Not wht was eexoected. Rooms were small. Curtains and Bedsheets were very standard. In room amenities were minimal. Fridge/mini bar was completely empty. Coffe/tea provided in room was low quality. Toiletries were average.  Not what you expected in a hotel by marriot. Disappointing .  Only thing nice in this hotel were staff who were very polite and service oriented.

The hotel is fine , but in my opinion is not a 4 star rating as the finishing of the floors and walls in the room I stayed is not up to the mark. The furniture too is basic.

The location is so good for us. It was smooth to reach customer place. There were some amenities in my room, so customer did not need to bring some amenities by ourselves.

My stay at the Radisson Blu was wonderful. I was particularly grateful for the room service and house keeping team. Every day I was contacted to ensure exactly what I needed done was done. The room was super clean and luxurious. I had a very pleasant stay. Our housekeeper Eva and Sonami are very polite and made my stay comfortable.

Service is extraordinary, humble and respect towards the guests are very high. The guest relation executive ms. Sohail is very communicative and that helps guests feel better and the attitude of her is remarkable. But the room has some complaints and those needs to be checked before the guests check in. Had a fairly decent experience. Rooms were good - somewhat small but good. Food was average - bit overrated as it was not having any flavour as such (just good-looking food). The hostess Sathi was good, so was Sachin. It’s worthwhile if you are on a quick biz trip.

I visited the Bangalore last month and rented the room at keys select by lemon which one of my friend recommended me as he regularly stay there. All is good, nice room, nice breakfast, nice reception. I was not too well and they allowed us to check out at 3pm, very kind of them. The Gym needs some upgrade, facilties are getting tired. Other than that, all good, keep it up.

With the double charging on the room, I was not happy with this hotel. Even I was trying to show and to inform the reception by the time I was checking. Double charge to my room was still. I had to wait for 10 -14 working day to get my refund back.

It's a 4star hotel pretending to be a 5 star hotel. The beds were small. The switches were confusing: laid over everywhere. The shower is not user friendly and the TV doesn't work.

We really liked the location of this hotel - we stayed for 2 nights before flying internationally. With a pool & location next to the shopping centre, we found there was more to do than some of the hotels closer to the airport. The drive & transport cost were fine. The staff at the hotel made all the difference to our short stay. Without exception all the staff did their best to meet any requirement as quickly as possible, for example my wife needed a hair dryer and it was provided almost immediately. Was here for the restaurant The Hebbal cafe! Well my wife found coupon for this 5 star cafe which costs Rs 1000 per person for a buffet here in NearBuy app. Usually costs Rs1500 buy got good deal. The ambience n food quality was excellent. The non veg dishes were less but they tasted good. Their live counters for pasta was excellent! The desert requires to be more tasty. Went for Manipal hospital which is just next door. MAC is awesome place.

I was visiting Bangalore to see a friend, stopped 2 nights. Rooms clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller the meal portion sizes are to big for one person. To me this hotel appeared to more for business people, not that this was an issue for me but might not suit someone wishing to visit The city as a tourist.

I had booked a single occupancy room with a double bed on Trip.com. My minor son was with me. Instead of handling it with grace, the front desk made a huge scene, demanding $80 extra—when booking double occupancy from the start would have been about $15 more.
