We stayed in the 2 bedroomed loft room for a week. Efficiently run by the owner Elena, who you can keep in contact via WhatsApp and cleaned by the lovely Bruna. Good WiFi connection. Kettle, sandwich maker, large fridge freezer, cooker hob and the usual basic kitchen utensils. Comfy beds, we slept really well. Good restaurants nearby, beach 10 min walk, swimming pool across the road (you can use if you buy food and drink) We didn't find the location noisy, lovely to hear the music from the restaurant, it was not at all loud, just lovely. Hope to return next year.

One bedroom does have a slopped ceiling so you will bang your head every time you stand up at shorter end of the room. Kitchen could do with tea towels and cleaning cloth. Little things missing like bottle opener. Beds are comfortable. The balcony is great. Gets the sun all day. Never ate in the restaurant.

2nd year running in these gorgeous little apartments! And they’ve spoilt us now for any other accommodation in the Greek islands which never seem to match it on trip advisor. Best bathroom we’ve ever encountered on the Islands. Lovely bright airy room. Hairdryer. Kettle. Sandwich toaster. Nice table and chairs and a clothes airier on balcony. Right above the restaurant but I used to love hearing the Greek music playing while I was chilling before getting ready for the evening. Lovely owner whose brother Owns Carissimo downstairs. (Lovely food. AMAZING breakfasts and lovely staff especially lovely Claudio ) Apartments are spotless. Cleaned daily. Fresh towels and the lovely cleaning lady does some lovely towel displays. Lovely attention to detail! Will never stay anywhere else now in Alykanas. Central for everything! Perfect! If I have to choose a negative. It’s the sliding shutter door in RM 8 which kept coming off the runner. Luckily I have a big strong hubby who wrestled with it daily so for us it was a very minor inconvenience. 🥰

There was daily cleaning, the smart TV was great, the staff was nice, their confidentiality was almost too much. The kitchen could be normal, but it is very poorly equipped (no microwave, kitchen appliances, cutting knife, plate, dish, small glasses, kitchen equipment, etc.), 1 of the 3 air conditioners worked normally, 2 trash cans (August 2023).

Staying at the Thetis was a joy. Good communication with Elena who welcomed us and kept in contact with WhatsApp. The housekeeping was superb by our brilliant housekeeper Bruna. We will definitely be back. The restaurants nearby are also very good and the beach is a short walk away. Very friendly place
