We had a great time in Hotel Telis. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is also good, with a market, bus stop, restaurants and the beach all at walking distance. And the best part, the view of the sea is beautiful. Recommended!

Rooms are very clean and as in the photos. Only problem we had is the lack of a mosquito shield. Location is nice because you have a supermarket, restaurants and Agia Paraskevi beach 2 min from the hotel, and lots of great beaches in 15 min bus drive. City center is also near. All in all, great for a very affordable price.

Large room, clean bathroom, great location. Towels and bed linen changed every two days. Breakfast is served on the porch, with nice sea view. Right on the Agia Paraskevi beach, bus stop 16, in the middle of the island.

Comfortable, affordable hotel with friendly staff. It has a steep driveway to the main building, but it’s not very long. Make sure to stay in the main building if you can, because the additional buildings are further up the hill. The beach is less than 100m away, across the street. Many restaurants are in the vicinity, as is bus stop 16, with frequent connections to the old town Skiathos.

We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary and loved it so much we’ve booked to go back for our 31st!!! Anna and the team looked after us so well. Special thanks to Anna who made our stay extra special with so many thoughtful touches -she’s an absolute gem!! Can’t wait to go back!

Only a few minutes from the airport right in the harbour so walking distance to the buses, taxis, bars, restaurants and boat trip. Lovely staff and nice food, hotel was clean and tidy only downside was pool very small but beaches only a short bus ride away. Terraced balcony for breakfast with fantastic views. Stayed at the Alkyon Hotel in Skiathos Town for a week and could not praise it enough. The host, Stavros, was most helpful. He picked us up from the airport and took us back at the end of the holiday. There was a climb to the accommodation but the view made it all worthwhile. The room would be classed as a one bedroom apartment, it was large in size with a balcony with a view. The room was lovely and clean. It is a traditional older style accommodation. The breakfast was ok. There are quite a few steep steps on entry to this property, the staff were attentative in helping me with my luggage on arrival and departure.

A couple of negatives We were allocated a loft suite which I would consider dangerous as the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom were very steep and difficult to use if you are not very mobile. Right in the heart of skiathos town but tucked away, this is a great place to stay if you want clean, modern accommodation that is simple but a good standard. The staff are exceptionally friendly and will do anything for you. My only problem was that our room was near the reception area and so was a little noisy. But everything else was very good.

We Stayed at the Bourtzi for 10 days. Our first trip to Skiathos. Probably one of the best Hotels we have ever been to. All the staff are brilliant, so helpful. Nothing is to much trouble.
