Stunning hotel on beautiful sandy beach. Varied areas including pool bar and beach bar. Breakfast is wonderful catering for all tastes. Everywhere is clean and comfortable

I will never forget their wonderful welcome, our chats at the table between one delicacy and another, their affection towards me. I will never forget you and I will never forget this wonderful island

The resort is connected to the Ammos Beach restaurant right on the beach where you can taste real local and international delicacies. Delicious food and very kind, smiling and friendly staff

Wonderful Hotel in front of a very long beach. Very close to bus stop 16 from which you can reach the entire south coast of the island in a few minutes or reach Skiathos Town

In particular I would like to thank some members of the staff Katie, Dimitri, Anastasia and her husband who welcomed me every day as a friend and not as a simple tourist

Spent a week at this lovely hotel. Our room was spotless and the maid service very thorough and efficient. The pool is lovely with good selection of sunbed, sofas and chairs

This hotel was one of the best we've stayed in, very clean, well-presented and friendly staff always willing to help, the rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels every other day, great food, fairly good drink selection ( but could do with some flavoured gins) they have a large selection of wines and even have a glass-fronted wine cellar

Lovely pool with sunbeds, Bala beds two large round beds, loads of outside tables and chairs In the shade for a welcome break from the sun

Inadequate number of sunbeds by pool for size of hotel so can't really use pool. Staff do an adequate job but don't go out of their way to provide personalised service or take an interest in guests

The photos do not do justice to this hotel. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed. Toiletries were provided and towels and sheets changed everyday, although I feel this isn't necessary

This didn't present any problems for us with regards to traffic noise but if you are a Very light sleeper then maybe not for you. There is a very large pool with a pleasant seating area

Very picturesque views of skiathous from the pool area. Staff very nice rooms can't complain about .

Quiet, food is really tasty for an all inclusive facilities are really clean, cleaners go that extra mile if your clothes are out they will put them away which in my book is great had nothing go missing left our valuables out with no fear of things going missing so impressed, such friendly staff willing to help at any time, shuttle bus service into town twice a day, private beach is a struggle to get...

Only one hotel on the island that have All inclusive! Clean rooms, beautiful view, very good and friendly staff, not bad food.

Large room, clean bathroom, great location. Towels and bed linen changed every two days. Breakfast is served on the porch, with nice sea view. Right on the Agia Paraskevi beach, bus stop 16, in the middle of the island.

What you see on the pictures is what you get. The stuidos were cleaned every day,the bedsheets and the towels were changed in every two days. The rooms and the balconies are spacious

The best hotel on Skiathos! Do not think where to go, come here, everybody will be happy! Rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, view is perfect, position is very very good (middle of the island), beach is 3 min far away from the room

We had a great time in Hotel Telis. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is also good, with a market, bus stop, restaurants and the beach all at walking distance

Make sure to stay in the main building if you can, because the additional buildings are further up the hill. The beach is less than 100m away, across the street

Comfortable, affordable hotel with friendly staff. It has a steep driveway to the main building, but it’s not very long

Breakfast was buffet style with so much to choose from. It would be impossible not find something to eat. Our room was clean, tidy and well laid out. Cleaned daily with fresh towels. Very good air conditioning as well

Lovely staff and nice food, hotel was clean and tidy only downside was pool very small but beaches only a short bus ride away. Terraced balcony for breakfast with fantastic views. Will definitely book there again

Stayed at the Alkyon Hotel in Skiathos Town for a week and could not praise it enough. The bedrooms are large and looked after by the staff every day and included a change of towels etc

Lovely hotel, location absolutely ideal for the harbour and bus "station". Breakfast buffet is outstanding. We stayed in a ground floor room but would recommend a higher floor at the front for best views of the harbour

As it turned out we ate there most nights as the choice of 2 staters, 2 mains and 2 deserts were perfect for us and very good quality. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble

Lovely truly spacious room/apartment. Excellent service (pick up from Port, room cleaning every day, always there to help). Close to beach, bus stop 5, supermarkets. Well-appointed kitchen and facilities

Very nice stay for 5 days at Stavros’hotel. The owner is so nice and friendly ! My room had a wonderful view on the sea (as all rooms), it is quiet and thanks to the kitchenette you can prepare breakfast for yourself

The owner helped us a lot with providing us pick up from the airport and with available room in very short term and very late, since water taxi Skiathos failed. Very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Always there if you need him and we had 24h delay on our flight and he managed to move us to another apartment and took care of moving our bags to the new apartment so that we could enjoy our day

AC great, hot water could be quicker to flow upstairs :). Slight hill - no problem if you have a car. Stayed 4 nights and would have stayed longer if it weren't booked out!

