I strongly suggest **not visiting this restaurant**. The quality of food is extremely disappointing.
We ordered soup and it was **very bitter in taste**. Then we ordered **custard fruit salad with ice cream**, but there were hardly any fruits in it. Instead, they added **grapes that were completely spoiled**, which made it even worse.
We also tried **masala papad**, and that was not good either.
The biggest problem is the attitude of the staff. When we complained about the food quality, they simply said that **this is how they serve it**, which is very unprofessional.
I honestly recommend **not supporting such places** by spending money here. A restaurant that serves poor-quality food and doesn’t care about customer feedback **does not deserve the profit**.

If you’re looking for a hotel that isn’t going to put a hole in your wallet but is bringing great vibes and good food all around you Snooze has such an amazing and calming environment you’ll get hooked. You’ll want to stay here forever! The housekeeping staff are so reliable and quick they make me feel like I’m staying at the Hilton hahaha ! There’s a terrace to hang out and chill, have a drink or a cigarette and for my extroverts out there you’ll never be alone you may converse with anyone and not feel like a creep cause even regulars are RAD!! The counter staff are so accommodating anything you want you get! As long as writhing their means to provide of course they are your sisters from another misters XD Sprcial shout out to my big sister Adeline for being the best and attending to my annoying whims and fancies! She’ll go out of her way to ensure you enjoy your stay! And I think everyone will be glad to know that she’ll be the first face you see where men you check in. I know I am!

I used to be a regular at this restaurant, but my last visit was a total bust food-wise.
We ordered the regular mandhi, and the rice smelled awful. Plus, the chicken wasn't fresh at all. We told the manager about it right away.
Heads up, the prices on the menu aren't what you'll see on the bill – they're higher. We mentioned this last time, and they still haven't updated the menu.
Service: The server was super polite and really great, though.

I actually booked 3 rooms, one suite and two standard. The checkin process was smooth and didn't face any hassle. The receptionist is quite polite, helpful in nature. The hotel is located just above the Central cafe, you can ask anyone to assist.
There is a lift to reach the hotel floor which makes it wheelchair accessible ♿.
We were provided with toiletries and towels for all three rooms.
The perk of staying at this hotel is the restaurant is located on the ground floor, and it helped one of our group member a lot; she could order anything on call.

Hotel is okay overall but little pricy for few reasons which I elaborated at the end. Staff are friendly, service is quick, and reception is open 24/7. There’s a lift, and deluxe rooms have a fridge and extra space. The restaurant offers lots dishes at affordable prices👌. The Paneer Schezwan with fried rice was the best 😋. AC restaurant and room service cost a few INR extra per dish. AC hall available for events on 2nd floor. TV channels are free on request, and toiletries are provided if asked. Location is good.

Good quality budget accommodation, rooms are neat and clean, friendly staffs(staring from the security, restaurant staffs, reception staffs and management). It was the tasty food that I like the most. Biryani, Kebab, Tandoor, Mixed fried rice, dry and semi-gray chicken items, all were so yummy and delicious. Delivery was so fast for the orders made from the staying room. Room service was also awesome. Best stay for 2k. I got a parking slot for my car as well.

It was a great stay in Hotel Abooz. We stayed there for a month and they made each day very comfortable for us. Room was clean and complementary breakfast was awesome. Many thanks to Abooz team specially Mr. Aboobaker, Ms Tulsi, Riyaz, Mathew and all the staff members. Will definitely stay there again. Keep it up!!

The stay was neat and tidy, also the food tastes really good. But the price of food served in room is very higher than the mentioned menu rates. Also one more suggestion, please add an option to serve the complimentary breakfast in the room because one has to stand and have breakfast in that limited space in front of the hotel.

Booked via MMT. Overall hotel was good. Good and nice cooperative staff. Bathroom and room was clear. They have a restaurant too, where rate is cheap compare to other. Free of cost room service. We stayed for 2 nights. Everything was fine until last night. After several calls too they didn't provided food us timely. Ordered on 10:15 pm, they served at 12 night. That aslo after several calls. Except that other things was good.

Very worst experience we had in this hotel. We booked a twin room for 4th June 2022/ 12.09 noon. We were forced to wait for one and half an hour. No toiletry kits were provided and tata sky channels were not subscribed. complementaey break fast was horrible and we forced to purchase extra items for payment. Please avoid this hotel
