Magic Hotel in Skiathos Town

My sister and I stayed in this hotel in July. We'd highly recommend it, Excellent location, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff and well kept gardens. This was our first visit to Skiathos and it will be one of many. Thank you for making it so special.

When we arrived we were surprisingly upgraded to the maisonette which had two levels both en-suite and jacuzzi at lower level. Monica on reception couldn’t have been more helpful nothing too much trouble. The hotel is situated 5 minutes from a beautiful beach and the sea is crystal clear and shallow a fair way out. The bus stop is just outside the hotel and buses are every5 minutes and cover island from kookanara to skiathos town so no need for a car. Excellent service from all hotel staff and lovely and clean, if return to skiathos magic hotel number one choice!!💥 Once again thank you too Monica.👏

This is our second visit to the Magic hotel and once again this was a lovely place to stay, in a good location, the staff were the best and couldn’t do enough for you. We stayed in a Double room with Seaview and what a view. A fantastic place to se run by beautiful people.

Our second stay at this lovely family-run hotel. Monica and her, family and team do a fantastic job. Always welcoming and helpful. Both the rooms and the public areas of the hotel are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Nice views from our rooms. Plenty of choice for breakfast and very good coffees. Hope to visit again soon.

We had a fantastic stay at the Magic Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. They even managed to book us a restaurant in Skiathos town that had told us it was full. The location is great, with a lovely local beach nearby, shops, restaurants/cafes and bus stops not too far away. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond by surprising her at dinner with balloons and a gift which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was very nice, the Greek salad at lunch was excellent, and the pool area is a lovely spot to enjoy an evening drink. All in all, a 10/10 experience we would definitely recommend and return!

We spend 9 days in the Magic Hotel. It is really MAGIC. Everything was excellent. Super spacious room, great services and amazing breakfast. A special thanks to Monica, from the reception. We are already thinking to return for one of our next holidays.

Comfortable, clean, excellent views. Friendly obliging staff especially in the dining room. My only negative comment is, no lift and far too many steps for an 82 year old.

We had a brilliant stay at Magic Hotel Skiathos. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were so attentive, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed in a deluxe double room on the top floor with the most amazing sea views. The room was spotless, serviced daily, and included a fridge with water on arrival (perfect for keeping refreshments cool throughout our stay). The spacious balcony had comfortable furniture and even a clothes dryer – a thoughtful touch. An added bonus was the mosquito repellent plug-in provided in the room. The pool area was a real highlight – peaceful, spotless, with plenty of sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas. Best of all, there was no “sunbed war” – you could always find a lounger at any time of day. The pool bar served great snacks and drinks throughout the day, which we really enjoyed. The View Restaurant at the hotel is probably the best in Agia Paraskevi. The menu has an excellent choice, the service is first class, and the food was fantastic – highly recommended. We also hired a quad bike for two days through Aegean Rental. It was delivered and collected directly to the hotel, making it so easy, and we had great fun exploring the island. A brilliant feature of the hotel is the free-to-use sunbeds and umbrellas available by reception, which you can take across the road to the beach. Such a clever and convenient idea. If you’re looking for a small, friendly boutique hotel with excellent service, then Magic Hotel is the perfect choice. Having worked in the travel industry for over 30 years and visited many leading hotels of the world, I can honestly say Magic Hotel is now one of my absolute favourites. Note: There is no lift in the hotel, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues

This was a lovely hotel. The service was excellent from everyone at the hotel.
Location is in the middle of the road going along the south of the island and 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel has a box of donated beach items including inflatables, umbrella a d beach chairs.
2 mins to the bus stop and a shop.
A good selection of tavernas within a 5-8 walk.
Would definitely book again

We had a lovely stay at the Magic Hotel. Monica and her team were brilliant and could not do enough for us. The rooms were very clean, and the maids were doing a great job. We had some great meals in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely return.
