The best place to stay. Would highly recommend the deluxe rooms. The pool was just amazing. The location great, as you have access to supermarkets and food restaurants in walking distance. Clean rooms and amazing stuff.

It was a cheap deal and we got what we paid for! Basic room but clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Walking distance to beach and fabulous bars and restaurants

The hotel is nicely located in the Alykanas part of Zante the pool is beautiful sadly water is cold so we went wrong time of year to enjoy it in October however was nice sitting round it there were no pool towels provided I was annoyed that they charge €10 per night for city tax as they call themselves 4 star it's less for 3 star AC and room safe are chargeable too which was weird to me No English...

Mixed reviews on this hotel, pool area was amazing with great staff who are very attentive, we had a waiter everyday who was great, but unfortunately didn’t get his name, hotel was very basic for a 4 star hotel, we had multiple issues with our room, with shower drain leaking across the bathroom, no shelves for toiletries, the shower was tiny and had a wire coming out of the wall, toilet seat broken...

Food was very good freshly prepared and enough choice. The only gripe was we hired a car from the hotel. It was absolutely filthy bodily fluids all over and I mean seats roof etc. Very expensive for what we needed

Unsure if we would return to this hotel due to the hotel standards and the area being quieter but that could be due to the time of season we come out

The lovely receptionist suggested we put our bags in our room, unpack after lunch. The food was wonderful! Ample choices for breakfast and lunch. Every day, the evening meal was a different theme

As others have mentioned, the showers are a bit of an issue - it's more a wet room, with unfortunate drainage. Room cleaned every day by a cleaning team who always had a smile

Yes, there are wasps, but what sunny resort with sugary drinks doesn't? I have a deadly allergy to wasp stings, I remain calm, and they fly away

There was an area child height which we thought a lovely touch. There is plenty of choice for everyone. Our room was spacious and comfortable

We returned home today after a truly lovely holiday. On arrival, we were told our room was ready, even though it was an hour before check-in

We had a problem with the toilet not working which was fixed within 20 min. Breakfast was okay, you would be quite picky if you could not find something to eat, coffee was poor tasting

we managed fine by taking cutlery from breakfast and buying disposable plates from the shop. We got to see a turtle swimming around the harbour and hired a boat from golden dolphin for the day which was brilliant

In our opinion the hotel is not a four star however its a good 3+. The reception area and bar is pleasant and welcoming and the staff are very accommodating

Our room was tried and in need of modernisation the bathroom is very small with a shower over the bath not the best as personnel preference would be a shower only but the room did have a sea view and balcony

In general we enjoyed our stay but picked the wrong week as it poured down at times, on the Sunday for 12 hours which left the roads flooded and we had to paddle back to the hotel which was funny, a fairly mixed bag of weather over the week but what can you do about that

Basic but clean and comfortable room. Lovely pools with plenty of space, never a struggle to get sun beds. Brilliant location on the beach, it’s with a walk to alkyes for pretty restaurants by the sea

The lovely Ruth on reception with her consistent smile made our holiday more appealing too each day. The breakfast set up is brilliant, offering everything you could possibly want, and all with good quality produce

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, less than a 7-minute walk from the beach. The staff were fantastic, and the rooms were exactly as shown in the photos. Daily cleaning which even elavated our stay

The rooms are modern, clean and bright. We had a chic room which was more than adequate for our needs. We opted for Bed and Breakfast and were astounded at the amount of choice on offer, everything was so well presented

The Koukiunaria Hotel and Suites was a great find in Alykes. It’s up a short track off the road and close to the sandy beach. It has a beautiful pool with ample sunbeds for all

The large pool is surrounded by well kept gardens and has a good pool bar serving drinks and food. You can relax here in a peaceful setting away from the noise and bustle from the road

The rooms on the top floor were very small with tiny showers. I can't criticise the staff, they were pleasant and attentive. Angelo in the bar (ran separately) was fantastic and couldn't do enough for anyone

Place is spotlessly clean and due to slightly older clientele at this time of year very chilled around the pool and no need to get up at crack of dawn to reserve beds etc

Our rooms were large enough and clean. The cleaner does a first class job. There was a 3rd bed in the room that blocked the use of the wardrobe and was there in place of any other storage item

There was 2 of us but we had no room for our stuff and had to live out of a suitcase. Had There been a 3rd person with us, then things would have been all over the floor

These family run studios are so so nice - we have been a few times now and cant wait to be back - they are spotless and all you want and within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants- there are always plenty of sunbeds and parking over the road if you hire a car - Vaso and her family are lovely she’s nearly always there to welcome you and there when you leave - Angelos runs the bar - what...