Perfect location ned city center and beaches, but also scooter rentals. The hotel is located on a hill with great view and balconys. Stavros is absolutely great as a host

The pool area is peaceful with a wonderful view of the town and sea

We didn't spend much time in the hotel but it was fine for what we needed if you're looking for a base. The pool area is very small so probably not ideal if you like to sit by the pool all day

Have just returned from a lovely holiday staying at Skiathos Living. We had a very clean, 2 floored apartment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and provide a delicious breakfast, brought to the room each morning

One thing to note is that the hotel is up some steep steps but so is most of the accommodation in Skiathos so something to note if you have mobility issues and are thinking of visiting the island

We had a loft room (last one available so had no choice) which was spacious and had a lovely balcony view but I would NOT recommend this room for anyone with children or anyone with mobility issues

The stairs to the bedroom were very steep and slippy. The bathroom was quite dated, and had a lot of cupboard doors falling off etc. The room was clean enough, the staff were friendly

We spend 9 days in the Magic Hotel. Super spacious room, great services and amazing breakfast. A special thanks to Monica, from the reception. We are already thinking to return for one of our next holidays

Some scruff marks on the wall and the bathroom door is a bit dirty but I'm aware the standards in Greece are a bit different. Good access to the bus and restaurants and bars. Fazit: Amazing, would do it again

We have just returned from a truly memorable stay at Magic Hotel. We have never experienced such a warm and welcoming reception from a hotel before. The whole team is lovely and it feels like a family

We will certainly be coming back. We had two junior suites at the very top of the hotel. Lots of steps which offset some of the many calories consumed during the holiday!

The service was excellent from everyone at the hotel. Location is in the middle of the road going along the south of the island and 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach

The room was modern and clean, not huge for 4 but all good and comfy beds and a nice sized balcony (we paid for sea view which is worth it). The pool area is lovely and the view amazing

Breakfast was good, nothing that exciting, but nice and it slovely to eat out on by the pool in the sun

From the waiter to the management, it is evident that people come first here, not wallets. I still remember one morning when I felt unwell; their response was immediate, thoughtful and genuinely kind

Every morning there is something new to try, from fresh juices and proper coffee to homemade jams, warm pastries and beautifully ripe seasonal fruits, often sourced from local gardens

The rooms are beautifully renovated with elegant design and attention to detail, combining comfort with a sense of place and respect for the island’s architecture

Very clean room daily, sheets and towels changed frequently. Outside bar was not open when we stayed 10/26th October. As we were the only people staying so had the pool to ourselves

Best time to go would be 1st October when everything was open. The property is next to a junior school and quite noisy at playtime, also a local children’s play park is at the back of the pool can get noisy with music

Property in right next the harbour which was good, and the town for tavernas and shops. Found there wasn’t anywhere to go in the last week as every taverna on all the beaches had closed down

WiFi could only get in the little reception not in the room for the first 2 weeks, as the island was all closing down the Wifi improved

The hotel is just 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town and less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach. The hotel has a lovely pool and deck area, as well as a well stocked 'honesty' bar, which works well

Breakfast was continental but had lots of choice and they also cook bacon and eggs to order which was really a nice touch. We will be back again, already looking for my next holiday to the Rene Hotel

We have just returned from 2 weeks in Skiathos, staying at the Hotel Rene, which has been an absolute joy. The friendly, cheerful and helpful staff made our stay fantastic

Fantastic little hotel with amazingly friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. The hotel has an elevated position and has the most incredible views. Very clean, with fresh towels every day

