This hotel was set in a very beautiful scenic spot with views from every room looking out over the ocean and main town. It’s not too big so doesn’t have that overwhelming feeling of a big crowd. The room was nice and modern and had everything we needed. The only negative about the room is that the walls are very thin so you can hear what’s going on in the room next to you quite clearly. Just had 2 weeks at Punta hotel (19th sept to 3rd Oct) Dimitri and his lovely wife Vivienne manage this hotel excellently and proudly. When we arrived we were surprisingly upgraded to the maisonette which had two levels both en-suite and jacuzzi at lower level. We had a fantastic stay at the Magic Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. They even managed to book us a restaurant in Skiathos town that had told us it was full. Only a few minutes from the airport right in the harbour so walking distance to the buses, taxis, bars, restaurants and boat trip. Stayed at the Alkyon Hotel in Skiathos Town for a week and could not praise it enough. Nice hotel but rooms are a bit small and dated for price. Good location next to bus stop 16. Not enough sunbeds by pool and lack of rules around putting towels out early to reserve beds means it’s more like a 3 star hotel than a 5 star… disappointing to observe. I could have stayed here forever! The hotel has the most idyllic view. It is spotlessly clean all of the time. The owners and staff are all very polite and helpful. Breakfast is adequate, fine if you are not expecting a full English. Pool great. Yes there is a steep incline to get to the hotel but 100% worth it for the view. Short walk either into town or to the beach.

If you re looking for real traditional greek hospitality, it 's your place. Everything is easy going and relaxed. Good service, very clean, comfortable (except there isno elabator), big rooms. Breakfast is not great, but it is already a bonus for the price you pay. The meal options are few but excellemt. They have the best sis kebab I have ever tried. Excellent hots, the best food I’ve ever had, very clean room and linens, washroom and everything else spotless. Located in a beautiful fishing village, a few minutes away from the most beautiful beach and water I’ve ever seen. Sadly, the shower in the room we had was so tinny, that it took an adult all the time needed for showering to keep the water inside the tiny shower curtain and off the floors...

Old, but clean hotel whit large rooms. Very nice owners. The beach is the excellent. Near is have another - Mikro. For the fishermen, have a lot of fish.

We had breakfast here. The food was fine, quite average, but the service made the difference. The waitress was really kind, funny and very pleasant. She definitely made our visit much nicer:)

I recently found myself unexpectedly staying at Hotel Meltemi due to a weather advisory that prevented my water taxi from traveling to Skopelos. The studios are right across the street from the sea and there is a nice view of the bay from the rooms. The street though is quite noisy well into the evening. So its a balance. Room was nice spacy and clean - the kitchen utensils not so much. Very nice service, nice people.

Wonderful friendly host, the place was clean, but basic accommodation and facilities. We could’ve done with some washing up liquid and tea towels to dry the things we had used. Clean towels, hand soap and toilet paper were provided but nothing else.

Great value apartment with fantastic views Great good value apartment with air conditioning and lovely views out to sea. Easy walking in to town and virtually next door to a bakery which was handy for fresh croissants in the morning! Also on the bus route so easy access to the south side of the island. Loved this hotel! Owners Could not do enough for you … perfect location near main bus stop and 2 minute walk to main shops and bars … lovely breakfast served until 10.30am. Pool added bonus and often had it to ourselves .. Room great with towels changed regularly .. coffee kettle fridge and hairdryer .. Highly recommend perfect all round .. will defo be back x

Excellent stay at the Ifigenia Hotel. Great room with wrap around balcony. Air con, safe, fridge and kettle. Room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Just back from a week at this lovely hotel. Akis and his family were warm and welcoming. We had a top floor room with a sea view. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Free toiletries, safe and air conditioning. There was plenty of variety for breakfast, this was self service and filled up constantly. Located very close to bus stop 0, handy for visiting the other resorts but still close with everything...

Nice hotel, basic, nice continental breakfast, ham/cheese, pastries, coffee machine, squash no juice,. TV only Greek no world news, fridge dosnt work, quite dark rooms, small pool, overal nice place to stay while your out every day.