We arrived quite late on Saturday night and manageress was there to greet us. We had a couple of minor issues with room but staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble

We stayed in a luxury suite with private jacuzzi and sea view. Host left fruit, bread, milk, tea and coffee , snacks on arrival. Restaurant downstairs serves delicious home cooked Greek cuisine and other dishes

and big thing for us was that air conditioning was already included in the room. our apartment had views of the mountains, the salt flats and also the sea. its location is perfect for us

Spent a week in the 2 bed apartment & couldn't fault it tbh. Clean, functional, spacious, and with the lovely Apollo Taverna at the front. 10 minute stroll into Alykes centre so perfect after dinner to walk home & chat

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week holiday staying at the Aphrodite studio and apartments. the apartment was immaculate, very well equipped, bedding and towels where changed very frequently

Great spacious studio with comfy beds limited cooking facilities but with a fabulous restaurant and pool bar on site who wants to cook!! It's a 8/10 minutes stoll to town centre which is more than doable

the garlic mushrooms and the Lamb in Honey are amazing!!! The family that run the apartments and the restaurant are just so wonderful. they should be very proud of what they have

Excelent location , very close to rasa beach ideal hotel for couples looking for a quiet room to sleep and in walking distance from bars and restaurants , you can go clubbing but return to a quiet room to sleep , accommodation value for money , comfortable , we did need a car to go to the beach as is located 1 minute walk , also the beach has crystal clear waters :) highly reccomended !

The hosts were warm and welcoming. The garden is a relaxing place to sunbathe and the sea was steps away for a dip in the warm, clear and shallow sea

The view from the balcony is so beautiful. The balcony is large and shaded all day (which was a relief in the heat of the day). The studio was clean and functional, the AC worked well and the bed was comfortable

If you like to sit by a pool, there are 2 pool bars nearby you are able to use. There is a local supermarket close by and a handful of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk

We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in a quiet village

The location is strategic: just a 15-minute drive away are some of the island's most famous beaches, such as Xigia and Makris Gialos, while just 300 meters from the apartments is the intimate and quiet Amoudi beach, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds

Anastasia also provides umbrellas to take to the beach. Zakynthos town and Tsilivi are also easily reached in about 25 minutes by car, making Julia Studios an excellent base for exploring the entire island

A very nice and quiet place in October. Far away from over crowded touristic areas. It has modern chambers with a great outlook to the landscape and sea. I love this place and it‘s original Greek atmosphere.

We stayed at Julia Studios for a week and can wholeheartedly recommend it! Anastasia is a wonderful host: kind, sweet, and always available at any time for any need

The studio is very functional and well-equipped with a sea view. The decor is a bit dated, and there's no shower curtain. A little inconvenient, but a minor detail considering the price and setting

Booked a last minute stay at Galatea, not knowing the area or the island, itself at all. So glad we did, Galatea is perfectly situated, close to the busier towns, and a stones throw from the ocean

Nearby there is a tavern and a bar/restaurant on the beach. It is definitely recommended to have a car or scooter if you stay for several days and want to move around the island

Room is clean and spacious, recently refurbished too. Will definitely be coming again

Also there is a bakery opposite who serve excellent coffee and giant doughnuts, lush! Andreas restaurant is only 5 minutes walk beautiful setting by the beach however we were put off by the pushy waiter and the frozen fish

It was perfect for our girlstrip. Also so peacefully quiet and very chill. The sea was sooo soo clean, the pool area was great, the food was lovely. We loved the aesthetic, the staff was very polite and helpful

The location was a bit further from the town but we didn’t mind that much

The privates pools with sea view are north facing so never get sun on them and I imagine are freezing

We have a superior suite with garden view, which was one of the better pool options as the pool pointed west so you had sun in the afternoon and saw sunset from it

There was no sun on it in the morning but that didn’t bother us as we went and used one of the many beds round the other 3 main pools

