This is a nice hotel in a perfect location for souvenirs, restaurants and bars. The hotel has some amazing rooms with their own little pools outside. There were dour of us staying, me, my wife, and two daughters

It was a cheap deal and we got what we paid for! Basic room but clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Walking distance to beach and fabulous bars and restaurants

The hotel is nicely located in the Alykanas part of Zante the pool is beautiful sadly water is cold so we went wrong time of year to enjoy it in October however was nice sitting round it there were no pool towels provided I was annoyed that they charge €10 per night for city tax as they call themselves 4 star it's less for 3 star AC and room safe are chargeable too which was weird to me No English...

Mixed reviews on this hotel, pool area was amazing with great staff who are very attentive, we had a waiter everyday who was great, but unfortunately didn’t get his name, hotel was very basic for a 4 star hotel, we had multiple issues with our room, with shower drain leaking across the bathroom, no shelves for toiletries, the shower was tiny and had a wire coming out of the wall, toilet seat broken...

Food was very good freshly prepared and enough choice. The only gripe was we hired a car from the hotel. It was absolutely filthy bodily fluids all over and I mean seats roof etc. Very expensive for what we needed

Unsure if we would return to this hotel due to the hotel standards and the area being quieter but that could be due to the time of season we come out

The lovely receptionist suggested we put our bags in our room, unpack after lunch. The food was wonderful! Ample choices for breakfast and lunch. Every day, the evening meal was a different theme

As others have mentioned, the showers are a bit of an issue - it's more a wet room, with unfortunate drainage. Room cleaned every day by a cleaning team who always had a smile

Yes, there are wasps, but what sunny resort with sugary drinks doesn't? I have a deadly allergy to wasp stings, I remain calm, and they fly away

There was an area child height which we thought a lovely touch. There is plenty of choice for everyone. Our room was spacious and comfortable

We returned home today after a truly lovely holiday. On arrival, we were told our room was ready, even though it was an hour before check-in

Excellent service, a very family hotel with all the comforts they need, it has a lot of space, clean, with incredible views, perfect for relaxing, it is a hotel that makes you feel at home, also the breakfast jam is made by themselves and it is really good

Rooms were emaculate, the grounds were stunning with their grape vines and fruit trees, as were the views. The buildings which house the apartments are so unique with an heir of grandure and also authentically Grecian

Nestled in the beautiful surrounding hills, surrounded by nature, a perfect peaceful getaway just a short walk from the town and beachfront

We had a problem with the toilet not working which was fixed within 20 min. Breakfast was okay, you would be quite picky if you could not find something to eat, coffee was poor tasting

we managed fine by taking cutlery from breakfast and buying disposable plates from the shop. We got to see a turtle swimming around the harbour and hired a boat from golden dolphin for the day which was brilliant

In our opinion the hotel is not a four star however its a good 3+. The reception area and bar is pleasant and welcoming and the staff are very accommodating

Our room was tried and in need of modernisation the bathroom is very small with a shower over the bath not the best as personnel preference would be a shower only but the room did have a sea view and balcony

In general we enjoyed our stay but picked the wrong week as it poured down at times, on the Sunday for 12 hours which left the roads flooded and we had to paddle back to the hotel which was funny, a fairly mixed bag of weather over the week but what can you do about that

Basic but clean and comfortable room. Lovely pools with plenty of space, never a struggle to get sun beds. Brilliant location on the beach, it’s with a walk to alkyes for pretty restaurants by the sea

The rooms are modern, clean and bright. We had a chic room which was more than adequate for our needs. We opted for Bed and Breakfast and were astounded at the amount of choice on offer, everything was so well presented

It was a very disappointing trip, hard to describe in words. Maybe it was not the peak season, so it felt like there was nothing.

