do justice to this hotel. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed. Toiletries were provided and towels and sheets changed everyday, although I feel this isn't necessary

Lovely pool with sunbeds, Bala beds two large round beds, loads of outside tables and chairs In the shade for a welcome break from the sun

Pros: Upon arrival we were provided a room upgrade which was nice. Good AC in room and large bathroom with lots of amenities provided. Hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine and two greek treats which was nice

This didn't present any problems for us with regards to traffic noise but if you are a Very light sleeper then maybe not for you. There is a very large pool with a pleasant seating area

We had a great time in Hotel Telis. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is also good, with a market, bus stop, restaurants and the beach all at walking distance

The best hotel on Skiathos! Do not think where to go, come here, everybody will be happy! Rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, view is perfect, position is very very good (middle of the island), beach is 3 min far away from the room

Hotel Telis should have 4*!! Really ALL ALL THE BEST!!! Thank you for everything!!!

And the best part, the view of the sea is beautiful

Large room, clean bathroom, great location. Towels and bed linen changed every two days. Breakfast is served on the porch, with nice sea view. Right on the Agia Paraskevi beach, bus stop 16, in the middle of the island.

What you see on the pictures is what you get. The stuidos were cleaned every day,the bedsheets and the towels were changed in every two days. The rooms and the balconies are spacious

It is spotlessly clean, fabulous location especially if you like watching the planes coming in! Breakfast location is beautiful on rooftop terrace overlooking the new harbour. Booking again for next year

Lovely hotel, location absolutely ideal for the harbour and bus "station". Breakfast buffet is outstanding. We stayed in a ground floor room but would recommend a higher floor at the front for best views of the harbour

Breakfast was buffet style with so much to choose from. It would be impossible not find something to eat. Our room was clean, tidy and well laid out. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Very good air conditioning as well

As it turned out we ate there most nights as the choice of 2 staters, 2 mains and 2 deserts were perfect for us and very good quality. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble

Once you stay at this hotel you can't forget it. Clean , spotless and at the best location. Rooms were spatious and clean! Staff was amazing, they were there anything we would ask. Lots of suggestions for boat trips

The location is very good, next to the beach, a large sandy one, with easy access to the country and beaches!. The view of the beach is stunning. Generally a quiet place, in greenery, which is very important for Skiathos

Very nice stay for 5 days at Stavros’hotel. The owner is so nice and friendly ! My room had a wonderful view on the sea (as all rooms), it is quiet and thanks to the kitchenette you can prepare breakfast for yourself

The owner helped us a lot with providing us pick up from the airport and with available room in very short term and very late, since water taxi Skiathos failed. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at Skiathos Living. We had a very clean, 2 floored apartment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and provide a delicious breakfast, brought to the room each morning

Staff are really lovely & welcoming & accommodation is good. Rare to find a pool in this area as well. The kitchen is very basic & I had hoped there would be a toaster but overall a great gem of a place

The holiday was with TUI which didn’t mention lofts and steep stairs in the room description so beware The room was very dated and basic without a kettle The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in each day waking up aching and tired The staff were very friendly and did their best but overall the accommodation needs upgrading

We have just returned from a week from the Skiathos Living & had a wonderful time ! This complex is in prime location & whilst lovely & quiet its minutes from the bars restaurants, bus service & marina

One thing to note is that the hotel is up some steep steps but so is most of the accommodation in Skiathos so something to note if you have mobility issues and are thinking of visiting the island

Surprisingly comfortable and quiet for a town centre stay. Excellent value for money. We would gladly pay a return visit.

