Hotels with sea view in Skiathos Town

When we arrived we were given a ground floor room which from experience we don't usually like. We did request to move but as there wasn't a room available on an upper floor we decided to stick with it

Would highly recommend a walk down to the Hotel Beach - small but the views are beautiful and the sun loungers (with pads) and umberella's made for a comfortable and relaxing few hours in the morning

The breakfast was fine, good choice of English and continental items (loved the boiled eggs) the hot food could have done with being kept hotter but the Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit made up for it

Thank you Hotel Punta for a lovely stay!! Beautiful views, great peaceful location and great team of Staff. It was our first visit to the Island and of course the Hotel

We are so glad we did as the room was spacious and had a lovely terrace with direct access to the pool area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely

Vivienne and her team on reception are so helpful and welcoming. Martin and the guys on the bar are great - the food at the Poolside is excellent

There is a steep incline to the rooms and hotel reception but there was always the guys - sorry I've forgotten their names- ready to give us a lift. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable

The hotel was perfect in every way, super clean and modern and mirrors!! I have stayed in way too many places where a lack of mirrors and sockets is alarmingly bad

Pool facilities: Although we only spent one day by the pool (we preferred exploring the island), we found the pool area to be very clean, with tidy sunbeds and excellent service

I have left a gushing review on trip advisor but just to repeat it here in summary is that we had a fabulous holiday

The staff in this hotel are first class. I know many reviews mention them, and with good reason. they are available for any help or advice you may need, and delivered with warmth and a genuine smile

Their positive attitude is a credit to them, and spreads throughout the hotel guests to leave everyone happy. A big shout out to Eleni, Esi, Michaela, Nena, Aaron, Costas, Aris, Artea, and also the cleaning staff

The hotel is situated 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and the sea is crystal clear and shallow a fair way out

When we arrived we were surprisingly upgraded to the maisonette which had two levels both en-suite and jacuzzi at lower level. Monica on reception couldn’t have been more helpful nothing too much trouble

Returned after 3 years, we had such a fabulous and relaxing time. The hotel run by the amazing Monica & Nicos and a fabulous team, is always welcoming. We were lucky to stay in their brand new suite which was beautiful

It is spotlessly clean, fabulous location especially if you like watching the planes coming in! Breakfast location is beautiful on rooftop terrace overlooking the new harbour. Booking again for next year

The hotel restaurant is a sea front restaurant offering a good variety of food and drinks. We were half board during our stay which was a very cheap upgrade, so had nothing to lose

Wow what an amazing place staff were so helpful and breakfast was amazing so much choice staff certainly put the hours in hotel was spotless special thanks to Anna,Christopher,vasilis,Harris,Alexandre and pomtelis we can't wait to come back if I had any negative would be sun beds around pool unless you want to get one at 5pm you be very lucky

Lovely hotel, location absolutely ideal for the harbour and bus "station". Breakfast buffet is outstanding. We stayed in a ground floor room but would recommend a higher floor at the front for best views of the harbour

Breakfast was buffet style with so much to choose from. It would be impossible not find something to eat. Our room was clean, tidy and well laid out. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Very good air conditioning as well

The pool area is peaceful with a wonderful view of the town and sea

We have just returned from a week from the Skiathos Living & had a wonderful time ! This complex is in prime location & whilst lovely & quiet its minutes from the bars restaurants, bus service & marina

The apartments are on the hill side, so you benefit from a lovely breeze, peace & quiet and wonderful views! We had an enormous room and balcony - really nicely decorated and felt very luxurious! The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and a vending machine for cold drinks and snacks

There are many steps (about 50!!) but don’t let that put you off - the location of the apartments is absolutely perfect with everything within easy reach - but just far enough away for complete relaxation! We highly recommend this special place!