Nice chilled vibe - which is what we wanted. Also plenty of shade, but you could follow the sun around the pool too if that's your thing. The rooms and hotel in general were absolutely spotless

Until we stayed at the Bourtzi hotel, I never understood why people returned to the same hotel or resort. My teenage daughter and I stayed for 10 days, our friend joined for a week and we had a fabulous time

The hotel is centrally located, about 10 minutes walk from the port and within close proximity to fabulous restaurants and shops, but the pool area is lovely and quiet, and even in August, didn't feel hectic

We had lunch by the pool and ate in the restaurant a few evenings which was really good and the cocktails were perfect

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and management - we had a room upgrade half way through our stay - any reservations or recommendations for dinner we asked for were booked efficiently by the front desk team, the bar staff and servers were incredibly helpful, just nothing, nothing at all phased any of the team at any time - they were incredible

A wonderful upscale oasis to relax, enjoy the sun, sand an beach. Very green, kid and family friendly but also very good for couples. The rooms are very authentic and clean. There is a beach nearby with paid sunbeds

I booked without really looking into the location or past reviews but I got very lucky! Despite the lovely grounds, proximity to one of the best beaches on the island and clean, airy, contemporary accommodation the biggest positive for me was the exceptional service - from the friendly bar staff to pretty much personal concierge from Christos

We are already planning next year’s visit! The only change from last year is the sun-bed charge, which were free and are now €10 for residents and €15/€20 if you’re not but the beach is so worth it

Stayed in the three bedroom villa. Excellent for our family of four but could easily accommodate six people. Very spacious and nice looking villa. Very private with own garden, balcony and terraze

This is the second time my husband and I have been to this resort and it’s still an absolute winner. I was reluctant to review this place as its gem and I wanted to keep it all for myself

We had a junior suite and it was everything we needed as a couple. With just a quick trott you’re on the most beautiful bit of beach, you can order food and drinks to your sun-bed

Overall a 5-star experience for the money. The staff is one of the best you can find. From the reception to the pool, breakfast servers, and the manager, everyone was so pleasant, I cannot praise them enough

The pool is super clean, the barmen takes out a leaf as soon as it falls inside, and he makes the best espresso fredo. The breakfast is better than in many higher-ranking hotels

You have everything from almond butter to gluten-free bread. The servers restock everything constantly with a big smile. The hotel yard is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean

We were with a baby, and everybody there was always making her laugh. Rooms are decent and cleaned/disinfected every day

Bus stops 15 and 16 are very close

The hotel is going through some renovation so small things will be fixed probably by the next year, such as AC in some rooms not working when it is a bit colder outside, and they should be cleaned since the air is stale until the compressor kicks in

However, sheets and towels were not changed at all (we stayed there for five days) and toilet paper wasn't regularly sent but we had to go and ask for it. Finally, the room we stayed in wasn't as clean as it could be

Traditional basic Greek hotel with clean rooms and pool. Breakfast is like a free for all with food portions running out regularly. Staff at reception were nice and helpful but pool bar staff appeared rude .

Lovely reception, surroundings and pool area, rooms spacious and clean, fresh linen and towels at least every 3 days whilst we were there and the room was cleaned and bins emptied daily

The pool has a bar which servers drinks and food/snacks in the day but is closed at night. Breakfast is served in the restaurant by the pool

The hotel is close to the airport but I can honestly say even on the days we were by the pool it didn’t bother us

Plentiful brekki and has both cereals, toast , some hot food and hams and cheese , yoghurt and fresh fruit so can’t grumble at all 👍. The staff and owners are lovely and happy to oblige if you need anything

Wonderful place, owner present, available and hospitable. Simple room but with attention to detail. View from the terrace on the sea phenomenal! Possibility to eat in the room given the presence of everything necessary

The owner Babis is a lovely and friendly man who even invited me to have a drink with him on a couple of evenings which I thought was really nice of him. Hope to stay here again some day

There is invariably someone on site, so arriving and departing is easy, and, should advice be needed there is someone to help. Babis (the owner) arranged horse riding, and Airport transfers for us

Babis was so lovely the place was very clean and always had fresh sheets and towels,the views were stunning everything we could of asked for! Will definitely come back to this beautiful place,with the friendliest cats and dogs!