Excellent location, right in the centre of town, on the pedestrian street and close to the restaurants, cafes and shops

There was plenty of hot water in th shower but it flooded the room every time we used it, despite our best efforts

The staff are exceptionally friendly and will do anything for you. My only problem was that our room was near the reception area and so was a little noisy. But everything else was very good

Right in the heart of skiathos town but tucked away, this is a great place to stay if you want clean, modern accommodation that is simple but a good standard

The hotel is being refurbished soon, we were told and we hope this issue will be resolved in the design of the shower enclosure because otherwise, we thought the hotel was an ideal place to stay as well as brilliant value for money and we would stay here again

Breakfast was good, nothing that exciting, but nice and it slovely to eat out on by the pool in the sun

I have been visiting the Atrium Hotel for almost a decade now, nearly every summer except for the Covid year

last week I booked somewhere else in Skiathos for May 2026 because it was cheaper and yesterday after 2 sleepless nights I have paid a lot extra to change back to Atrium for 2026!!! I am much happier now and can't wait to go back! My only small 'fault' is that the hotel is very quiet in the evening

not really people sat in the bar until late, but that was May so maybe later in the season it gets going. That was ok - because there are so many restaurants very close by

The rooms are beautifully renovated with elegant design and attention to detail, combining comfort with a sense of place and respect for the island’s architecture

Best time to go would be 1st October when everything was open. The property is next to a junior school and quite noisy at playtime, also a local children’s play park is at the back of the pool can get noisy with music

Property in right next the harbour which was good, and the town for tavernas and shops. Found there wasn’t anywhere to go in the last week as every taverna on all the beaches had closed down

Staff brilliant situated in great place Kiki on reception in really helpful friendly can't do enough for you

WiFi could only get in the little reception not in the room for the first 2 weeks, as the island was all closing down the Wifi improved

But overall it was value for money, clean and local to all amenities. You do have to pay the tax to the hotel on arrival

I cannot emphasise how beautiful the sea views are. Internet was a bit slow at first. Would be good to have a docking station or speakers

We are just back from a great stay at the villas last week. Location was perfect, short distance from the town centre big central to the island itself. Great facilities in the villa, big, clean, outdoor space

Pool and rooms are cleaned daily to a great standard. The staff service provided was next to none, very accommodating. Collected us from the airport and advised food places open as we arrived late evening

It was an amazing, relaxing short break, and only 15 minute transfer from the airport (collection is free if you book the villas directly). Huge recommendation from us, we'd love to come back soon

As photos show, panoramic views across Skiathos bay from rooms and pool. The hotel has a very relaxing and peaceful ambience. Sea-view balcony rooms are spacious, well equipped with thoughtfully furnished

The hotel is just 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town and less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach. The hotel has a lovely pool and deck area, as well as a well stocked 'honesty' bar, which works well

Until we stayed at the Bourtzi hotel, I never understood why people returned to the same hotel or resort. My teenage daughter and I stayed for 10 days, our friend joined for a week and we had a fabulous time

Nice chilled vibe - which is what we wanted. Also plenty of shade, but you could follow the sun around the pool too if that's your thing. The rooms and hotel in general were absolutely spotless

We had lunch by the pool and ate in the restaurant a few evenings which was really good and the cocktails were perfect

I just want to WARN you that it's actually BETTER than the reviews - From the first moment you arrive to the last second before you leave, you are immersed in sheer bliss

We were welcomed by staff on reception who were incredibly helpful showing us to our room and talking us through a map of the island (with recommendations, directions, and top tips)

Pros: - Room facilities excellent, if not similar to a 5 star hotel - Location central, yet quiet - Feels like good value for money overall Cons: - Too many stairs, and no lift

Another excellent stay - this was our third time and it lived up to expectations. Great location. Clean and quiet. Only suggestion for improvement would be to add drawers for extra clothes storage.

Shower head a bit wild & flooded bathroom! Helpful receptionist booked our taxi to the airport

I was able to leave my luggage while I waited for our boat to arrive and they allowed us to check in early. The stairs are a bit steep so if you have mobility issues this might be a concern

We got to stay on the third floor so we had a wonderful view of the town and ocean! The stairs are also completely manageable for those with big suitcases but definitely not for those who may be handicapped in some way

Great location close to very nice beach. Everything was good, however, the best thing was the friendliness of the staff

I booked without really looking into the location or past reviews but I got very lucky! Despite the lovely grounds, proximity to one of the best beaches on the island and clean, airy, contemporary accommodation the biggest positive for me was the exceptional service - from the friendly bar staff to pretty much personal concierge from Christos