Have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at Skiathos Living. We had a very clean, 2 floored apartment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and provide a delicious breakfast, brought to the room each morning

One thing to note is that the hotel is up some steep steps but so is most of the accommodation in Skiathos so something to note if you have mobility issues and are thinking of visiting the island

All the Staff are extremely friendly, efficient and very helpful. The location is brilliant with a lovely view, soft sand calm sea and has several tavernas within walking distance

We stayed in a superior room with a sea view, to be honest it looks like you can get a sea view from all the rooms. Cleaned each day with fresh towels and made beds

The restaurant was excellent, with tasty meals and great atmosphere, and the beach bar was just perfect for sunny afternoons and enjoying the sea breeze

Arrived home today from a week at Princess Resort, we were sorry to leave as we enjoyed ourselves so much. The staff at this hotel are amazing, always greet you with a smile and help you with anything you need

We stayed in a 2 BR suite with private pool. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, daily room cleaning was impeccable. Breakfast was included daily, delicious and plenty of options

Yet, every problem was handled with care and professionalism, so we never felt like we were left on our own. And one person deserves special praise: Theodoros Karataglidis

I cannot emphasise how beautiful the sea views are. Internet was a bit slow at first. Would be good to have a docking station or speakers

We are just back from a great stay at the villas last week. Location was perfect, short distance from the town centre big central to the island itself. Great facilities in the villa, big, clean, outdoor space

Pool and rooms are cleaned daily to a great standard. The staff service provided was next to none, very accommodating. Collected us from the airport and advised food places open as we arrived late evening

It was an amazing, relaxing short break, and only 15 minute transfer from the airport (collection is free if you book the villas directly). Huge recommendation from us, we'd love to come back soon

We were on our honeymoon and the place was perfect. The beach was just outside and the place was clean and beautiful. Staff was very helpful and arranged what we needed

The hotel is just 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town and less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach. The hotel has a lovely pool and deck area, as well as a well stocked 'honesty' bar, which works well

The room was beautiful and big, with a nice balcony and it was cleaned every day. The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. They have pool and sunbeds where you can relax during the day

We have just returned from 2 weeks in Skiathos, staying at the Hotel Rene, which has been an absolute joy. The friendly, cheerful and helpful staff made our stay fantastic

Such an easy 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Skiathos

Great bar and the Thai food is fabulous. We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in Skiathos, staying at Hotel Rene and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time there

Breakfast is adequate, fine if you are not expecting a full English. Yes there is a steep incline to get to the hotel but 100% worth it for the view. Short walk either into town or to the beach

Bus stop is a few metres down the road, so easy access in both directions. Quite a few bars/restaurants within walking distance, which helps if you don't want to go into Skiathos Town every night

Lovely stay, big spacious room overlooking the pool. Modern bathroom kitchenette, fridge, etc. Great air conditioning system. Very close to the lovely beach. Lovely pool area with comfy Sunbeds

We only had under the seat luggage on our flight so we were going to buy towels on arrival but the hotel provided us with towels to take to the beach and even parasols so we didn’t need to hire any (from €15 - €40)

I emailed before arrival to ask if the hotel could source a birthday cake for our friend and received a super speedy reply to say yes of course and when the big 60th came they decorated an area just for us and even provided a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and a card from Hotel Korali with music playing making a special day even more special

Breakfast was great and the young man who was there every morning was so friendly and polite and even though breakfast finished at 10am he always asked us if we would like anything else before he started clearing

Process in place to stop grabbing of sun loungers. Short walk to local beach which is very clean and has reasonable snorkelling. Wide choice of local restaurants, mini supermarkets and tavernas

Lovely modern room, bathroom and good sized balcony. Perfect central location in skiathos town with many cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely friendly owner and staff. I highly recommend staying here

Pros: - spacious room, although I booked a small comfort one with no balcony - extremely clean and it stayed like this for the whole duration of my stay, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team

The TV is an AndroidTV with free Netflix, Youtube, TV channels, Youtube Music, etc - In the room I had a kettle (nice touch), fridge, safe, very good quality toiletries, slippers, and very fluffy towels (something I love a lot in hotels) - tea, coffee, honey, milk provided daily

The Entelia staff were excellent. Very helpful and willing to offer advice to help enjoy the holiday. The hotel is in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to the Main Street, I will plan to use this hotel again.

