We booked 2 nights. But next day we runaway because hotel does not have heating in November, outside temp. was - 2. Man on reception was sitting in jacket. They did not return our money for next night they just sad sorry

Stayed for 5 nights, except for the 5th night when the hotel gave our room away and we were thrown out with nowhere to stay. "Sorry - mistake in the booking"! Awful stay, room not cleaned every day, had to ask for everything - cups, water glasses, toilet paper, and fresh pillow cases (never came). No tea/coffee facilities in the room apart from the 'fridge' which seemed to contain a strange growth and ice ball. Put in the annex located on the local rat run road and speed bump - very noisy and flooded with street lights despite the pathetic curtains. No food available except for the buffet breakfast which at €10 didn't look worth a try. We borrowed a travel kettle to make coffee - that was 'taken' and only returned when my partner demanded. Budapest is a lovely city and doesn't need this sort of 'hotel'. STAY AWAY PLEASE

Room service was bad. They did not even share their wifi password on a piece of paper or something. The air in the room was dusty and with an awful smell even they left all windows open. The bed is old and dirty. The bathroom was ruined, dirty and old, so I could not take a shower. They were unreasonable when we asked to get money back. They refused it and offered another room which was a little bit better but still the overall hygiene was bad, so below any basic standard, everything was still old and dusty. So we must leave.

The manager who works there is very unreasonable and does not do anything to take care of guests, a contrary he simply does not care.

This was literally the worst placed I stayed in.

We are currentl in the middle of a 3-week trip, traveling through the Czech Republic and Austria before arriving in Hungary. After booking several hotels for a month-long journey, I became a bit exhausted, so I started consulting with ChatGPT to help me make decisions. Unfortunately, this particular hotel has been the worst one I’ve chosen so far.

When we checked in and entered the room, it was immediately clear that the bed sheets were not fresh. The duvet cover and pillowcases were also obviously not newly changed. My husband and I were both quite upset, so we went down to the front desk, but no staff were available. We ended up calling ******* to report the issue and requested that it be resolved the next day.

However, when we returned from our outing the next day, we found that not even the towels had been replaced. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. My husband poured water down the floor drain, which temporarily solved the issue. It seemed like the room hadn’t been used in quite a while.

Breakfast was another disappointment—it was so poorly prepared that it actually irritated us while we were eating. The only things we could bear to have were coffee (which was weak and pre-made) and some yogurt.

When we checked out, we shared our complaints, and another guest next to us said they had experienced similar problems. They mentioned that the hotel seemed to be short-staffed when it came to housekeeping.

I cannot find any flaw to the Hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is competitive and polite. Highly recommend

No flexible dates, travelling for business you need a hotel that can provide flexible dates. Not good for business travels.

Worst experience ever . When we arrived at 2 pm they said they cannot check in us because check in starts at 3 pm .... So we went for a walk in the city center and we came back around 10 so we can do the check in because after 11 pm you cannot check in and then after taking shower we found our whole bed was full with this kind of bugs I don't know what is it exactly. We couldn't change room because reception didn't work anymore and we have to sleep in this room . I had terrible night and I believe this bugs bite me during the night because next day I got very strong allergy reaction so I had to go to doctors and make 2 weeks treatment with injections and pills which cost me 200 euro .