A wonderful upscale oasis to relax, enjoy the sun, sand an beach. Very green, kid and family friendly but also very good for couples. The rooms are very authentic and clean. There is a beach nearby with paid sunbeds

Stayed in the three bedroom villa. Excellent for our family of four but could easily accommodate six people. Very spacious and nice looking villa. Very private with own garden, balcony and terraze

We are already planning next year’s visit! The only change from last year is the sun-bed charge, which were free and are now €10 for residents and €15/€20 if you’re not but the beach is so worth it

This is the second time my husband and I have been to this resort and it’s still an absolute winner. I was reluctant to review this place as its gem and I wanted to keep it all for myself

There is invariably someone on site, so arriving and departing is easy, and, should advice be needed there is someone to help. Babis (the owner) arranged horse riding, and Airport transfers for us

I have returned to Villa Kavourakia several times, with family and with friends, both as a holiday on Skiathos, and as a convenient place to make an overnight stop when visiting Skopelos and Alonissos

A gem of a place to stay! Whilst being very quiet and private, it is within walking distance of a small supermarket, bus stop, beautiful beaches, some with water sports including SCUBA diving

The accommodation is very clean and well kept, with wonderful views over the sea, olive grove, woods and huge garden

Magnificent structure, immersed in a well-kept garden, with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. Very simple but well-furnished and very clean apartment

Excellent hots, the best food I’ve ever had, very clean room and linens, washroom and everything else spotless

Breakfast is not great, but it is already a bonus for the price you pay. The meal options are few but excellemt. They have the best sis kebab I have ever tried. In a few words it's a very discent choise, value 4 money

If you re looking for real traditional greek hospitality, it 's your place. Everything is easy going and relaxed. Good service, very clean, comfortable (except there isno elabator), big rooms

Old, but clean hotel whit large rooms. Very nice owners. The beach is the excellent. Near is have another - Mikro. For the fishermen, have a lot of fish.

That was not possible and all the extra bath towels were used to keep the water from running down the floor and into the room. No black out curtains, which made it difficult to sleep at night

We had a very good time, a basic, clean hotel, slightly away from the confusion of the centre, convenient for the bus to the beaches and for evening outings on foot. Very kind staff always available

The room we had was great! Very clean and cosy with electric shutters , very good hairdryer , nice towels! Close to Papadiamanti street which is one of the most crowded streets of the island , without being disturbed by any noise

They had a choice to choose if you wanted to change the towels every day or every other day for environmental reasons! This was very nice! it was a pleasure

provided leg doesn’t get worse! It’s a pleasant 25 min stroll down to town , great supermarket at bottom of the hill and good restaurants at the beach if you don’t want to go into town

A well stocked bar and pleasant dining area with a good menu to choose from. I had lunch a few times, sitting on a stool at the bench outside, looking over town and the airport runway

My 4th visit here and still as beautiful as always. Gorgeous, family run studios, the family are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The studios are clean, spacious and have everything you could need

A fabulous spot to watch the planes coming in and out. The rooms are spotless with plenty of storage and hanging space and the sheets and towels were changed regularly

Stayed here with a family. Apartments were clean with plenty of room. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. There's a cafe under the apartments which has great coffee and is good for brunch.

From some beaches we could go back to the main town by water taxi (4-5€ pp/each way). You are in minutes of walking distance from all the restaurants, garden theatre, cafes, shops, pharmacies, and from some beaches

They gave us a map of the island, offered plenty of advices about beaches, transport, places to eat, and anything we needed. The apartments are nicely furnished, with pretty balcony and fully comfortable

The owner and his dad, as well as the lovely lady that looks after the place and keeps it tidy and spotless, are all so friendly and welcoming!!! We felt at home as soon as we arrived

Highly recommended, as it is perfect for any tourist that wishes to relax, explore and fully immerse into the beautiful island without having to worry about parking or anything

Being in such a great location, we never needed a car. We could walk to the main bust stop and get the bus to all the beaches (2-3€ pp/each way), they run every 20 minutes
