The property is beautiful, with a private beach, a pool practically on the sea, and a breakfast and dinner area with an enchanting sea view. The food was amazing, lots of choice and the food was fresh and very tasty

Nice Greek hotel, lovely clean pool, own beach, stoney so may want apporiate footwear. Never had evening meal, had breakfast with our deal. Which was always well presented with good selection

It is really right on the shore, the beach has lots of free umbrellas, sunbeds and so does the pool by the beach. Breakfast and the menu dinner is very delicious, lots of options

You have to rent a car, if you're going to live here. Nothing interesting to see nearby, only some resorts. Plenty of room near a small pool and always some free sunbeds on the beach

The pool was big and clean, the sun beds too, crystal clear water, amazing private beach with a terrace, very clean renovated rooms with everyday cleaning, good wifi, very nice people working there and willing to help

Dennis the owner is fantastic and very accommodating. Facilities are good and clean with spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner are great too. The beachfront is great for snorkeling with clear water

Loved this hotel! Had our own swimming pool! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful too. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a separate swimming pool for everyone to use with a cafe and bar next to the pool. 👌

Best vacation ever :) Everything was just perfect - beach, food, hotel rooms. All staff was very kind. We definitely intend to come back here.

Great place and a great atmosphere! Having a room with your own pool and access to a shared pool as well as having a beach close by was amazing. The beach is more a pebble/ stone beach so it’s not sandy

Really nice hotel with modern rooms. Lovely friendly staff. Tasty food. Quite a quiet location no lively bars nearby.

There are some issues with certain rooms having broken showers and making weird noises throughout the night which do keep you up, unfortunately we didn’t complain about this so mainly our fault! Otherwise I highly recommend this place as the staff at the pool side bar were amazing and soo friendly and genuinely lovely!

I have a gluten intolerance and the efforts that they went to to make fresh pasta/bread and others were unbelievable - however my wife has no such intolerance and also believed the food was incredible

This was such an incredible experience. The staff was amazing, the view was insane, the sea water was perfect. I hated to leave...truly it was exquisite.

The service is second to none - the staff are the perfect mix of friendly and warm without being familiar or over the top. Every thing has been thought of, every need anticipated and every moment will be memorable

If you're looking for time out, time with your family, time to reconnect and pause then this is the perfect place. The food is also the best of the island with two incredible restaurants to choose from

Whatever whenever we wanted anything done whether it be a trip of a drink, the reception/concierge staff were so pleasant and helpful, nothing too much trouble

Porto Zante is one of the most special places on the planet. From the minute you arrive it feels as it you've entered a haven of beauty, peace and privacy

The bedding gets change quite regular along with the towels. In all honesty the cleanest of the room is on par to a 5 star. The area is marvellous plenty to do and see and loads of lovely food to sample around the area

It was a cheap deal and we got what we paid for! Basic room but clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Walking distance to beach and fabulous bars and restaurants

The hotel is nicely located in the Alykanas part of Zante the pool is beautiful sadly water is cold so we went wrong time of year to enjoy it in October however was nice sitting round it there were no pool towels provided I was annoyed that they charge €10 per night for city tax as they call themselves 4 star it's less for 3 star AC and room safe are chargeable too which was weird to me No English...

Rooms were clean and towels changed regularly sheets not so much. But in Need of updating, Unless you paid more to update

Mixed reviews on this hotel, pool area was amazing with great staff who are very attentive, we had a waiter everyday who was great, but unfortunately didn’t get his name, hotel was very basic for a 4 star hotel, we had multiple issues with our room, with shower drain leaking across the bathroom, no shelves for toiletries, the shower was tiny and had a wire coming out of the wall, toilet seat broken...

Don't recommend at all the car hire from the hotel. We asked if we could keep the room on for a few hours and they wanted to charge us €40 which in our opinion was excessive. Otherwise we had a thoroughly enjoyable time

I think the negative reviews are very unfair and clearly wrote by picky people that look for fault in everything! The only negative i can find is the issue with wasps in the eating areas, they are a nuisance but none of us have been stung and they were never in our rooms , they're at the beach too, not just the hotel

We came to this hotel on 23/10/25 from good old yorkshire in England, it has been a brilliant experience, the beach is gorgeous and right by the hotel, the hotel is run very well, it's clean, spacious and the food is amazing with a wide variety of choice, the staff work so hard here

We had a lovely relaxing 4 week stay in Sept/Oct and nothing was going to stop that come rain, storms and earth tremor!🫢 Staff are so friendly and hard working and the chef and his team produced excellent, mainly Greek cuisine😋😋😋😋, if you a meat and two veg person this hotel is not for you

The lovely receptionist suggested we put our bags in our room, unpack after lunch. The food was wonderful! Ample choices for breakfast and lunch. Every day, the evening meal was a different theme

As others have mentioned, the showers are a bit of an issue - it's more a wet room, with unfortunate drainage. Room cleaned every day by a cleaning team who always had a smile

Good restaurants nearby, beach 10 min walk, swimming pool across the road (you can use if you buy food and drink) We didn't find the location noisy, lovely to hear the music from the restaurant, it was not at all loud, just lovely

AMAZING breakfasts and lovely staff especially lovely Claudio ) Apartments are spotless. Fresh towels and the lovely cleaning lady does some lovely towel displays

Kettle, sandwich maker, large fridge freezer, cooker hob and the usual basic kitchen utensils. Comfy beds, we slept really well

One bedroom does have a slopped ceiling so you will bang your head every time you stand up at shorter end of the room. Kitchen could do with tea towels and cleaning cloth. Little things missing like bottle opener

Lovely attention to detail! Will never stay anywhere else now in Alykanas. Central for everything! Perfect! If I have to choose a negative. It’s the sliding shutter door in RM 8 which kept coming off the runner

2nd year running in these gorgeous little apartments! And they’ve spoilt us now for any other accommodation in the Greek islands which never seem to match it on trip advisor

The Koukiunaria Hotel and Suites was a great find in Alykes. It’s up a short track off the road and close to the sandy beach. It has a beautiful pool with ample sunbeds for all

The rooms are modern, clean and bright. We had a chic room which was more than adequate for our needs. We opted for Bed and Breakfast and were astounded at the amount of choice on offer, everything was so well presented

The large pool is surrounded by well kept gardens and has a good pool bar serving drinks and food. You can relax here in a peaceful setting away from the noise and bustle from the road

Really close to the town and beach, only a 7 minute walk away maximum, with lots to do and places to eat but you hear no noise and feel totally private and remote due to the hotels location

Just back from a beautiful week with our daughter and son in law. Hotel very nice, excellent cleaning staff, towels changed every day almost, and rooms and beds attended to daily