I have returned to Villa Kavourakia several times, with family and with friends, both as a holiday on Skiathos, and as a convenient place to make an overnight stop when visiting Skopelos and Alonissos

A gem of a place to stay! Whilst being very quiet and private, it is within walking distance of a small supermarket, bus stop, beautiful beaches, some with water sports including SCUBA diving

Fresh meat, cheese, pastries and hot and cold drinks. The pool was spotless and cleaned daily along with the seating areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Rania who was always there to offer advice

Great little hotel, loved our stay in room 207 from 2nd-9th July 2025. Excellent & friendly staff, for a 2 star hotel it excelled. Rooms cleaned every day, towels and beds changed every other

Large room with comfortable furnishings and small kitchenette Totally adequate breakfast providing buffet food for all tastes. Lovely sun terrace with plunge pool and kiddies pool

Beach is very close by and this is the perfect location to explore the whole island! Bus stop that connects the south side of the island is right in front of the hotel, and just a short walk away (10min) is a bus stop to the north side of the island as well

If you have to pay for transfers seperate and are not included in your holiday price, don't bother, €25 for a taxi straight to Korali Hotel, easier, quicker and far cooler if you have day flights

Process in place to stop grabbing of sun loungers. Short walk to local beach which is very clean and has reasonable snorkelling. Wide choice of local restaurants, mini supermarkets and tavernas

Breakfast is not great, but it is already a bonus for the price you pay. The meal options are few but excellemt. They have the best sis kebab I have ever tried. In a few words it's a very discent choise, value 4 money

That was not possible and all the extra bath towels were used to keep the water from running down the floor and into the room. No black out curtains, which made it difficult to sleep at night

If you re looking for real traditional greek hospitality, it 's your place. Everything is easy going and relaxed. Good service, very clean, comfortable (except there isno elabator), big rooms

Old, but clean hotel whit large rooms. Very nice owners. The beach is the excellent. Near is have another - Mikro. For the fishermen, have a lot of fish.

Until now, nice, big rooms, very nice hosts, still have 8 days ahead to conclude

Sadly, the shower in the room we had was so tinny, that it took an adult all the time needed for showering to keep the water inside the tiny shower curtain and off the floors instead

Loved this hotel! Owners Could not do enough for you … perfect location near main bus stop and 2 minute walk to main shops and bars … lovely breakfast served until 10. Pool added bonus and often had it to ourselves

Excellent stay at the Ifigenia Hotel. Great room with wrap around balcony. Air con, safe, fridge and kettle. Room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Towels and bedding changed regularly

Just back from a week at this lovely hotel. Akis and his family were warm and welcoming. We had a top floor room with a sea view. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Free toiletries, safe and air conditioning

There was plenty of variety for breakfast, this was self service and filled up constantly. Located very close to bus stop 0, handy for visiting the other resorts but still close with everything town has to offer

We were shown to a small room overlooking the garden and no balcony which was'nt what we wanted. However the guy ( sorry forget his name ) agreed we should have a balcony and bigger room for a two week stay

We were offered a choice between two others and plumped for a room at the front of the hotel. Even though we were overlooking the main busy road coming into port , the noise never bothered us

Amazing staff located well only 10 mins walk from town nice pool great food,drinks staff very clean and great views

The garden is beautiful, there is also a pool with sunbeds next to the bar with nice music throughout the day. There is also a small library on the ground floor

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect and there were more than enough sunbeds. The location just on the outskirts of town was ideal and was just a short walk into the main centre

We had a great 4 night stay here. The hotel is well located on the ring road close to the bus stop 2 and just a 10 minute walk to town. Our room was comfortable with a great bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool

The pool bar was a lovely spot to chill with reasonably priced drinks. We really enjoyed the white wine. All the staff there were very friendly and super helpful. We would definitely stay here again 👌🏼

Very good hotel with a special pool !! The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff is very kind, I will prefer it again for the third year in a row !!!
