We stayed at this hotel in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The location is superb and very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were extremely accommodating and the service overall was very good.
While the rooms themselves are quite ordinary, the hospitality of the team really stood out. With a few improvements—such as better quality bed linen, fresh towels, and a bit more attention to cleanliness in the bathrooms—the overall experience could be even better.
A special mention to Roy Gupta at the reception, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He was always welcoming and assisted us with a smile, which truly made a positive difference to our experience.

Worst experience in this hotel, the rooms had no window and very stuffed felt suffocating, I even found dead cockroaches on the bed and hygiene wise its really bad. Never visiting this chain of hotels again

The best hotel we can trust with warm welcome. Prompt service, good hospitality and comfortable, neat, clean rooms.

My stay was an immediate and severe disappointment due to chronic and unacceptable hygiene failures.
The initial room had both electricity issues and a severe bed bug infestation. Upon complaining, the staff moved me to a second room, which was equally unhygienic, showing a visible cockroach infestation.
The hotel failed repeatedly, providing two separate rooms that were demonstrably unfit for human occupancy and posed a health risk.
Most concerning was the staff's reaction: they were dismissive, unwilling to accept responsibility, and refused to acknowledge the obvious hygiene crisis. This demonstrates a deep failure in both management and customer service.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. The hygiene standards are deplorable and the staff is unprepared to handle basic guest safety concerns.

They could keep the room a little cleaner and better organized, and the staff was not up to standard; they were less professional.

I paid remaining balance room amt at reception through my ICICI Bank app. AMT has been deducted from my account. After 2days they called me and again asking to pay remaining balance amount.

First of all one odd thing staff here will do is to make you rate the restaurant on zomato. They will insist you to install zomato if you don't have the app. He will select five stars and tell you to write a review. They won't submit it without your permission, so you can select the actual stars you want to rate.
About food. Two of them told me that their veg kitchen and non veg kitchen is fully separate. So people like me who don't eat at mixed veg non veg restaurant won't have to bother. Veg food was good although I can not comment on non veg food as I am pure vegetarian, but as my friends told me, the non veg taste was also good. Bamboo chicken is their special offering here. There is a wide variety of dishes in both the sections and also desserts.
Ambience is OK. Staff is polite and they respect you. Pricing is little at higher side but acceptable.
There is one more partner restaurant named Nandhana Palace. If you book a cab from here make sure to specify the driver the correct name of this place ie Nandhini.

Food was bad. As the liquor is served along with the food it feels like a bar. Hence the management has not focused on the taste of the food and quality. Me and my wife went to has food, took a Biryani and a starter with an ice cream and it costed more than 500rs. Nice interior but that's not what is going to satisfy people when they visit a hotel. Impolite staff. Poorly managed hotel overall. Andhra meals is said to be a speciality but I never felt like going back again to taste it. A no no from my side.
