The hotel was easy to find. The room was very clean and warm. The reception is 24 hours occupied and the service was very good. The young man at the front desk tried hard to find me a place to eat late in the night on a week day. They have a good parking place with cameras just outside the hotel. Next time I shall try the SPA as well.

The location was not import for me so i could not comment , the room was clean but dated , it did not affect my stay, value for money , it was very good, no noise , the spa was a bonus The staff were excellent,nothing was too much trouble , breakfast was ample.

I really enjoyed my stay in this cozy and comfortable hotel. Everything was great - clean room, tasty and rich breakfast and spa. The place is not far from the city centre and Raba Quelle Thermal Spa.

This is a very standard 2 star lodge, but the location, the kitchenette in the room, a public kitchen make it above average. The only setbacks include: only one towel for each person, some are hand towel size; same set of breakfast everyday, not enough protein; only one hand soup in the room.

The hotel location is pretty good. Staff speaks German as well. The rooms are very clean but could use a 21st century update. Unfortunately the towel policy is a bit odd. We got one medium sized towel for the whole stay and a literal table cloth for the pool/sauna which was absolutely useless, after asking we did not receive another towel we could use for the pool/sauna area. Comfort in another country! First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. It is located on the border of Hungary-Slovenia, 20 kilometers away from Austria and Croatia, provides a good shelter for excourtion to those countries.

Even though the resort is almost at the middle of nowhere, our family enjoyed the quietness and accessibility to countries like Croatia, Slovenia and Austria as it is near the border. Lenti Thermal Spa is also worth visiting , both for us parents as well as for the kids.

This resort had a beautiful view, and every staff were so kind, so we enjoyed staying here. However, though this resort is for long term stay, when I asked a receptionist, she told us a washing machine is broken. And that was pretty inconvenient.

Really nice hotel but has a small parking area inside the property. Also it’s a bit hard to find, the GPS past by the hotel and I was not able to find it until I saw a hidden sign with the hotels name.

The hotel was clean, spacious and had a nice breakfast and bar. The rooms were huge, although dated. Our room had a skylight without any covering, and the sun came right in in the morning. The listing says there is a hot tub and fitness center. We never found either, and the lady at the desk seemed surprised that we had that impression.

Quite cheap for what it offers. Nice wellness, wasn't too crowded even when the hotel was mostly full. The staff are friendly. You can only eat what's on the daily menu, which we didn't get notified about, and were expecting to order whatever from the restaurant, not eat the daily menu. The food tasted good.

Peaceful, nothing-alike, beautiful hotel! Quiet, amazing food, great services, its a great place to rest a few days. Rooms are wonderful, only missed the mosquito net from the windows. Surrounding area is great for long walks, winery is within walking distance and it's close to city centre by car. You can even hear the gregoian singing from the temple while having your breakfast! The hotel is beautiful, it's in a peaceful and quiet part of the town. The rooms are big and clean and the staff is professional, we were able to ask for informations in both English and German. The only negative point is that they don't have any vegan option at the restaurant, but I was pleased to find plant milk at breakfast.

Our apartment was big, clean, well equipped and very close to the thermal baths❤️ The food is beyond perfect 👌🏻 I had a perfectly made rib-eye steak. The restaurant has a great range of wines and palinkas, everything we tasted was amazing. I thank our hosts, the chefs and the waiters for making our stay so memorable 🙏🏼

At check-in, there was no disabled parking space available, and as a person with severe mobility impairments, we would have had to walk 36 steps or several hundred meters from the other parking area. The rooms are average, but OK on the whole. Food selection is quite limited, especially during the evenings, and there have been occasional quality issues (e.g. one evening the French fries seemed to be leftovers). They charge very hefty prices for all drinks. Infrasauna not working, the other saunas are OK. The pool is quite small.

The best goulash I ever had in my life and in general dinner and breakfast was amazing. Most of the guests were older people which I personally really like and the staff was very friendly, rooms are nice but as a recommendation renovation would not be bad idea.😉

The location is central, just a 12-minute walk from the Old Town. The guesthouse is charming and clean. There is also a courtyard where you can park your car for free, which is a great convenience. This is a small place with maybe 10 rooms. It's much nicer than bigger hotels. The room was really nice, breakfast is included but made to order instead of buffet. The hotel is on a quiet street but the city center is within walking distance. Private parking behind a gate is available.

The hotel is very neat and beautiful, mixing the classic style with modern furniture. If it didn't cost a night in this guesthouse, how much it costed, I would say that it's a great guesthouse, but considering the high price, it's not worth it. The walls are very thin, every night someone will disturb you, and since there is no one at the reception at 10 pm, you have nowhere to complain. Best place to stay in Heviz! The owners are great (treat you like family) and the staff is as well. Close to everything you might want to do in town but on a quiet street.

Breakfast had a variety of offerings and hotel's location is really good: 15 minutes walking distance from the thermal lake and close to restaurants and shops. Many improvements have been done, but my last visit was a bit dissapointing. The thermal pools were dirty, water was not too hot. The bubble jets not in operation. The entry fee is too high for the quality of service.

I just visit the Spa regularly, not the Hotel. Water and spa are excellent. Problem are visitors. To many pensioners from Czech Republic. You can't find the place in thermal Pool or the place for relax.

We went to SPA with kids in December, no staying. Overal, in winter it us a place for adults to chill, but kids were also playing inside in Jungle area. We enjoyed eventually, though it was hard to orient at first, at register they give the chip with assigned locker, not that you xan chose. The restaurants are good to eat.