All receptionists were very friendly and helpful Cons: - only one: there is no lift, so if you have mobility issues, you might struggle a bit. The staff though, helps you with your luggages, so they won't be a problem

What could have been a stressful situation turned into a surprisingly pleasant experience thanks to this gem of a hotel. From the moment I arrived, the Maria at the front desk made me feel welcome and taken care of

Nice, clean, soundproof rooms with view of the harbor. Breakfast a la carte, tasty with local flavor. However, the greatest asset of the hotel, is the really helpful, polite and professional employees!

The location is perfect for anyone needing proximity to both the port and the airport. Should I ever need to stay in Skiathos again, Hotel Meltemi would be my first choice without hesitation

Stayed in the apartment twice, the apartment was really nice with the view to the sea, two rooms, bathroom and kitchen were livable and comfortable

Spacious studio with fabulous sea views. Easy walk to and from town. Beach opposite was not our favourite but as we had a hire car we were able to visit many other beaches. Great location

The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening

Easy walking in to town and virtually next door to a bakery which was handy for fresh croissants in the morning! Also on the bus route so easy access to the south side of the island

Every morning there is something new to try, from fresh juices and proper coffee to homemade jams, warm pastries and beautifully ripe seasonal fruits, often sourced from local gardens

We stayed for 1 week in September in a junior suite with sea view. Our suite was not the biggest one in this category but the view was fantastic. Bed was nice, breakfast was really good with lots of choices

not really people sat in the bar until late, but that was May so maybe later in the season it gets going. That was ok - because there are so many restaurants very close by

From the waiter to the management, it is evident that people come first here, not wallets. I still remember one morning when I felt unwell; their response was immediate, thoughtful and genuinely kind

The rooms are beautifully renovated with elegant design and attention to detail, combining comfort with a sense of place and respect for the island’s architecture

The hotel is quiet and very out of the way. No issues with noise at all as all guests seemed respectful and friendly. The only gripe I had was on our first day moving in, the water from our tap was a bit brown and gammy

The hotel is up a steep hill so if you are not so comfortable with walking I would recommend a vehicle. However, we did the entire week on foot and really enjoyed the walk up and down the hill to the main part of town

Our room was spotless and had regular cleaning each day while we were out. Maria was extremely helpful to us at all times and offered us lots of suggestions of things to see and do on the island

We reported this immediately though and it was dealt with the following day so it wasn't a big issue. Overall a great stay and definitely would consider returning on my next trip to Skiathos

The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast. absolutely gorgeous breakfast every day, offering all you can eat. My girlfriend said she would come back again just for the breakfast

This small hotel is in a peaceful location with stunning sea views over Skiathos Town. There are also views over the airport, but there are not lots of flights and they are not at unsociable times

Lovely truly spacious room/apartment. Excellent service (pick up from Port, room cleaning every day, always there to help). Close to beach, bus stop 5, supermarkets. Well-appointed kitchen and facilities

Very nice stay for 5 days at Stavros’hotel. The owner is so nice and friendly ! My room had a wonderful view on the sea (as all rooms), it is quiet and thanks to the kitchenette you can prepare breakfast for yourself

The owner helped us a lot with providing us pick up from the airport and with available room in very short term and very late, since water taxi Skiathos failed. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Always there if you need him and we had 24h delay on our flight and he managed to move us to another apartment and took care of moving our bags to the new apartment so that we could enjoy our day

AC great, hot water could be quicker to flow upstairs :). Slight hill - no problem if you have a car. Stayed 4 nights and would have stayed longer if it weren't booked out!