On arrival we were welcomed and treated with free welcome drinks, we then had one of the managers help us with our suitcases and take us down to our room and he gave us a tour of the room and explained everything to us and showed us how everything worked, it was definitely VIP service

The rooms are beautiful, ours had a sea view. The staff work tirelessly but all are friendly and polite

The most popular ones were on a grassy area by our room next to the pebbly beach, but there were also lots of sunbeds up by the pool with amazing views out to sea. Weather was perfect - hot but always a lovely breeze

We had booked a room with shared pool but were given room upgrade with a private pool and sea view. Lovely spacious room but terrace and pool remained completely in the shade all day long, so the pool was freezing

Never went in it except to ice my foot after I was stung by a wasp! Room only about 50m from the sea, great view and lovely to hear waves crashing on beach. Hotel has loads of sunbeds, never an issue getting one

The staff especially Kiki very helpful and always at hand (She works tirelessly) & Special Thanks. Location very quiet but local transport on hand. We ate out in Tsilivi on 5 occasions by choice as AI not for us

Far better than mine at home! No noise from neighbouring rooms. The hotel was more remote than we thought, and mentioning this because the holiday website we booked through said it was in Zante Town

The hotel is in a remote peaceful location sat on a cliff top with great sea views. Most days my wife and I would have the pool to ourselves as all the other guest would be out site seeing

Breakfast Going into breakfast always 2 staff on the door I assume to greet you but I never got a good morning once, after about the 3rd day I gave up trying. Wasps/hornets all over the jams marmalade honey and cakes

Dead wasps in the honey are removed by staff with a spoon and honey is left there. The cereal was very poor and the bread was dry and stale. The hot food selection was passable the egg selection was the best of all

Fruit juices came out of a machine which tasted more like cordial and was not very drinkable. The tables outside were never set for breakfast if you wanted to eat outside you had to set your own table

We had 2 suitcases plus hand luggage he did not offer to help at all. The room was large and spacious with good A/C. The room maids were friendly and worked really hard, the hotel was immaculate

The water went off one morning and didn't come back on till almost lunch time so unable to go to the toilet wash hand have a shower. This was apparently the 2nd time it had happened that week

Showed us to our block where our apt was on the 3rd floor. There are no lifts and he handed over the keys and said You're on the 3rd floor and walked away

The hotel is located in the mountains, quite far from town, but it has everything, so it wasn't inconvenient at all. The hotel restaurant is delicious, and I highly recommend their beef with potatoes

The room is large and has an independent private bath. Unfortunately, I didn't use it and only used the jacuzzi. The service staff of the hotel are very polite whether in the front desk, guest room or restaurant

We made a great choice by choosing this hotel. We arrived late on our first night in Zhajin and were given a free room upgrade

On our departure day, since our flight was in the evening and the weather was bad, they let us check out at 5 PM, which was a free extra for our group's airport transfer

It's important to remember that you should always eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant, otherwise bees might eat your yogurt

It cost me 35 euros to get from the airport to the hotel. I felt really bad because the hotel was quite close. When I arrived, I felt cheerful when I saw the sea and the beautiful lady at the front desk

It was my wife’s birthday and I asked if they could help with a cake, when we came down for dinner a whole party with hats, cake and decorations had been laid on for us, in an hour! Amazing! Highly recommended

Easy walk to the Waterpark and Bouka Beach, longer walk or taxi to the main strip/main beach. Dimitri and family were always friendly and accommodating

We’ve just returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel. We were staying at a different hotel in Kalamaki and wasn’t happy with the area so looked to move to Tsilivi as family was at that resort

Just got back after staying here for ten days, amazing rooms, excellent service , food at the pool bar was lovely and not to far away from the centre, all in all a fantastic experience, thank you for making my holiday

The swimming pool was a good size and not too busy. The hotel is located at the edge of Planos/Tsilivi which is nice as the town is quite touristy and busy, but very little noise at the hotel

Spent approximately a week here with the family. The room was clean and modern and a good size. It was equipped with fridge, aircon and safe. The bathroom was modern and more than adequate

The staff were first rate and very helpful. The hotel has a small car (Hyundai i20) which you can hire which was really good as it was marginally cheaper than the other local offerings

The pool is a great size, sun beds have lovely toppers on them and loads of floats and balls for the kids. Food was great for snacks and brilliant option of beverages

The pool is very cold, we managed to get into it, the sea is definitely warmer than the pool, but in October you wouldn’t expect it to be warm

The restaurant is nice, it’s a decent size and does have quite a good selection, but the food does get a bit repetitive by the end of the week but we always managed to find something to eat

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable, the mattress was rock solid and you only have 1 flat pillow to lay on, so we had to use towels to put under the pillow

You couldn’t relax with a cocktail in the sun for this reason. The hotel overall is very well maintained and clean, and the staff are all happy

I can stay here forever! We are leaving tomorrow and I’ll miss this place a lot!!!