The Koukiunaria Hotel and Suites was a great find in Alykes. It’s up a short track off the road and close to the sandy beach. It has a beautiful pool with ample sunbeds for all

Hotel Me and my partner had the best time visiting the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room was great, really clean and high spec with the most amazing views

Really close to the town and beach, only a 7 minute walk away maximum, with lots to do and places to eat but you hear no noise and feel totally private and remote due to the hotels location

The large pool is surrounded by well kept gardens and has a good pool bar serving drinks and food. You can relax here in a peaceful setting away from the noise and bustle from the road

The rooms on the top floor were very small with tiny showers. I can't criticise the staff, they were pleasant and attentive. Angelo in the bar (ran separately) was fantastic and couldn't do enough for anyone

Place is spotlessly clean and due to slightly older clientele at this time of year very chilled around the pool and no need to get up at crack of dawn to reserve beds etc

Our rooms were large enough and clean. The cleaner does a first class job. There was a 3rd bed in the room that blocked the use of the wardrobe and was there in place of any other storage item

There was 2 of us but we had no room for our stuff and had to live out of a suitcase. Had There been a 3rd person with us, then things would have been all over the floor

These family run studios are so so nice - we have been a few times now and cant wait to be back - they are spotless and all you want and within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants- there are always plenty of sunbeds and parking over the road if you hire a car - Vaso and her family are lovely she’s nearly always there to welcome you and there when you leave - Angelos runs the bar - what...

We arrived quite late on Saturday night and manageress was there to greet us. We had a couple of minor issues with room but staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble

Anthi has a reception area with car rental, boat hire, excursions all very well priced this part is run by her son who is lovely also and very kind and helpful. We will see you all again next year same time

Our room had a spotless fridge freezer and kitchen with cups, plates, cutlery, pans for cooking on our 2 hob, hob. The bathroom extremely clean beautiful shower , sink etc

Beds were comfy pillows are unrealy soft sheets cleaned Dailey as is the room. Air con is a must hear in the hot times and is encluded. I cannot fault this beautiful accommodation

We came for our honeymoon we were greeted with love and kindness Anthi is a beautiful soul works extremely hard and nothing is too much to ask

Just returned from one of the best holidays we have ever had. Stayed in the new suites which are even more spacious and luxurious. Alex is an amazing and generous host

We have just returned from an absolutely faultless stay at Zante Suites. Beautiful, spotless, modern and clean, high end apartments and facilities

We have been visitor's to this area for many years. On a recent walk we spotted these suites and were looking at them over the fence

Nothing is too much trouble and our children were also made to feel very special. We have already looked to book another stay next year and will 100% be returning as well as recommending to our friends and family

Alex invited us in to talk and gave us a guided tour and took us into an empty property. What a stunning place and what a lovely man Alex is. Needless to say we will definitely booking a stay there shortly

rooms and playground are bit "old" instead access close to sea. not big chose of food but stuff it's really friendly, 2 pools in front of hotel one for kids one for adults. were there just 2 days would like to come back

What a fantastic, friendly, family run hotel Plessas Palace is. Me and my now husband stopped there with our wedding party of 40 guests. Niko changed the barbecue night for us. Which was the night before the wedding

We had a really lovely stay at **Plessas Palace. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable, which was all we needed. The shower always had hot water, and the bed was comfy – perfect after a day in the sun

We ate at the hotel a few times and were really impressed – the food was delicious, so definitely worth staying in for dinner some nights. Overall, we had a really relaxing, stress-free holiday

They made sure we had the most amazing time. Maria is so welcoming and accommodating. And their family are just incredible lovely people. We will definitely be returning in the near future

Arrived here in mid August with my 17 yr old daughter who was sharing with me any my lovely friend who was booked in a similar room. We were all put in rooms classed as 'garden view'

A beautiful family run hotel with the most amazing staff who were friendly, professional and lots of fun! The cocktails at Niko’s Place were top notch and the food was delicious

But the real spectacle is the sea view: waking up every morning to the crystal-clear blue before your eyes is priceless

The location is strategic: just a 15-minute drive away are some of the island's most famous beaches, such as Xigia and Makris Gialos, while just 300 meters from the apartments is the intimate and quiet Amoudi beach, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds

Anastasia also provides umbrellas to take to the beach. Zakynthos town and Tsilivi are also easily reached in about 25 minutes by car, making Julia Studios an excellent base for exploring the entire island

A very nice and quiet place in October. Far away from over crowded touristic areas. It has modern chambers with a great outlook to the landscape and sea. I love this place and it‘s original Greek atmosphere.

