Stunning hotel on beautiful sandy beach. Varied areas including pool bar and beach bar. Breakfast is wonderful catering for all tastes. Everywhere is clean and comfortable. If desired, you could stay your whole holiday in this amazing place. Staff are courteous and extremely helpful. My first time in Greece was incredible.

I don’t feel this is a true 4 star resort for the following reasons: - no shade by the beach - cereal was stale at breakfast - no wine opener in the room you have to call the front desk and they send someone up with a bottle opener but it is the only one they have so you have to give it right back - front desk can’t make spa appointments you have to contact the spa directly but they don’t have a lot...

Rooms are very clean and as in the photos. Only problem we had is the lack of a mosquito shield. Location is nice because you have a supermarket, restaurants and Agia Paraskevi beach 2 min from the hotel, and lots of great beaches in 15 min bus drive. City center is also near. Comfortable, affordable hotel with friendly staff. It has a steep driveway to the main building, but it’s not very long. Make sure to stay in the main building if you can, because the additional buildings are further up the hill. The beach is less than 100m away, across the street. Many restaurants are in the vicinity, as is bus stop 16, with frequent connections to the old town Skiathos.

Only a few minutes from the airport right in the harbour so walking distance to the buses, taxis, bars, restaurants and boat trip. Stayed at the Alkyon Hotel in Skiathos Town for a week and could not praise it enough. The room would be classed as a one bedroom apartment, it was large in size with a balcony with a view. The room was lovely and clean. It is a traditional older style accommodation. The breakfast was ok. There are quite a few steep steps on entry to this property, the staff were attentative in helping me with my luggage on arrival and departure.

Right in the heart of skiathos town but tucked away, this is a great place to stay if you want clean, modern accommodation that is simple but a good standard. The staff are exceptionally friendly and will do anything for you. My only problem was that our room was near the reception area and so was a little noisy. But everything else was very good.

Fantastic views - booked in 2023 to make sure we got in . Didn’t know would develop a leg problem in 2024…. But still made it! Steep hill but worth it for the views . Road past hotel is occasionally noisy with cars reviving to get up the hill although pool is elevated so you dont see the cars. Plenty car park spaces. Lots of repeat visitors , always a good sign . My 4th visit here and still as beautiful as always. Gorgeous, family run studios, the family are lovely and cannot do enough for you. Not my first time to Skiathos, but my first time in a studio rather than a hotel and I loved it. The family are lovely and helpful and there's everything there that you could need. A well stocked bar and pleasant dining area with a good menu to choose from. I had lunch a few times, sitting on a stool at the bench outside, looking over town and the airport runway. our stay at the guesthouse was incredibly beautiful with a magnificent view, the owners were very hospitable and gave us a lot of great information about the sights of Skiathos and what we should visit, the snacks at the pool were delicious at reasonable prices, the staff were very polite and very cheerful everyone, surrounded by nature but at the same time close to the town of Skiathos.

Traditional basic Greek hotel with clean rooms and pool. Breakfast is like a free for all with food portions running out regularly. Staff at reception were nice and helpful but pool bar staff appeared rude .

My partner wrote a review that I didn’t totally agree with. The hotel is traditional in style and the bedrooms and bathrooms are also typically Greek, so they’re not posh, but are comfortable. Just returned from two weeks in Skiathos staying at the Hotel Stellina. Ordered a double room as we were a couple Staff were not friendly when asked for a double what we paid for. In the meantime they went to room and pushed beds together . Not very comfortable However bedlinen clean and fresh Girl behind bar was friendly pool and room clean although could do with updating. Stellina is a traditional Greek hotel, old but nice, and located in the more quiert area of skiathos town and in a pleasent walking distance from the harbour and the airport. The management has put a great effort in maintaining the place, giving you a nice stay, and we have been there two times before, and will be back in september again.

Its okay. Hot water is always available and the pool is nice and clean. Also the kitchen offers great meals at a very good price. However, sheets and towels were not changed at all (we stayed there for five days) and toilet paper wasn't regularly sent but we had to go and ask for it. Finally, the room we stayed in wasn't as clean as it could be.
