Hotel Euphoria in Bengaluru

Front Office at this hotel is very unprofessional. He has not been taught how to speak to a customer. I had booked for a suite. The websites say room has fridge. On going there, front office told me there is no fridge in the room, inspite of me taking the most expensive room. This is not a business hotel but a low grade hotel.

If you’re even thinking about booking a stay at Euphoria Hotel Bannerghatta—don’t. Just don’t. Save your time, money, and sanity. This place is a complete disaster masquerading as a hotel. The rooms were disgusting—dusty, stinking, and barely livable. The bathroom? A health hazard. Mold on the tiles, leaking taps, and dirty towels that looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks. Hot water? Good luck. Basic maintenance? Non-existent. Now, the worst part: Jibin—the so-called manager. An unprofessional, arrogant, and shockingly rude individual who clearly has no business being in hospitality. He ignored calls, didn’t respond to texts, and when confronted, behaved as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay. His attitude alone is enough reason to blacklist this hotel permanently. The staff were clueless, lazy, and acted like they were annoyed by the very idea of guests being around. Zero courtesy, zero accountability. This hotel is a glorified lodge at best, and a scam at worst. Misleading pictures, fake promises, and a total lack of service. It’s a textbook example of how not to run a hospitality business. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s a stain on Bangalore’s hospitality scene.

Very bad experience, no proper cleaning and of mosquitoes . No response from reception also , the intercom doesnt work also

We booked this place and were told its a 4 star facility. It is most certainly not. It is at most a 2 star property. The rooms are stinking. Washrooms are below hygienic. Tap water smells and it’s yellow, let it be they say to keep it run for 10 minutes, but it remain the same.
Need much to improve, rooms are look like old **********, much more changes required, horrible visit to stay