We stayed at Julia Studios for a week and can wholeheartedly recommend it! Anastasia is a wonderful host: kind, sweet, and always available at any time for any need

The studio is very functional and well-equipped with a sea view. The decor is a bit dated, and there's no shower curtain. A little inconvenient, but a minor detail considering the price and setting

We stayed here to do walking and sight seeing on the island - for the last week of April 2022 (so this year). Everything about the hotel was really good

As others have said, Martina and Andreas are very thoughtful and attentive hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, they made sure we were happy with the food (delicious!) and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable

Booked a last minute stay at Galatea, not knowing the area or the island, itself at all. So glad we did, Galatea is perfectly situated, close to the busier towns, and a stones throw from the ocean

Nearby there is a tavern and a bar/restaurant on the beach. It is definitely recommended to have a car or scooter if you stay for several days and want to move around the island

It is really right on the shore, the beach has lots of free umbrellas, sunbeds and so does the pool by the beach. Breakfast and the menu dinner is very delicious, lots of options

The beach bar also has nice snacks and drinks during the day. If you want to relax and explore the island this is a perfect place for that

Loved this hotel! Had our own swimming pool! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful too. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a separate swimming pool for everyone to use with a cafe and bar next to the pool. 👌

There are some issues with certain rooms having broken showers and making weird noises throughout the night which do keep you up, unfortunately we didn’t complain about this so mainly our fault! Otherwise I highly recommend this place as the staff at the pool side bar were amazing and soo friendly and genuinely lovely!

Great place and a great atmosphere! Having a room with your own pool and access to a shared pool as well as having a beach close by was amazing. The beach is more a pebble/ stone beach so it’s not sandy

The food, which is cooked by the owner's wife, is the best I ate in Zakynthos! You can really feel the love and care in the way the food is cooking, and I especially appreciated the traditional menus

We also tried the Italian and Greek a la carte restaurants and the food was amazing there. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a view in a quiet garden

Very helpful staff, the rooms are nice and clean. The pool is big with many sunbeds. There is a small pool bar that sells ice creams and drinks. The breakfast was good with a selection of bacon, eggs, Greek yogurt etc

Every day there is a traditional Greek food in the menu and the bar is also pretty cheap in comparison with hotels we have visited before. So obviously I recommend it to the guy who is reading this review right now👍

A friend of mine recommended me this hotel because of its beneficial location (near to the town and the beach) but for someone who wants to eat Greek cuisine but also relax in not so crowded pool it is perfect

Pool was so organized and kids loved it. A couple that care for everything and are really interested in their customers. They gave instructions in everything we needed

We’ve just returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel. We were staying at a different hotel in Kalamaki and wasn’t happy with the area so looked to move to Tsilivi as family was at that resort

Just got back after staying here for ten days, amazing rooms, excellent service , food at the pool bar was lovely and not to far away from the centre, all in all a fantastic experience, thank you for making my holiday

The swimming pool was a good size and not too busy. The hotel is located at the edge of Planos/Tsilivi which is nice as the town is quite touristy and busy, but very little noise at the hotel

Spent approximately a week here with the family. The room was clean and modern and a good size. It was equipped with fridge, aircon and safe. The bathroom was modern and more than adequate

The staff were first rate and very helpful. The hotel has a small car (Hyundai i20) which you can hire which was really good as it was marginally cheaper than the other local offerings

The pool is a great size, sun beds have lovely toppers on them and loads of floats and balls for the kids. Food was great for snacks and brilliant option of beverages

We spent 1 week in the middle treehouse that had private pool. Everything was up to our expectations, great stay, great staff and great service! Higly recommended!
