This was the worst place of my life. The room was so dirty, I did not see the Windows, has not been cleaned for ages. Broken furnitures, useless balcony, since it was full with spiders and all flys, the toalet was also dirty...shower full with mold...all room smell like mold. When we said to reception the said they come and clean again and change the broken furnitures. Nobody came ever. We asked again. After 3 night we had no warm water already. We send a mail with all our problems, they did not answer. Like nothing happened. I do not recomand to come here to anyone!!!!

Situated along the shores of Lake Balaton, the hotel boasts a prime location. The room itself is generously sized, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished with essential amenities. Adding to the charm are the two terraces – a petite one overlooking the parking area and a larger one with a view of the lake. The dining experience is exceptional, featuring a diverse and delicious array of dishes that cater to a variety of tastes. It's virtually impossible not to discover something to please everyone's palate.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Worst decision we ever made! The bathroom were outdated not very clean and moldy. The shower head was broken. The towels were small and stained. The bedroom is spacious but the bed is very uncomfortable, the sheets and pillow cases were clean but the mattress was disgustingly stained! The light fixtures next to bed were broken. The outdoor terrace had chairs, coushons were ripped and stained. The mosquito net were ripped. The valance in the room were ripped. In the stairs in the hallway the electric panel was left open. Very dangerous! We should have leave after one night and demanded our money back! STAY AWAY!!

This place is far from “Luxury”. The cleanliness is by far the worst I’ve experienced at any place I’ve stayed. There’s poo on the outside of the toilet boil. Cob webs everywhere around the room. The couch and chairs are stained. Their answer is to cover it up poorly with bedsheets.

Multiple lights don’t work and the metal shades in the bedroom to block out light from the other hotels and street are broken and stuck in the open position.

I stayed too little to realize what I didn't like, but I know what I liked here.😍
The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Balaton. The room is very spacious, clean and equipped with the necessary things. A pleasant surprise are the two terraces. ☺️ A small terrace overlooking the parking lot, and the other overlooking the lake, which is larger.
Good and diversified food, it's impossible not to find something for everyone's taste 🥰

I have never been in such a beautiful Hotel ****. It's located right next to the lake Balaton.
Bedroom have a nice balcony with a fantastic view to. Dishes were excellent. They have a very high quality of services. If you want to visit the Hungarian see, called Lake Balaton, I would warmly recommend this hotel to you and to your family, to your friends. No location is also fantastic, if you want to visit Tihany, you just hop on boat, and you are there in 20 minutes.

Extra clean, beautiful view! Next year we will go again definitely... 1 min from the Lake Balaton. Very good who travelling with kids the water is small and very warm. Evening beautiful view and nice walk you can make at the shor.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days, and we had a good experience. The hotel was pretty good, but I don’t think it’s a luxury hotel. We stayed in the studio room, furniture was a bit old, but it was good. We had a little bit of view of lake Balaton.
The staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We only had the breakfast spread and was good for a quick bite. We liked the location of this hotel because it was a bit out of the way of all the busyness of the more popular areas. We liked the quietness and lowkey of the area.
The hotel’s price is good, free parking and free WIFI (it’s not fast). We would stay here again when we would travel back to this area.

Very incompetent staff, wrong with dinner and we were late. In the room there was no towels at first promised in half an hour, and then it was postponed for tomorrow... as alternayive suggested used towels.??? and even mold in the shower.

We were very satisfied with everything, close to the beach, jacuzzi, pool super, price affordable, room perfect. The next time we go to Siófok, we will only stay here.I can only recommend it.