Our first impressions of Tsilivi Beach Hotel were great, the lady at reception who checked us in was lovely and very welcoming

The pool view is one of the best things but you need to catch a sunbed at 7am. The lounge area in front of the pool and sea is relaxing

Amazing couples full body massage. I had Nora who was amazing, very tentative and my partner had Nickita, it was my partners first massage and he said he was amazing, pressure applied was great

All the food is labelled so you know what it is and has allergen markers for refrence. Although this is a great system there were some items that said they were “minced meat” but with not reference of the kind of meat

How kind is that? There were one or two challenges with the room. The first being a long way from the water boiler a lot of water was wasted waiting for it to run hot. Such a waste when water is so precious

The chamber maid and all the staff are superb. 'Miracle Man' on Reception answered all our questions instantly. The seats in the lounges are a little tired but we always found somewhere to sit

-THE ROOM We were in room 620 (View from room 620 (Double Room with Limited Sea View and Balcony) which has been refurbished but has a wet room bathroom not like some of the newer rooms

Our check-in was a delight and the reception staff were really helpful. We booked a seaview bungalow and absolutely loved its location

The beach bar is not part of the all inclusive and I only discovered on my last day that they have a DJ there and it really gave me the feeling I was in Zanzibar Africa because of the amazing afrohouse they play

He is very good at his job and so genuine and friendly. Such a shame that we missed his Latin night on a Monday. The other highlight was the Greek night as I got to learn different styles of Greek dancing

The hotel is quite subdued and they choose to not have a partying-clientele so the music was not loud at all. Snorkelling was not too bad near the hotel - pretty rainbow wrasse and other small fish

The food is really good - we went all-inclusive - the only negative is the lack of fresh juices/smoothies with no added sugar. The highlight for us was Nikolos the aqua dance and Pilates teacher

The wonderful Nikko! An older waiter who greets you with a smile from the moment you enter, knows what wine or beer you want to order for lunch, and where your favorite table is

I had a wonderful holiday with my girlfriend at this hotel. We really liked the staff's service, and what we liked even more was waking up to direct sea views. I recommend renting a car to visit the island

Close by to the pool area is an undercover area with beanbags and sun beds, on one of the days we stayed we had the most amazing thunderstorm and were able to enjoy watching it in this comfortable area with company of the resident cats and a good book

Our room was much nicer than expected which was very close to the pool and was cleaned everyday with new bedding and fresh towels! We had a lovely balcony where we enjoyed most evenings enjoying a cocktail with a good book

Before coming here we were a bit worried because we saw so many disappointing reviews however these could not be further from the truth and I suspect written by people who have overzealous expectations

The pool area was great with plenty of sun beds and a good size pool, the pool could have been deeper but it seems it's more for relaxing than swimming

The staff here are absolutely wonderful especially Jo at reception at Ivana behind the bar (who makes the best Mango Daiquiri's)

The restaurant was virtually empty but the choice of food was amazing with staff very quick to clear and make up tables. The beach is very close though this time of year the sea is very cold

This hotel is rated by Tui as 4*. Sadly it struggles to make 3* at best. The positives are the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is extremely pleasant. There is something for everyone

The hotel closes for the season next week so for us there wasn’t ever a problem with sunbeds in fact most days we were the only people around the pool and the only noisy children were ours

The shower head does not stay in the socket and managed to hit me on the head twice and then the foot. Fed up with this I had a bath. On removing the plug the whole bathroom flooded with an awful sewage smell as well

On talking to reception I was told this always happens everywhere in Zante as the plumbing system is inadequate! Apparently if you bath you have to pull the plug out for 5 seconds then put it back again repeating the process until all the water has gone! How ridiculous and not one sign to advise this
