We stayed one night. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Room was small but for only one night it was all we needed.

I’d like to compliment the young man who was at the reception that evening. He was very helpful, reliable, and pleasant — he really did his best.

Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full. We went to this hotel at early February. We opted in for a half board service for 2 days. We enjoyed the hotel, even though it has an older look inside. We found it to be cosy and beds were comfortable. Spa was okay and the location is great also: closed to the weekend farmers market and shops. Overall we recommend it

Unfortunately spa not open on Mondays, it was a shame as we did not know it is not open and we booked the hotel because of having spa facilities. Staff overall attentive, food is good. Interconnecting room is very convenient for family of 5.

The bar staff failed to notice that I was standing right in front of them for about 15 minutes so I left. The following morning at breakfast, I asked where I can find the cutlery and the server practically shouted at me stating that he would sort it out. People who like to eat a lot should come to this hotel. The food is very tasty and varied, it has everything. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Very good value for money if you are looking for a thermal hotel. Decent, tasty food, clean rooms and thermal bad, and a very good sauna world. The sauna programme is included. One of the best choices in Hungary for this price range. The service in the restaurant lags a bit behind the usual expectations, but it is only a minor flaw that can be corrected with a little assertivity.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

Always a great stay to relax. Best thermal bath. We come here at least twice a year.

Even though the resort is almost at the middle of nowhere, our family enjoyed the quietness and accessibility to countries like Croatia, Slovenia and Austria as it is near the border. Lenti Thermal Spa is also worth visiting , both for us parents as well as for the kids.

It was not clear on the booking that this is an Attic room. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, always had to be alert not to hit our heads in the ceiling. Asked for an other room but it was all booked.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big.