Perfect location ned city center and beaches, but also scooter rentals. The hotel is located on a hill with great view and balconys. Stavros is absolutely great as a host

She loaded our mini fridge with lots of different drinks 🍺. She really took care of us, felt very personable with us and gave great recommendations to people she knew in town

We loved our stay here! The staff was amazing and the property was in a great location. We loved spending time with all of the cats running around outside

Very welcoming place to stay with so much character. Our room was clean and spacious. Our private balcony overlooked Skiathos and the bay. Froffee the owner made us feel at home and she was so helpful and friendly

I thought I had already done a review for this property. I can highly recommend it.

The only negative is the steep approach so people with mobility issues may find it too much but this applies to most of Skiathos island and town. we would absolutely consider a return trip in the future

First impressions were good and immediately you get an idea that it is a small hotel. The outdoor areas were neat and tidy however the sun loungers could have done with a bit of a paint touch up

The room had an amazing view - I was in room 7 and I had a great view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of tidying/cleaning the room each day

My main criticism for the hotel would be that I was awoken before 8am by crashing and banging in the walkway outside my room and the cleaners/staff talking at a very high volume every morning

The staff were all friendly especially the staff member with brown curly hair, apologies I cannot remember her name. I think she may have been Irish but spoke fluent Greek

I have no idea what caused all the noise in the morning but me and my family found it very inconsiderate especially when you want to relax without an alarm on holiday

I was able to leave my luggage while I waited for our boat to arrive and they allowed us to check in early. The stairs are a bit steep so if you have mobility issues this might be a concern

We got to stay on the third floor so we had a wonderful view of the town and ocean! The stairs are also completely manageable for those with big suitcases but definitely not for those who may be handicapped in some way

The rooms were so nice with lots of room and great sheets, towels, decor, etc. Would highly recommend this place! The reception is not available all the time in person but were very attentive whenever we called them

I loved how clean the room was and modern looking. Having a balcony was wonderful. It’s approximately two blocks from the port which was quite convenient and in the old part of town

They cleaned the room daily and every two days provided clean towels. My only complaints are, staff are around until 4 pm, there’s no phone in the room nor a bathroom in the main lobby

The bathrooms are also fantastic and do not flood at all (I saw many people write reviews saying the bathroom gets really wet and I have no clue what they are talking about 😂)

Breakfast is not great, but it is already a bonus for the price you pay. The meal options are few but excellemt. They have the best sis kebab I have ever tried. In a few words it's a very discent choise, value 4 money

If you re looking for real traditional greek hospitality, it 's your place. Everything is easy going and relaxed. Good service, very clean, comfortable (except there isno elabator), big rooms

Old, but clean hotel whit large rooms. Very nice owners. The beach is the excellent. Near is have another - Mikro. For the fishermen, have a lot of fish.

Until now, nice, big rooms, very nice hosts, still have 8 days ahead to conclude

That was not possible and all the extra bath towels were used to keep the water from running down the floor and into the room. No black out curtains, which made it difficult to sleep at night

Sadly, the shower in the room we had was so tinny, that it took an adult all the time needed for showering to keep the water inside the tiny shower curtain and off the floors instead

Just back from a week at this lovely hotel. Akis and his family were warm and welcoming. We had a top floor room with a sea view. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Free toiletries, safe and air conditioning

Loved this hotel! Owners Could not do enough for you … perfect location near main bus stop and 2 minute walk to main shops and bars … lovely breakfast served until 10. Pool added bonus and often had it to ourselves

Room great with towels changed regularly. coffee kettle fridge and hairdryer. Highly recommend perfect all round

There was plenty of variety for breakfast, this was self service and filled up constantly. Located very close to bus stop 0, handy for visiting the other resorts but still close with everything town has to offer

We were shown to a small room overlooking the garden and no balcony which was'nt what we wanted. However the guy ( sorry forget his name ) agreed we should have a balcony and bigger room for a two week stay

We were offered a choice between two others and plumped for a room at the front of the hotel. Even though we were overlooking the main busy road coming into port , the noise never bothered us
